When we first brought our son there we had to wait a few weeks and be patient with our son adapting to the newness and other issues that where delt with by management and my wife and I. If you have a problem or issue and call about it your problem will be delt with and tended to immediatly. When you walk in or leave the front desk is friendly and nice making sure your child is given a welcome or a good bye on a daily basis as-well as the parent. All the staff are professional. I had 3 other sons that are older that went to diffrent care centers over the years and I have to say the Next Generations in Andover is the best yet. If your a new parent with a first child going to this day care center or any for that matter just be patient from the start to work out any kinks you may be having. Its not easy leaving your loved one off in the morning but rest assured that in my opinion 6 months into it that your child is getting the love and attention they deserve by a "class act group of A-plus management and teachers. It is definitely important to know your child is being taken care of when you are at work or what ever reason your using Next Generations. I know from experience that my son is happy and doing well there by a excellent group !!!!! Thats why I gave them a 5 star rating !!!!! Ps- The place is large and there are many areas for your child to learn and play.

I have learned so much as an early child educator from the teacher mentors I have met along the way. As an employee I feel supported by management and my coworkers. I appreciate that they use the Brightwheel app consistently to keep us updated throughout the day, and you can tell by the activities they plan that they value developmentally appropriate learning and socialization. Milestones welcomed our Early Intervention provider into the classroom consistently and took her recommendations seriously, which was instrumental in meeting our son's goals. Our Early Intervention provider also expressed how impressed she was with Milestones flexibility and willingness to try her recommended interventions. I wholeheartedly recommend Milestones to any family looking for a safe and supportive program for their little one/s!

The mom and daughter team have provided one of their rooms to allow the play date kiddos to explore and play for a 1.5-2 he allotment. I love the cleanliness and layout of the classrooms. The bathrooms are perfect, especially my BBB potty training; toilets are scaled down to their size. We have a few daycare learning center places we hold play dates in the local area and this location definitely scales up there! Clean, spacious, friendly staff. Looks like a great option for daycare/preschool; they accommodate 6weeks to 5years. Love how the center is sectioned away from the busy street being on the backside of the shared business building. Parking has never been an inside too. Thanks for sharing you space with the local moms and tots!

First thing I will say about this daycare is that the teachers are wonderful. I always felt like…read morethey were giving my son the love and attention he needed and deserved. The Director on the other hand is an awful human. My son had been at this daycare since June 2022 and in January 2023 we were told that his spot was only 'temporary" and would end Feb 8, 2023. The Director swears that we had the conversation and that she told me this was happening and that the witness to our conversation was her daughter slash Co- Director. Not a very credible third party. She also told me jokingly that she should really start putting this in writing because parents always seem to be surprised when she tells them their child's spot is temporary. My son had a very difficult transition into daycare and my argument was why would I have put him through such a difficult transition knowing it would only be temporary?! Clearly we did not know. During our final conversation, after her telling me I needed to be "respectful to the staff" until his last day which blew me away since I was nothing but respectful to her staff, she told me over and over again how much they did for my son and how accommodating they were to him when he started. Now being an Elementary School Guidance Counselor myself, I said to her "if you are working with children, you SHOULD be doing everything that you can to accommodate any child's needs?" If that is not your. mindset then you have no business working with children. In conclusion, if you do choose this child care for your child, make sure you have it in writing that his or her spot is permanent.

Both my son and daughter have grown leaps and bounds and have come such a long way since coming here. They both have learned much more than I previously thought possible in the ammount of time. My son Benjamin still attends daily and has now graduated to the pre-k program and loves it!! My daughter Brianna recently graduated and is now in Kindergarten and is more than prepared thanks to much help from WCLC. To say that they both get so excited to come every day is an understatement because they love this place to the moon and back. The biggest reason is because of the wonderful, gifted, caring and loving staff!! They all work very very hard and are truly dedicated to each and every child and their learning, happiness and individual needs. I would like to give a special thanks to each and every one of the ladies here I am extremely happy, proud and honored to say that the kids and I are part of the very special WCLC family which is what the learning center is, a big loving family. I also feel comforted that Brianna has been welcomed back during school vacations and any time to drop in and visit. I would not only recommend but encourage any parents out there who are looking for the best of the best to look no further and send your little ones here!!

I have been absolutely blown away by The Goddard School of Derry since we first started attending…read moreback in October 2019 for our first child. Being a first time parent, I was obviously panicked about being away from my daughter for the first time and all of the employees were extremely kind and patient with me as I called multiple times a day to check in. They also have an app called Tadpoles that allows us to get in depth descriptions of every single thing that happens throughout the day and what lessons/skill development they worked on that day. A few weeks after my daughter had started going I was rushed to the ER and was hospitalized for a week. The staff not only worked with me and got to know various family members of mine to approve of additional pick up people, but they also were sure to ask every day how I was doing. They also allowed me to call and speak with the teachers since I wasn't having face to face interaction with them anymore. I also missed a tuition payment when I was in the hospital and instead of punishing me, they allowed me to get it to them as soon as I was out and able to go. The daycare has been extremely diligent with all sicknesses (even prior to COVID19) and has the best sanitation practices in the state. They were able to catch the first signs of RSV with my daughter and alerted me immediately and even followed up to see how she was feeling. From personal experience, I can truly say that these employees treat the students as if they are family. I can honestly say that after seeing the way that my daughter's face lights up when she sees some of the employees, I have full faith in their abilities to care for my daughter in the same way I would myself. I have been meaning to post a review for a while but I finally needed to now because of the way the daycare is handling COVID19 and these unprecedented times. My husband and I are both essential workers and not only are we required to work right now but we are required to work longer than normal hours. Having a safe and family-like atmosphere for our daughter to go to everyday has truly been paramount not only to her happiness, but also to allow us to safely perform our job functions. They have taken an endless amount of precautions to ensure our children are as safe as humanly possible from the virus and they have also put a huge impact on the safety of their employees. They have been supportive to all families, even the ones who chose to keep their children home during this time, and are consistently communicating every policy they are using to keep parents informed. The current pandemic is really showing what companies are genuine/caring/successful and what companies don't care about their employees and clients what so ever. The Goddard School of Derry has not only proved to us how incredible of a facility they are, but they far exceeded any of our expectations of a childcare institution. No other daycare could compare.

The most expensive glorified daycare there is with both owner and director having no child skills…read moreand no desire to even be around children or wanting anything to do with parents. There's zero communication no matter how hard you try unless you count passive aggressive e-mails days to weeks later. Sure you get a few photos during the day but try getting a hold of anyone and the phone just rings, or you never get a phone call or e-mail back. Teachers seem inexperienced to actually teach anything worthwhile, pre-k and k are run like a daycare just with tables labeled "art", "snacks" and so forth. Their scapegoat is to say they emphasize "learning through play" so they don't have to put in the effort. $1000 month for HALF days but nothing to show for this insane amount of tuition besides other kids families bringing in goody bags or snacks. They make you fill out novels of paperwork beforehand but don't even read the documents they make you turn in! Your child has a food allergy? They ignore it and give your child that food. My kiddo comes home saying they had a stomachache and told the teacher they felt sick, but you get no report or phone call?! - just to find out with questioning your child that they're feeding your kiddo their allergen!! The next day they sent him home WITH his allergen food AFTER I called and asked why he was eating said allergen and the teacher called me saying " I didn't see that but I'm looking at it now" say what?!! To add insult to injury they make you give 30 days paid notice to unenroll and then you finally get communication FAST from their see you aunt tee director demanding payment, daily kind you.. demanding it daily. Please research and read other reviews that say exactly this about this disgraceful "school". I wish I had and saved 2k.
