The website has some beautiful clothing but what is actually delivered does not compare to the descriptions. I ordered four outfits in July 2015 for a family wedding. The most expensive outfit was nearly 300USD and lacked some of the work that was shown on the website but was still pretty although not worth the steep price tag. The outfit I was most excited to wear was a disappointment and required lots of last minute alterations and repair. The zipper was broken and the sleeves had been sewn haphazardly with no fitting. Another outfit was a poly blend instead of silk. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the customer service response was as follows: "Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry for back zip issue. We will definitely improve it. As you said you will get it fixed. It is not a big issue. We let us know if you are unable to fix it. Please let us know if you pay any charges for fixing the issue. We will give you special discount on your next order." There is no chance of a follow up order and I can't place a review on their website to provide feedback.

They always have good sales throughout the year. It has a cafe and hairdressers in and is spread over 3 floors. This store could be comared to the likes of Debenhams of House of Fraser. Upstairs is menswear which is somewhat more spacious than the downstairs. If you are looking for something imparticular, I wouldn't even bother setting foot in here as it's about 90% true that you wouldn't find it. The only good thing is that it is very local as it is in the centre of town, unlike the other Next which you have to drive out to. This isn't very accessible as everythings so close together and there is no lift to get upstairs.

The clothing is good quality. I wouldn't say the are cheap, but you get what you pay for. They have changing rooms for men and women. The childrens section of clothing only goes up to approx age 10-11. They do sometimes have a few above that size. Above that size mostly you have to order off the internet. Upstairs they have a household section, selling items like lamps and cushions etc. You can order items online, for collection at your local store. The advantage is you can save on delivery and make sure the item fits.

They are laid out in order of size, so if you need a size 6 womens shoe, you go to the womens section and find the size 6 shoes. There are big signs on each aisle letting you know the size. They also sell trainers, handbags and purses, along with the usual shoe cleaners and insoles etc. They have alot of different names, but I wouldn't say they are cheaper than Clarks for example. They sell Clark shoes and others such as Hush Puppies etc. The advantage is they are all under one roof.
