Review of one of my visits to Freddy's auto to help future customers. The date in question is 2/2/2024, and I went to get a car diagnosed at the cost of $48 with tax due to what I thought might have been a bad starter because the car wasn't turning on. Sometimes I had already replaced the battery. They NEVER ran any computers or diagnosis machines! They told me it was the starter. When I asked how much it would cost to replace the part, they gave me a print out of the cost to install a new starter which broke down to $508. I told them no because I couldn't afford the cost, so they charge me $48. I gave the old man $60 in three 20s, which he gave me $3 back in change. Sorry I don't know this guy's name. It's not the first time that old man has stolen a tip from me. I usually leave tips, but I felt I was robbed, so I will never be going back to this establishment. Horrible services. I feel bad for the owner, Freddy, who is a good guy, letting the old man run his business to the ground. PS ALWAYS GIVE THAT OLD MAN EXACT CHANGE. HE WILL STEEL A TIP IF YOU CHOOSE TO IGNORE MY ADVICE proof of visit at the bottom review pictures of invoice and receipt to collaborate experience hope this helps future customers I use google translate for the many Spanish speaking customers who might see this in south Florida sorry if the translate is off a bit.

Where do I even begin…read more I'm not someone who typically writes reviews, but my recent experience absolutely warrants one due to the unethical and deceptive practices surrounding my purchase of a 2023 Chevrolet pickup truck. In December 2025, I was searching for a very specific vehicle. This dealership had exactly what I was looking for -- a truck that was reasonably priced, essentially brand new, with extremely low mileage (around 100 miles). I was told the vehicle had never been sold and had been sitting on the lot. The truck itself was in excellent condition. The only issue was that it was missing two basic items: an interior plastic dashboard side panel and floor mats. Our salesperson, Francisco, explicitly assured us that both items would be ordered and provided after the purchase. Based on that assurance, I moved forward with the transaction. I completed all paperwork, signed all documents, and before leaving the dealership, Francisco again reassured me that the missing parts would be ordered for pickup. Fast forward three weeks -- I receive a call from Francisco stating that because I did not use their in-house financing and instead used a pre-approved Bank of America loan (which is how I purchase my commercial vehicles), the dealership would no longer honor providing the missing parts. His justification was that the vehicle was already "discounted." Let that sink in. After directly asking if this was truly their final position -- refusing to honor a promise over parts worth no more than $150 -- the answer was yes. This is a textbook example of unfair and unethical business practices. Promises were made to close a deal, then conveniently walked back once the transaction was complete. That behavior speaks volumes about how this dealership operates and how little they value integrity or customer trust. As a result, this matter will be escalated and addressed formally. What could have been resolved easily is now something that will cost them far more due to their own actions. Buyers beware. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this dealership.

The vehicle was advertised online at $37,990, but the final contract reflected a higher amount -- a difference of $1,582.90. I was clearly told that in order to receive the advertised price, I needed to meet two conditions: trade in my vehicle and finance through the dealership. I agreed to both. As a result, I traded in my vehicle and accepted financing at 7.09% APR, even though I had already secured a 5% rate through my bank. While in the finance office, I repeatedly asked to review the full breakdown of numbers before signing. The finance manager, Jesus, told me I would see everything at the end and stated that "the numbers are what the numbers are." After reviewing the loan documents at home, I discovered the pricing discrepancy between the advertised price and the contract. I brought this to their attention on March 13 and was told on March 18 that it would be reviewed. Since then, despite at least four follow-up emails, I have received no response. This is not about negotiation -- it is about honoring advertised pricing and basic transparency. I am still open to resolving this directly and will gladly update this review if the issue is addressed. However, the lack of communication is concerning. Buyers should carefully review all numbers and ensure everything matches before signing.
