He is an extraordinary worker and deserves the best. After are great start, we were having a blast on the splish and splash of the water slides. When these unsupervised kids ruined our fun. They cut in front of everyone in line for stealth so I confronted them. This lead to them following me and my friend around the entire water park. When me and my friend went on double dare trying to get them away from us they followed us up and were repeatedly yelling at us. They then told the life guard that we cut them and pushed them down the stairs. The life guard, Declan T, did nothing about them yelling and even let them cut in front of us even Though we so clearly made it up first. This is when our day started getting worse these kids followed us back to our spots invading our personal space and yelling at us. Even with many life guards around no one stopped them. Me and my friend eventually got so fed up with there act we went and told a supervisor after telling him the situation he did absolutely nothing.

I feel like they can go around and spray it down with water or something you can wear shoes, but they make you take off your shoes and hold them on the slides. The double dare has no shade the ground was so hot kids were holding onto the side rail to keep their feet from burning. We will still come here enjoy the water slides.

As a teacher, it gave me peace of mind knowing the children could play safely while still enjoying plenty of freedom to explore. There was also a nice covered area for parents and chaperones to relax, as well as a great space for eating and gathering as a group. This was our second year visiting, and it was just as fantastic as the first. The staff and facilities made our field trip easy and enjoyable from start to finish. As a first time visitor I was excited, but definitely anxious too. If you're visiting the first time I would recommend the "Pick 3." Bathrooms: One of the first things I noticed was the condition of the bathrooms. It was disappointing to see old cobwebs inside the restroom stall while I was using it. A little more attention to cleanliness would improve the overall experience. Safety Instruction: The biggest issue for me was the safety briefing. We were told we'd receive a 20 minute instructional video. However, once we got to the area where our harnesses were, the staff started fitting us into our gear while the video was playing. They were explaining the buckles, straps, and safety equipment at the same time the video was giving important instructions. Trying to watch the video, listen to the staff, and pay attention to how my harness was being secured all at once was overwhelming. By the time they finished fitting the gear, the video had ended, and we were sent straight to our first course. I didn't feel confident or fully prepared because I was left with several unanswered questions, which only increased my anxiety. I also think the safety instructors stationed throughout the obstacle courses could have given clearer, more thorough directions. There were multiple times I had to ask the same question in several different ways just to make sure I understood what I was supposed to do. Clearer communication would have made me feel much safer and more confident throughout the experience. Overall, the courses itself was exciting, but I believe improving the cleanliness and making the safety instruction more organized and easier to follow would greatly enhance the experience for first time visitors.

I noticed a lot of the negative reviews are about the water quality. This is not a pool, so the water is not clear; it has vegetation; and stocked fish control for mosquitoes. Since we already read about this online, we were neither surprised nor grossed out. It was a fun day outdoors! The office staff were super warm, hospitable, and accommodating. Even as we added to our food order last minute (because I saw how active the kids were being... they were ravenous!), they flexed with our request. The pizza was hot; the fruit was refreshing. We felt so well cared for! Safety-wise, I'm glad we brought older kids, mostly very strong swimmers, and vigilant parents. The course is large, and there are spots that are invisible from the lifeguards' posts. We had to initiate with the lifeguards a few times because they weren't giving us any information/direction. (eg: Can we start? Where do we start? Any rules we need to know? Are you still on break, or can we go in again?) They did not seem to have a system for the lifejackets. They were sleepy and eager to clock out. This is the first open weekend of the season; I trust they will establish consistent group protocols as the summer goes on. Parking is free bc it's in William Land park. Might have to walk a bit but better than Gilroy where you have to pay $25 AND walk a lot to get to your car. Face painting available for $15. Food available but we haven't ever bought. Overall good for littles. Tickets are affordable ($18 adults, $10 seniors, $25 kid, under 34" free, $90 season pass).
