Ordered tablet in 14 september via voucher. Emailed wowcher and vivacity. Wowcher only started replying after I commented on here and vivacity only replied after about every ten emails/ facebook messages and then not really answering the question. Usually 1 line saying it had been dispatched but when i asked for a tracking number they never replied. Though their own website states that they only post by recorded delivery and that if returning the item that it must be done that way, so they should have had a tracking nummber. Wowcher were a bit better though you do have to bombard them and try keep to same person which is difficult. They dont seem to talk to each other. I eventually called and the guy appeared to be helpful and let slip they know there was an issue with Vivacity. I eventually got a refund after 41 days. At which point I also raised a dispute with paypal for the postage and packaging. Paypal found in my favour though not sure if cause vivacity didnt reply or confirmed the item hadnt ben sent. I repeatedly sent emails to Wowcher and Vivacity that I no longer wanted item now that I had a refund as wanted nothing more to do with them. Never got a reply until I got an email asking for me to review the item from Vivacity. I did fill this in and put that I hadnt recieved the item so couldnt comment. Low and behold the same date ( judging by packaging!) the tablet was sent out and I recieved it on the 3rd of November. I emailed and facebook messaged both Wowcher and Vivacity to ask what I should do but as yet have had no reply from either of them. Too scared to even open package. Was going to send it back but their website stated that you are liable for postage and that they will not refund it and also stated that if you havent recieved the item within 28 days then you will be refunded. No idea what to do. am I going to recieve a court order for money ( ie what they have done to other people) or have they been paid by wowcher and no longer care? or are they living up to the details on there website. so not happy with either Wowcher and Vivacity. Would not recommend either to anybody and will never use either again. read more

Buying products from Groupon, Wowcher, KGB deals etc is very tempting, especially when retailers are offering large discounts off their standard selling prices. Be aware some of these offers are just not as good as them seem, especially when: 1. You can find the discounted product (after the voucher has been redeemed) at the same price or cheaper elsewhere 2. the retailers selling them have the inability to fulfil the order in a reasonable amount of time 3. the retailer has a poor level of customer service This is where Vivacity Stores fits in! I bought a voucher via Wowcher for a mobile phone watch supplied by Vivacity Stores discounted price £39.99, they claim the standard selling price is £150, however I find this hard to believe as it's a plastic watch, an unknown brand and available elsewhere for around £40. I redeemed the voucher and placed my order over a month ago and still haven't received the mobile phone watch. I noticed a Vivacity Stores representative has commented on this thread of reviews stating that when voucher offers are released their fulfilment time can take up to 28 days. Well I still haven't received my order (well over 28 days) and I am fed up of waiting, considering I can buy the exact same watch on Ebay for the same price at £39.99. I tried to calling Vivacity Stores a few times to cancel my order and all I get is an answer phone, I have emailed to cancel my order and haven't received a response yet. This is a complete waste of my time chasing the where abouts of my order. Like all their other customers I bought in good faith that after redeeming the voucher the product would be sent within a reasonable amount for time. If you don't want to wait around for 4 weeks plus I would suggest finding an alternative product offer. Vivacity Stores if you don't have enough stock or the resources to fulfil customer orders don't run the voucher promotion! Word of advice before buying a voucher do some research online to see if: a) You are actually getting a good price b) The retailer has good feedback before committing to buy. read more

I would award no stars if possible. I placed an order on 7th November. This was through 'Discount Vouchers' who have been excellent at sorting my problem. My paperwork advised that the product would be received by 5th December. It did not show so I checked my paperwork on what to do. It advised that I should contact the supplier (not the discount voucher company). I tried to do so. First, the website displayed a message that routine maintenance was occuring and it would be up and running in 15 minutes. I checked again and realised this wasn't the case. I noticed that the website had been defaulted to this so, in other words, it had been suspended or removed. I smeelled a rat so did some more digging. I tried to call but no phone number. I did find a number on another website but it was clear that no answer was intended. I then came across heaps of reviews like this. I saw that many people were in the same boat with goods not received, and no replies to e-mails or phone calls. I saw that some had even reported the company to Trading Standards. I knew from this that I didn't have a cat in hell's of getting my product. Also, I knew if I tried that I would be pursuing it for an age. I called Discount Vouchers (from whom I purchased the voucher for the product at the discounted price). I received a phone call straight back. Discount Vouchers agreed to refund my money in full. I provided Discount Vouchers with the low down on my experience with this company and suggested they reviewed their relationship with Vivacity. My blood pressure has now returned to normal! I am unsure what's going on with Vivacity and notice that it supplies quite widely so something tells me it may not be a dodgy Company as such but rather one so inefficient, probably without resource, to be able to meet its commitments. I am nonetheless left feeling conned and, of course, disappointed at not being able to come up trumps with my boy's Christmas present. read more

