This is an absolute nightmare and I would avoid this shop at all costs. I don't know what poundland…read moremay do to the people of Bedford, but it seems to me that it turns them into nutters who have run out of manners. Too many times have I been in this shop to have been shoved and pushed in every direction, I have even been sworn at on occasions. If you can get in there when it's quiet then it's great, they do have some good stuff and lots of branded goodies but i'm starting to wonder if it's worth it! It's the perfect place to go to get sweets for halloween or little stocking fillers.

Also I'd say this is not a place to go if you get claustrophobic, or if you find it hard to deal with lots of people for any other reason like being unstable on your feet or anything. This is one shop where I insist on using my wheelchair even if I'm feeling fit enough to walk because otherwise I'm liable to get knocked over and trodden on!
