I do love browsing this shop as everything in there is so lovely! The one thing that isn't so lovely is the prices, they are on the high side which is a real shame. Still- they often have reductions so it's best just to keep your eyes out for these and shop then!

The shop has a lovely selection of cushions and candles and a really good sized selection of bathroom items including rubber ducks in every size and colour you can imagine They sell furniture too but only a few items like tables and sofas. I could stay in here looking at the items for hours. Cargo often has a reduced section; they had a large one after Christmas but most of the items available are not cheap

Around Christmas time they start to sell more gift type products which are usually of a named brand so nodody will know that your bargain buy came from Wilkinsons! I have also found the perfume they sell to be very well priced. I would advise anyone who always buys toiletries from Boots to check out Wilkinsons as they sell lots of the same brands but are nearly always cheaper - often quite a lot cheaper! Don't be fooled into thinking this is a small shop - they have an upstairs but the escalator is at the back of the shop. Best thing in here is the pick n mix - VERY cheap compared to places like Woolies!

It sells pretty much everything you need from beauty products, toys, pet food to decorating products and bathroom fittings and everything is at very reasonable prices. It has also started selling food in the last year when before it just used to sell sweets. The store does have a lift but it is hidden away so elderly customers might not know about it and its a shame they do not have a till upstairs too but otherwise i really enjoy shopping here as i can get anything i need.

The website has some beautiful clothing but what is actually delivered does not compare to the descriptions. I ordered four outfits in July 2015 for a family wedding. The most expensive outfit was nearly 300USD and lacked some of the work that was shown on the website but was still pretty although not worth the steep price tag. The outfit I was most excited to wear was a disappointment and required lots of last minute alterations and repair. The zipper was broken and the sleeves had been sewn haphazardly with no fitting. Another outfit was a poly blend instead of silk. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the customer service response was as follows: "Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry for back zip issue. We will definitely improve it. As you said you will get it fixed. It is not a big issue. We let us know if you are unable to fix it. Please let us know if you pay any charges for fixing the issue. We will give you special discount on your next order." There is no chance of a follow up order and I can't place a review on their website to provide feedback.

We bought a kurta and it feels like plastic without any cotton! I can't believe they charge so much…read moremoney for such a terrible quality garment. The workmanship is very poor, much different to how the clothes look on the website. I was thinking of buying more clothing from the website for the rest of my family including my wife and parents but now will not do so.