do not order from this company. i too have been waiting for 4 android tablets since 14th september, they haven't replied to 1 email i have sent them. by brother ordered 1 too and his did arrive, after abt 4 weeks. they are very poor quality, cheap plastic and the port holes for charging etc do not line up with the outer casing so you cannot get the charger in properly, also the battery dies after about 10 minutes of use. i just wish i had looked on this site before i ordered. just thought i would up-date; i paid through debit card and therefor couldn't raise a dispute with paypal. i thought i wasn't covered as it was a debit card not a credit card, how wrong i was. you are actually more covered with a debit card as there is no £100 minimum spend. ring your bank and ask to make a claim under the visa debit chargeback scheme, in the first instance the operator won't know what you are on abt, but insist to be put through to the card dispute team. it is not widely known about and i was asked by the operator how i knew about the scheme. search for yourselves on the internet. my bank told me you can claim for not receiving goods, faulty goods etc. the bank pay you your money back and then claim it of the seller. also after numerous e-mails to wowcher and vivacity, and many hours of research into my legal rights, i have been told by wowcher that i will get a full refund, minus p&p, so i will wait to get my refund then contact my bank. if sending an e-mail to wowcher, in the subject box mark it f.a.o. aiden (urgent) i was told this is the manager and it seemed to work when i did it, i got a responce within a couple of hours and it had been dealt with, no more chasing around. hopefully this will help some people. read more

Why we can't give minus stars is beyond me! I am extremely annoyed about this company, i eventually received the PC Tablet late, it is the same as others have commented on here, not fit for purpose. I emailed Vivacity and they deleted my email without opening it. I have sent my fourth email and still not received a reply. I have emailed Wowcher to say how annoyed I am and that I have contacted Trading Standards, who I hope will be passing the case to the Bedford Trading Standards. I suggest that anyone else who is less than satisfied do the same thing. Their number is (Consumer Direct) 08454 040506 give them all the details, the more complaints they receive the more likely they are to investigate. Another option for those of you who paid via credit card, if the item is under £100 ring your credit card company and ask if you can make a claim under their claimback scheme. I've contacted my bank and they have asked me to write to them with all the details, copies of correspondence etc, they usually want to see evidence the item has been returned, but vivacity say you can't just return things you must get the address etc etc. If we all stand together we might get something done, good luck everyone read more

Dont deserve a star. I ordered a product on 4/8/12 and didnt receive it. Emailed called and eventually facebooked several times! Eventually spoke to a cs rep, she advised me to call back in 10 minutes (sounded like she was outside on the mobile). When i explained that i was beyond frustrated and i wanted her to call me back (afterall their company mobile invites you to leave your name and number so they may call you back!!!! Yeah right) the cs rep told me she had no credit in her phone, wtf???!!! Started a paypal dispute as i was having no joy obtaining my item or refund. Paypal found in my favour as these cowboys failed to provide sufficient info. Silly me i thought that would be the end. No! I received an email from these cowboys within an hr of paypals decision stating that I DID receive my item and that they were for taking ME to court! Quicker to respond when they have to refund, but dont mind when they effectively steal your cash! An apology would have been suffice! If you like having your trousers pulled down and be bent over a table, then this is the company for you. If you dont like being screwed- avoid like the plague!!!! read more

I ordered some goods ( jeggings) from vivacity in July. they were a summer present for my daughters. I made the purchase through wowcher. I have had exactly the same response as others here. Initially they told me the order had been delivered and thereafter all communication dried up. I followed the issue with wowcher, who were extremely helpful. They also contacted vivacity and received the same response that the goods had been delivered. Wowcher then asked for some very basic information such as the tracking number or who were the deliverers etc. They received the same response from vivacity. i.e nothing. Eventually wowcher have refunded the cost of the items. i have lost out on package and packing, but that is a small consideration. Maybe if everyone contacted wowcher they would drop viva city from their suppliers and others would follow. it is obvious that vivacity problems are not one off and their customer relations department is virtually non existent I have to give a star rating otherwise there would not be any stars for this company read more

MINUS 5 STARS !!!! As like most of you on here I have purchased something through Wowcher (10 inch Notebooks) that then needs to be ordered directly thorough Vivacity. I made my purchase on 29th September and as of yet I have NOTHING to show for it! My first email to Vivacity was responded to by telling me my item was on its way!!! I as yet still have not received it and I have sent 6 follow up emails. I have now contacted Wowcher directly and hope I get a positive response from them. (I will keep you updated on how helpful they are). And I have contacted Trading Standards and Citizens advice also to see where I stand legally with regards to both Wowcher and Vivacity (again I will update people on my responses) Please don't anyone order from them ! I wish I had found this review site before I made my purchases ! Sadly this has made me lose faith in the types of companies that Wowcher deal with too! Hope they can restore my faith in them by being helpful in resolving my issue! read more

