The air conditioner was broken for about 5 months and they repeatedly sent out a maintenance man who didn't know how to fix it (not his fault they wouldn't hire a pro), the clothes dryer never worked properly, and it had roaches. When we moved out they charged us almost the full deposit to "paint" and when we questioned it they sent us pictures of spackle holes we filled that only required touch up paint. Don't count on getting your deposit back if you live here. Would not recommend to anyone and would not use them again. read more

Yeah, they suck. I had my dishwasher leak on multiple occasions and had it 'fixed' twice. The second time the maintenance guy told me 'You have to close it all the way'. Also never heard back from them about my deposit (but tbh I had a feeling I wouldn't be getting it back from them anyway). 06/26/2019 Update: Place to Be has been cooperating with us and has been very accommodating when dealing with the rats. Place to Be has let us end our lease early and is giving us our money back for the week or two we dealt with the infestation. Although it doesn't rectify the gross negligence on their end, I think Place to Be has learned their lesson when it comes to being responsive and communicative with their residents. Rat infestation Long post: see last paragraph for a summary. My roommate and I moved into Park Place apartments in August 2018. We enjoyed the apartment location, quality, and price and were generally happy with the set up we had going on. Maintenance requests were handled in a timely, appropriate manner and all the employees seemed ready and willing to help. All was great until the rats moved in.... We started hearing "animals" in our walls in November 2018. Almost immediately, we notified Place to Be that we thought there were squirrels in our dryer vents. The maintenance request was blatantly ignored, which at the time was not a huge deal because they were just isolated to a small part of the wall in the apartment. Quickly, however, the "squirrels" moved to every single wall in the apartment. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, closet, etc... We would frequently hear them running around and making noise at all hours of the day. We continued living with these "animals" in our wall for a few months because honesty, they seemed pretty harmless. They had yet to breach the actual living quarters of the apartment and Place to Be made it out to be a benign issue. In April/May 2019 however, we opened our utility closet and found tons of poop. A few nights later, we opened the utility closet again to find a HUGE rat staring back. We immediately called Place to Be who assured us they would send an exterminator out during the week. No exterminator ever came. After several calls to Place to Be, it was revealed that there was a miscommunication with the exterminator who is contracted with Place to Be Properties. Fine. They assured me that the exterminator would be out next week to deal with the rat infestation. The exterminator never came. I then contacted the director of operations who never returned to my call. In May 2019, a rat died in the walls. The smell was absolutely unbearable. My roommate and I could not go into the apartment without gagging/retching over the smell. Then came the flies, OH MY there were so many flies. So in addition to the foul stink, we were killing dozens of flies daily. Place to Be sent out someone to provide us with a deodorizer but still ignored the rat infestation at hand. It honestly felt like we were living in hell; the stink, the rats, the flies and worst of all, Place to Be doing practically nothing to remedy the problem. Then a few nights ago, the rats chewed a hole in the wall behind our fridge and went to town in our kitchen. When we woke up, there were rat droppings EVERYWHERE and tons of our food had been eaten. We immediately called Place to Be were reassured that help would be sent out. We talked with our neighbors to see if they were experiencing the same problems and found out something shocking. Park Place has a rat infestation that is out of control. Our neighbors have killed countless rats but they kept coming and chewing new holes in the wall to breach their apartment. After a little more investigation, we discovered that the WHOLE building is infested with rats and Place to Be is doing NOTHING to solve the issue. That leaves us with one option, to move out of the apartment and abandon ship. Our neighbors have already moved out entirely because of the rat problem and we intend to do the same when or lease ends in July 2019. Summary: Park Place has been dealing with a rat infestation for months. Place to Be is doing nothing to solve the issue. The whole apartment building bordering North Texas Blvd has rats and will continue to have rats until Place to Be decides to take action. Do not live here read more

