It seems like all of the reviews are pretty old, so here's a new one. Went in for an oil change for my 124 Spider. Ibrahim was incredibly helpful, polite and competent. 10/10 will come back again. read more

My whole family owns Fiats and go to Planet Fiat because of its proximity to their jobs. I just bought a brand new Fist 500L and took it in with an appointment. Was there at 7:45am and was told I had 2 cars ahead of me. All day trying to reaching my sales person and no luck, no heads up, no call back. When I finally got a hold of him at 5:45, the car hadn't even been looked at. Furious, I went and picked up my car after leaving a detailed disgust-filled complaint to the service manager and Fiat Dealer manager. Maybe others showed up and were taken care first? Why not? I wasn't there, I was sent home in an Uber. Lost a full day of work because of this Factory of bodies that don't care, especially if you have a car under warranty where they know they wont be making any money. They need to learn from other dealers. read more

Bought my fiat here in 2012, was a quick and painless process dealing with the sales dept. The parts dept is the complete opposite, slow, painful and expensive. If you can always buy your parts from a 3rd party. Unfortunately some parts are dealer-only. read more

My fiat has been there 3 weeks today!! Dropped it in July 26... it didn't go into the shop until 3 days ago

I called 5 times just to attempt to make a service appointment. After 1 hour of being transferred, hung up on, and passed around I finally got ahold of the ONE person they have on staff to assist with Fiat. He basically told me that I needed to come in or email him, and couldn't set an appointment. This is the second fiat experience I have had that is negative, and ironically I feel it is because it is linked with a dodge dealership on both occasions. I called south Miami fiat and was assisted in a wonderful and timely fashion and have scheduled my service there. I would not waste any time at this location, even though it is moments from my work, simply because the lack of service. I spent thousands of dollars on a car-- I shouldn't have to email my info or stop by to make an appointment when they simply could look me up. read more

My car has been in service for 14 days and they still have not reviewed my car. They don't pick up the phone, they don't respond. This is a horrible place with terrible service. I would never bring my car here again. read more

If I can give this place 0 stars, I would. Every time I know I have to take my car here to get checked I drag myself to go because I know I won't have my car for at least 3 days. Everyone that works here is rude and not helpful whatsoever. They never have a reference suggesting me where to go to fix a part on my FIAT because they don't work on it and they never provide me decent service. read more

I went to get 2 new tires. I was there from 12:50 to 4:00pm because only one of the tires was available and the other one had to be ordered and took almost the whole day to get there. Juan was super nice and attentive, so if the place had more people as helpful as him, then I would of given it a higher rating. read more

This dealers service department is the absolute WORST - better to junk your car and buy a new one somewhere else that have it serviced here. My son was caught between this dealer and a dealer in Jacksonville over an oil drain plug that was stripped when installed during an oil change at Planet in Miami. When he took his car to the dealer in Jax for next oil change, they discovered the drain plug had been stripped during the last oil change (At Planet,,,,,). Planet refuse to accept any responsibility or to work with the dealer in Jax, or Fiat corp, to resolve under warranty. At this point I am stuck with a 2000.00 repair bill, AND absolutely terrible customer service and support from not one but 2 Fiats dealers. I will NEVER give this dealer ANY business again, and will steer anyone who asks well away - absolutely terrible service and customer support,,,,,,, read more

took my fiat 124 spider abarth for an essential care ultra synthetic oil change as the dealership called it. great deal. only reason why i didn't do the tire rotation is because i plan on adding new wheels and tires soon to my fiat. juan is a fiat service technician. he has outstanding customer service. my girlfriend and i are new to the area. i will be taking her alfa romeo giulia ti lusso for a service appointment in a few weeks. nice to have a fiat/alfa romeo dealership nearby. the waiting areas were comfortable. there is a food truck nice couches in the very large showroom/lobby to relax in. my only disappointment was there is no CAR WASH after your service. Such a large dealership needs a CAR WASH on PREMISE read more

Being a FIAT owner is a prideful statement. This is my second FIAT that I own and I decided to come to this dealer for my oil change this time around and was pleasantly surprised. If you buy two oil changes, it practically comes out the same price as one oil change does. They do not appointments unfortunately but the express lane is rather quick if you get here at the right time. They service Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, and Alfa Romeos at this location so if you're shopping for a car- you can see a big variety of the inventory in South Florida. As far as FIAT goes, there's only three dealerships in DADE county and this one is the most centrally located. It's located directly on NW 12th street which borders the 836 expressway, a major expressway in the Miami area that runs east to west. Eric was the gentleman that assisted me with my service and had me in and out on a Friday afternoon. I'll be back for my next oil change ! read more

Eric has made me a returning customer after buying my Fiat from here three years ago. He has great customer service and responds in timely manner when I message him about my car. He's my favorite at Planet FIAT. read more

Horrible place to buy a Fiat. They are great when they want you to buy a car, once they stab you, they treat you like you are worthless. Would NEVER buy from them again, actually, I would NEVER buy a FIAT. read more

Leased an Alfa Romeo and had a great experience, Frank and Gino were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and didn't waste time. They provided a great initial price and didn't overprice and oversell the lease deal as oppose to other Alfa dealerships. read more

from the moment I walked in it was chaos. Crowed. Will never buy a Fiat in this dealership I was dropping off a car for service for a friend and was not a good experience. read more