The worst service I have received for years. Unbelievable. Again took advantage of a wowcher deal which ended 31st August. I waited the quoted 21 dys for delivery until 21st September. No sign of my item so I chased it and a week later was told it would be with me immediately. It is now 4th October, no sign of my purchase and requests for updates from vivacity now seem to be ignored. I have now had to result to asking Wowcher to step in, but not much luck there either. So I am now still waiting for my purchase to be delivered 2weeks after the delivery timescale quoted at purchase and almost 2 months after paying for it. Chances of a refund? those requests have been ignored by Vivacity and Wowcher. I certainly won't be using these guys again and the whole thing has affected my opinion of Wowcher. read more

Like everyone else has said this store is just a waste of time. I brought laptop through wowcher, paid postage on 29 Sept no laptop received, no response to emails. I have emailed wowcher to complain and suggest that they no longer allow this store to use there site and I would ask that everyone else who has purchased through wowcher do the same. The more complaints they get the more likely they are to stop using this company then Vivacity finally might take the hint and sort themselves out. As i've paid through paypal i've also opened a dispute against this item with the hope that there involvement will either get me my laptop or at least a refund so i can get my son his xmas prescent from someone else. IF YOU HAVENT PURCHASED THROUGH VIVACITY DONT DO IT NO MATTER HOW GOOD VALUE IT SEEMS read more

Doesn't deserve a star. Terrible to non-existant service. Stay away from this store and save yourself a whole load of grief. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Their own rules show that they should ship within 3 days and that items should arrive within 5 days. 21 days later I am still waiting. But of course my money was taken. Further, if your order is over £100, shipping is free, but I got charged for it. When I (oh joy) got someone on the phone (seems to be single person running the entire outfit) she said that it would take up to 3 weeks thus contradicting her store policy. Contrary to distance selling rules one can also not cancel an order when it is placed. Actually it says on the website you cancancel but then agin, when you try you cannot. You may wish to stop just copying and pasting the rubbish you have on your website and I quote 'you proud yourselves' blah blah for one isn't even English the sentence should be 'PRIDE yourselves' which shows you are a bunch of imbeciles and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service! I purchased the item and paid the postage on 29th sept which I can confirm is now 27 days ago! So you may say can take UPTO 28 days but as online tracking on my account still states my order is being processed I suspect it will be late if I get it at all! You have a week to deliver my item or I shall see you in court! Disgrace to wowcher! My order number is 11982 should you bother to enquire where it is! After paying £89 plus £9.99 p&p I suggest u pull your finger out!!! read more

I waited the stated period of 3 weeks , for my item to arrive. But nothing arrived. I then e-mailed Vivacity to request a change of delivery address. This was neither acknowledged nor acted upon. The item then arrived after a 4 week wait to the original delivery address. Any phone calls to Vivacity are met with the same automated message, that all their representatives are busy. So this is how Vivacity treats their customers by not talking directly to them & not acknowledging e-mails or polite requests. I fail to see how any company can reasonably expect their customers to put up with such shoddy service. I certainly won't be using them again & will advise any friends to think carefully before using them. read more

They are a bunch of crooks! Never recieved my android tablet, about 25 emails to them with no response, copied wowcher into all my emails to them for there records. Wowcher refunded my money but I wanted a refund of my £9.99 delivery cost. Amirah from Vivacity finally responded, agreeing to do so. I chased after 5 working days as i had not recieved it, She replied basically telling me shes going back on it and telling me where to go. Im so dissapointed and diisgusted Wowcher and several other voucher sites are STILL using there services. To me they are playing a part in ripping off there customers as they are aware of the problem. BTW I wouldnt even give them half a star. read more

I think Vivacity Stores are a bunch of muppets. If you look up their company at Companies House, you'll see they've only been operating for just a few months. If you look up their address on Google Street View, you'll see it's a residential house in what looks like a council estate. I ordered a product which was faulty, returned it and asked for a refund, and they didn't reply. They don't pick up their phone. They don't answer emails. I took them to court and won the case by default because they failed to even reply to the court. So now they have a County Court Judgment against them. This means they will have problems obtaining a bank loan or insurance in the future. read more

Appalling company. I ordered a product for my holiday 2 weeks before departure, it didnt arrive. I then complained and requested a refund (as I no longer needed item), they said they'd send the product out again (completely ignoring my request for a refund). Nearly a month afterwards I still havent received the item so sent a strongly worded email to them to which I received a bounce back email saying Your message to customerservice@vivacitystores.com was automatically rejected:Quota exceeded (mailbox for user is full) which is just what you want when emailing customer services. I will never use them again and I'd warn people to stay well clear. read more

In September 2012 I bought a 7" Android tablet from Vivacity through Wowcher (can't fault them they've been very good). After much chasing for weeks on end it eventually arrived and didn't work. I tried to contact Vivacity many times but with no luck. Even Wowcher tried but without success. I eventually returned it and requested a refund. To date this has still not materialized and I am now trying to secure a refund from my credit card company. I have warned Wowcher against dealing with this crooked company who must be aware of all the bad reviews and criticism, but continue to ignore everyone. I wouldn't even give them half a star rating. read more
