Arcade and minigolf are cool and well maintained. The gokart track is short but seems fun (not as fast as K1 cars). Parking is well organized and they do have an overflow lot available as well. Overall, a positive and fun experience, but I can imagine that for the regular season prices that they charge, it can be very expensive for a family to spend the whole day here.

The short of it is: This golf course is cruel and certainly not fun. It is not shaded, so expect to burn. It is poorly designed, so expect to lose your ball within the first two or three holes. It's very very likely that one or more members of your family will permanently lose a ball to incredibly challenging terrain features, for which the official response from golfland is.. exit the course, go back inside, get another ball. This requires staff intervention, which means you have to wait in line again... Just like you did the first time to play. This overpriced course feels cruel and is disrespectful of your family's time and does not encourage a sense of fun. Please seek miniature golf elsewhere unless you are going for an extreme challenge. Not friendly for our group with ages between 10 and 80 Expect to pay twice as much for your time here as you would intentionally losing your golf balls at a place like topgolf.

They had everything you could need so if you forgot anything, they had you covered!! They even bring in their mascot (who is massive) and get the kids together for group photos with him. It was the human thing to do. Being kind is free. I wish more people could slow down and show some compassion. Since we already read about this online, we were neither surprised nor grossed out. It was a fun day outdoors! The office staff were super warm, hospitable, and accommodating. Even as we added to our food order last minute (because I saw how active the kids were being... they were ravenous!), they flexed with our request. The pizza was hot; the fruit was refreshing. We felt so well cared for! Safety-wise, I'm glad we brought older kids, mostly very strong swimmers, and vigilant parents. The course is large, and there are spots that are invisible from the lifeguards' posts. We had to initiate with the lifeguards a few times because they weren't giving us any information/direction. (eg: Can we start? Where do we start? Any rules we need to know? Are you still on break, or can we go in again?) They did not seem to have a system for the lifejackets. They were sleepy and eager to clock out. This is the first open weekend of the season; I trust they will establish consistent group protocols as the summer goes on. Food available but we haven't ever bought. Overall good for littles. Tickets are affordable ($18 adults, $10 seniors, $25 kid, under 34" free, $90 season pass). A bit hot on the hot days bc we're in sac but more shade & breeze than expected. Lots of sitting areas. Small and has limited rides but my kiddo still enjoys spending about 2hrs each time.

Never is crazy lol also the new hours, 4-8pm in the middle of summer is wild. It used to be a pretty solid place for parents to come work remote while their kids played but apparently that era is over. 4-8 is like the prequel to closing for good.

When we arrived, I was told my toddler could jump while I watched from the sidelines. However, after seeing how chaotic the facility was, there was no way I felt comfortable doing that. Children were running around unsupervised, teenagers were climbing up the slides the wrong way, kids weren't taking turns, and I didn't see staff monitoring any slides. To keep my 23-month-old safe, I ended up paying the additional 50% fee so I could accompany him on the trampoline. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy the party, I spent the entire time chasing and playing alongside my toddler to make sure he didn't get hurt. It was exhausting--I left drenched in sweat, and I'm 38 years old, a runner, and in good shape. Unfortunately, the experience got worse when we left the party area. Someone stole my Altra running shoes along with the zippered party favor bags we had received. My 5-year-old was heartbroken. On top of that, many of the arcade games were out of order, two major attractions were closed. I think this location would benefit greatly from having a dedicated toddler area where younger children can play safely away from older kids. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this Urban Air.
