This has actually been our first time buying a house and has heard so many horror stories from my co-workers with their experiences and previous agents. However, that wasn't the case with Anthony. He made sure that I was comfortable in the process, very accommodating with schedule, taught me things I didn't understand, patient to the things I needed further assistance, and working hard to make things possible. One perfect scenario is, there were multiple offers for the house we wanted and it was almost at the peak of our budget. I did not have any high hopes and had resigned to the thought that it may be impossible for our offer to be accepted.. However, due to Anthony's hard work and great skills in real estate, We were able to buy our dream home within our given budget! He has shown exceptional skills in his profession that even the seller and his agent were very much impressed with his work ethics. He has also continued to provide suggestions and recommendation for certain aspect of the house that I would not have thought to fit my lifetsyle! Up to this day even after closing, He would still accommodate any questions and concerns I may have regarding real estate! Thus, I have continued to recommend Anthony to my friends and family. He is the best in what he does! Surely the best real estate agent that anyone can have!

As every one knows, this time in the real estate marker is INSANE! It can, will and has made me feel as if I could not afford a home. Robyn was heaven sent. Right on time. The reassurance, due diligence and empathy she provided touched me to my heart. We all know and are hearing the wild stories. Honestly, they're not stories, the things that are happening in today's market are very REAL! Robyn has proven herself to be more than just a realtor, someone who shows you houses and makes deals. Robyn goes above and beyond, keeping YOUR best interest in the forefront, never persuading or pressuring you to succumb to doing something crazy; waiving inspections, waiving appraisal, over bidding........... the list can go on and on as what some have had to do in order to secure housing. Robyn understood this was a time in my life that would impact me for years to come, and she made sure to convey to me the importance of doing what was best for me. We need more Robyn's, especially during these time of this housing war. There is nothing like someone who really has your back at a time when the almighty dollar is king, sellers are demanding your heart, soul and firstborn child, stripping you of all your protection and then going through several rounds of heartbreak due to getting your offer accepted. I will forever be grateful to Robyn for being an upright business woman during this housing crisis.

We knew buying a house in general would be a process especially during the pandemic, but Sophie…read moremade it the best experience we could have asked for as first time home buyers. We were first connected with Sophie through Zillow by chance. We wanted to tour our first house so we requested an appointment through Zillow and she was assigned to us. It was fate! We knew the moment we met her that she would be the one. She explained to us the hardships of trying to buy a house right now. She let us know that she wouldn't lie to us and tell us how it is. But, the one thing she promised was that she would get us our perfect house! Every house we wanted to see, Sophie did an amazing job getting an appointment to see them on the days and times we were free. She got down the style we wanted, our budget, and helped us find a house that was 100% us. Even when we were discouraged, she reminded us that "the one" was coming. After a couple of weeks of touring numerous houses, the last one we saw was it. It had everything we had told her we wanted including being within our budget and she knew it was us before we walked in the house! With being first time home buyers, the bidding process was something new for us. Sophie made it so incredibly simple. She had referred us to a loan officer who helped us get a loan quickly. She wrote up the offer letter and had us sign it easily to bid on the house before offers were due. She followed up on the bid for us a couple of hours later and .... We got our perfect house!! How fast and simple it was for us. We were shocked! Then came the hard part of going through all the motions of getting a house. The entire time, Sophie was on it and communicated with us everyday. She updated us on everything we needed to know and made us a timeline of when certain things were due. She was there inspecting the house whenever we couldn't be and we trusted her to do that. We have finally closed on our first house on June 2021 in Cordelia and have been extremely happy that we got Sophie as our agent. She is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, communicates well, and a joy to get along with! With the relationship we built with her, we know that she will always be apart of our lives. If you're looking to buy a house, we would definitely recommend her for all your real estate needs!!

Be advised that this realtor has been hired to rent out a home at 754 La Cruz Lane in Vacaville…read more Then it is managed by the landlord who in my opinion is a slumlord, is not professional, and prefers to do "verbal" instead of emails/texts for no proof of her negligence. On the day that my bf and I picked up keys, the home wasn't ready and the landlord was "unaware" supposedly. We had to cancel the uhaul, extend my stay at the apartment which meant I had to pay more rent, and live out of boxes for a week longer. Imagine having to coordinate all that with 3 children one that was 6 months old. I lived there for 4 years only because it was affordable. But I guess having a negligent landlord is the price you pay. During covid, landlord refused to apply for covid relief and threatened to evict me if I didn't pay even though I had lost my job due to lay offs. I continued to pay not realizing that I had rights. I feared more not having a place to live for my family. I finally moved out due to mice infestation that she would not address or handle. I was advised by 2 pest control companies that this was an "unlivable condition" and required attention. I had to pay for it out of pocket. She just wants her money and told me repeatedly every time she raised the rent (which was every year on the dot) that she could get more rent if she wanted to. Please be advised and warned. Thank you

We were looking to buy a home in Fairfield from out of state and I spent a weekend visiting the area to scope neighborhoods and met with 6-7 real estate agents. Joe came recommended as "THE MAN" (especially when it came to VA loans) from an Agent who spoke very highly of working with him. Another real estate agent also recommended someone for us to work with for VA loans so I started the process by getting quotes from both. The first time I reached out to Joe was after the close of business - I just assumed he'd contact me the next morning. HE CALLED ME WITHIN 5 MINUTES, and talked to me for a good 30-40 minutes - despite it being 9pm or so! Joe and his team's communication, ESPECIALLY how quickly they respond/reach out to you, was one of the best/most comforting aspect of working with them. Any time I had a question (and I had lots), they were happy to (instantly) jump on the phone with me and patiently walk through whatever I needed. The document submission/underwriting process was a breeze. Shauna is a rockstar! We submitted a ton of documents and financial statements/schedules and she made very quick work of going through and understanding everything. These guys got us the best loan terms amongst those we shopped with. They were honest and very transparent. They were patient and fantastic at communicating. I mean - what more could you ask for when obtaining a home loan? (Thanks again guys!)