I LOVE Planet Fiat! I have bought 3 cars from them so far and everyone I have recommended has left a happy camper. I always deal with Andres Montalvo because he MAKES IT HAPPEN! They have made miracles happen with financing. Highly recommend. The service department is also very good. I only take my Abarth there for service. read more

Best customer service! I have bought two cars from them so far and it's the best decision I've ever made! They truly care about the customer, even AFTER the car has left the dealer, you definitely build a relationship with them. If you're going to buy a fiat in Miami, I recommend coming here! You will not regret it. Best deals and best customer service. Do NOT go to South Miami Fiat. Those people are scammers who sell brand new cars that were in an accident, fix them, then sell them as BRAND NEW! Stay away!!! But again, Planet Fiat, you guys rock!! Loyal customer to you guys all the way!!! read more

From the minute I walked it everyone was extremely helpful. I had just been in a total loss accident and was looking for a safe and reliable car at a decent price. Carlos and Jorge O really helped me out and were very thorough with all the details on the vehicle and warranties also. My family has always purchased their vehicles from Planet Dodge and we have always had good experiences. Would recommend this location to everyone who asks. read more

They have my car since Jul 28 and today is Aug 20, what are my option and how can they repair the time that I haven't had my car. The fan stop working from one min to another and this is not an old car this is a 2016 500 LX with very little miles. This is the second time my car is in the dealer, the first time there was someone waiting and I we started talking and he said that he had problem with his car too. I was so excited with my car that didn't really think and when on with my problem ( electrical problem that the radio wasn't working or the charge for the phone). Well, I will call tomorrow and see what is taking to long or talk to someone else that will get my problem solve. read more

Gino and Ken were excellent! They were patient and extremely professional! They helped us get a great deal on a beautiful brand new 500 and at a good rate. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a Fiat. Thank you! read more

I have to say I have never felt so robbed before In my life - from. The lack of Customer service and professionalism to the lying and the scam that was given. I had 4 people try talking me into a car - not 1 but 4 all giving me different numbers and none provided me a final #. I personally think there calculator was wrong since the #s made no logical sense and then got upset at me called me difficult because I was not buying the bull they were throwing at me. Car was ticket 24,900 ( best deal ever from manger -2000) made the car at 22900. I have a down of 3000. Bring it down to 19900 of course keeping in mind the 7% Tax left it at 21,293 ok bring my own tag transfer fee of 200 (21493) apparently there dealer fees is 900 (22393) that's the no. that they should have said the final no. was - no the Number they provide was 25000 they were trying to pocket 2600 dollars.. When I asked they couldn't give me a straight answer .... How is I that you are telling me the Number higher than the ticket price and that you gave me a discount and I'm giving you 3000 of my money to then pAy MORE then what the list is??? Scammers and let me tell you if I heard that man day to me you just don't get car deals - like I was some kind if moron!! And I can't forget that they ran my credit 3 times - without my authoration lowering my credit score - and without giving me a final # still don't know what they submitted to the bank! I advise go to another dealer the meaning of SHARKS is still very very in process at this dealer and the master mind is the manager .... read more

I had THE BEST car buying experience with Jessica!!! She was not pushy and didn't try and sell me something outside of my price range. She was a pleasure to work with, as well as the rest of the staff! read more

Can I give this place Zero stars? What a nightmare this place is. I called to inquire about a special edition. They had preowned one with low milage so I headed out to see it. I arrived at 1pm, looked at the car, agreed at price even though Ken the manager kept saying the car is practically new and that I should pay almost full price. The car is not new so I want a nice discount anyway after all this I fill out my credit app and after this is it took HOURS FOR THEM TO GIVE AN answer. I noticed the car had a small scratch and asked if they could fix it. One of the managers replied for the "price your paying we can't fix it" The guy acted as if he was selling me the car for $5000 this was a $18500 preowned Fiat. RUDE. After hours and hours of waiting the guy comes and tells me I was approved for for 13.25% apr that what a great deal I was getting it was already 5pm and I was exhausted and this point I said that was unexceptable and that apr was insane. I told the discount they were giving me they were making that money back with the apr and this pojnt i was pissed and said I would pass. They had me waiting for 4 hours for nothing. read more

I stopped by Planet Fiat, Doral knowing I wanted a 500X. I called ahead of time to set an appointment and the gentleman advised me to stop by around 10AM, as it is not busy first thing in the morning. I got there at 10AM and was the only customer, which meant I was able to sit down, fill out the paper work, test drive my new car and figure out financing quickly and smoothly. Ken and his colleagues were extremely helpful in getting me set up. Excellent atmosphere, the gentlemen present were friendly and Frank Sinatra played in the background. I was able to drive out with my new car approximately 3 hours after getting there. I am a first time buyer and they helped me every step of the way with registration and insurance. I would highly recommend purchasing/leasing from this location. As for the car, heads turn every time I'm on the road. She's fast and great on gas (only $25 to fill!), with excellent mileage. Very happy! Thank you Planet Fiat, Doral! read more
