I was a member a few years ago and then rejoined about 5 months back . I've never had any staff issues except with Kyle . He's completely unprofessional and rude . He never says hello , EVER, unless you are a young attractive female with tight clothes on . When he is there and is training , half the time there are half naked women on the TVs he has on and last time I checked most of the people that go there are women . Sorry , but that's not what I want to see when I work out . Also I brought my mom in one time to show her how to properly use equipment so she wouldnt hurt herself at her other gym and after checking with reception and being told there was no fee or that she would check we continued to workout . Upon leaving , Kyle made certain to run after us telling us we had to pay and that nothing at that gym was free . Just overall disappointed. I'm moving but if I wasn't , I certainly would never use this gym again as long as he owned it .
