Once in a lifetime experience, why not since we're visiting from out of town. When we went, it was during somewhat off season. Not TOO crowded, but there was still quite a few people ahead of us. Photo Theme options are almost limitless. We decided to go with "Old Time Gangster" Wardrobes for us were very easy to put on, basically shirts that's been cut open and close using Velcros. So I didn't need to change any of my clothes at well (would recommend laundry after the photo shoot), who knows how many times the clothes has been worn or how many times it's been washed. Staffs are generally pretty friendly. Photo shoot process only took few minutes. You honestly spend more time at the cashier booth looking at and deciding which photo you want to keep. For the based price, you get 1-2 copies. *WARNING* There will be a lot of upselling (Different types of copies, prints, and frames..etc). Fortunately we didn't need to buy any extra, we just wanted 2 simple copies and use our own photo frame, because it can easily add up to couple hundred dollars. As once in a life time experience, it was worth it. But not something we would do every year.

I recently used Chris to photograph our condo in OC, MD. This is an investment property for us…read more We communicated through text and email. He took pictures of our condo in a timely manner. I paid for the pictures, without paying much attention to them (my fault). After my wife and property manager voiced their disappointment with the quality of the pictures I contacted Chris to see if he would be willing to stop by the condo and take some additional pictures. He said because it was 2 weeks after the session and I had downloaded the pictures that he was unwilling to take any additional pictures. That is his right but I think it is bad business. He lives there. It would take a relatively small investment of his time and resources to make a customer happy. His website says up to 100 pictures for the package. I received 82. I asked if he would take an additional 18 to bring it to the 100 mark. He said no, which again is his right because he noted his site says "UP TO" 100 pictures for the package. One last thing that stood out was the difference in price that he quoted me $350 and the site on his site which is $300. He did it for $300 but the difference in the quote and the site prices was questionable. I would just think in the industry of photography, that is almost completely service driven, what I asked for to make the situation better was not a very big ask. I would be more than happy to share the pictures with anyone that would like to see them and make up their own mind about the quality. In addition to my wife and property manager, the first person we had in the condo said "the pictures don't do the place justice". That really says it all!

Our photos came out amazing. He did an incredible job, it was a fun session for the boys (6 and 4 years old) and made us feel very comfortable. I just received my package shipped from this location to my home in CA. Nothing marked fragile or glass on the box! Dishes and bowls not wrapped individually but piled together and wrapped together and no peanut styrofoam to cushion between pieces! I now have 6 pieces that are broken! I'm not sure if anyone in a supervisory role reviewed this packaging job it's so bad!! I will be calling tomorrow!! Not happy these items were from my mothers home who passed away last year.