Place to be is one of the most important apt company in Denton. Staff are nice but they are usually very busy. When I lived in Denton they help me a lot although I didn't lease the 911 apt. I would not recommend this company and their apartments/homes to anyone. They are the worst! They don't honor their conversations with tenants and what has been agreed verbally. They are bluntly rude and not professional - and predatory! We moved in and the house was not cleaned or painted - we had to do it ourselves. And we moved out they charged us for cleaning and painting!!! We had mold, leaks, ants, cooling and heating issues, doors that didn1t work. House is in disrepair and out of fire code. I could honestly write the longest lists of reasons why you should not give these people your money but I will keep it simple- The staff has been completely unresponsive and uncommunicative since move in (hard to reach, unpleasant to speak with [why is there a middle aged woman speaking over me the entire time??]) The property they ended up giving me was not even close to looking not functioning like the apartment I toured, so that must have been a set up. So many broken things in my actual apartment once I moved in, and the only thing about this place that was good was the location of property. Shady business practices, and I would say borderline price gouging. They will do any and everything they can to take any penny of your money they can. And if you're unable to renew your lease 9+ months in advance, they'll lease it to someone else and not mention it to you until you attempt to renew your lease near the end. (Because as a student, I am supposed to be aware of my financial situation several months in advance?) I just highly don't recommend. I would give my money to Carole Baskin before this company. I called there to inquire about an apartment for myself and partner. FIRSTLY 1. They do not rent to SAME SEX couples unless they are MARRIED. 2. If you are married you have to provide a Marriage CERTIFICATE 3. If you are married you must rent TWO BEDROOM and the price is much higher when you call not same as on website I asked if they rent to mixed race or mixed marriages like a Black person and White person and they claimed that they DO abide by fair housing but the fact that Jillian asked me if I was same sex couple that really was rude. I should of known that the moment I wrote my review, something would happen. That night, there was a fight in the apartment next door at 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. that resulted in the cops being called twice. Window shattered, screaming... the whole ordeal. Just last week, the same people were laughing/screaming at the top of their lungs at 4 a.m. I'm officially done with Zen Apartments and am moving out this week. In the last couple of months, it's been a complete disaster. The apartment was ok, but the management and staff are garbage. DO NOT assume you'll be getting your FULL deposit back at the end of your lease. We cleaned this apartment from top to bottom. It was move in ready after we were done. There was no wear and tear in there other than what was there before my move in as noted in the inspection. However they subtracted painting and cleaning fees along with other bs and sent a check of $23.48. So please do not take on this lease assuming you're getting your deposit back at the end. They never tell you up front that they will be painting and cleaning it after you leave. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. They are not available when you call them and they do not attend to the tenants needs in a timely manner. Get a real apartment in Lewisville and commute, the guys SUCK!! read more

Poor management. Rain Tree apartments have not had aircondition from Jun23,2011-June 30, 2011. I have left 3 messages for the management and there has been not one return call. My daughter is a college student in Denton,Tx. She had just bought groceries that have gone bad. She cannot stay in her apartment due to the heat. She has now stayed with three different friends and is using unnesasary gas and parking fees for summer school. She would normally walk to school. Management has promised for the air to be fixed on Tues then Weds and it is now Thursday. I do not recommend to rent on this or any of their other properties. I lived here for a year and the maintenance was always very quick, usually my request was made within two days. However, there were some issues. One, I was broken into and instead of replacing the locks and keys, they just screwed the lock back on. The set of apartments I was in were INFESTED with roaches. No matter how clean I was and how many at home solutions I tried they just kept coming back. They never changed my air vent unless I put in a request for it. One day they decided to repaint every cabinet in the apartment without notifying me and the crew was there for over 4 hours. They left paint on the floors, in my sink and on my dishes and in the upstairs bathroom paint was on the mirrors and even on my personal belongings such as my makeup brushes. But when I sent in photos of this they took 300$ off that months rent. Lastly, when I moved out and schedule a walk through to insure I received my deposit they never showed up. Also, they were supposed to send proof of my payment history to my new apartment management and they never did which nearly lost me my new place. read more

Called and the sarcastic voice on the other end let me know that only one of the 30 houses shown as "available" online was vacant for rent. I am a UNT student and resident of Denton for going on 4 years now. I have lived in several different apartment complexes and have learned by now that Denton apartments areeeee not so great. But NEVER have I regretted leasing an apartment through one company as much as I have leasing through Place To Be Properties this year. Their staff is snooty, their repair men are idiots, and they STEAL YOUR MONEY. I was charged for having 2 pets while having only 1 for 5 months. When I finally argued my point for a 3rd time, they realized they had made a mistake and credited my account. I was excited that for once my rent would be $125 less. I was wrong. Suddenly for some reason I had a utility bill that was through the roof and my credit had been used. I had done nothing different than all the other months and yet my bill had changed. What I've learned from all of this- Place To Be is anything but the place you want to be. They steal your money. I strongly advise against EVER renting through them. read more

My daughter lived in two different Place to Be properties while she attended UNT. They started charging what they called an "administrative fee" about 1/2 way through the lease. It was $3 per month, but I never could get anyone in the office to tell me where in the lease it allowed for any charge like that. They ended up taking it out of the deposit, but they would never tell me how that was allowed in the lease. I would strongly encourage anyone who has been charged these fees to give them a call. Although $3 a month isn't much, with all the apartments they rent it certainly is a lot to them. As I see it, they should be refunding that to everyone that was charged. read more

Place to Be has got to be the WORST property management I have ever experienced...ever. Cockroaches in the apartment upon first day of moving in, NO DOOR to the bathroom, cracks in the floor, just overall dirty and trashy. It took these people weeks of emails back and forth, phone calls promising they'd come out to fix things, until I finally had to write a more nasty letter. They came out yet still did not fix everything. They do not return your phone calls, the staff speaking to you on the phone is unwilling to do their job, you practically have to MAKE them do things for you - things that they should be willingly doing on their own. I would give zero stars if possible. I live in a property where they manage two of the units. They changed the lock on my mailbox because they can't seem to remember which mailboxes they assigned to which unit. The only way I found out is because I talked to the mail man one day and he informed me. So then when I called they told me that they 'can't legally' change my lock back and that now i have to go up to the post office and wait for them to come change my lock. So basically they came and illegally changed the lock on my mailbox, didn't tell me about it and then said I have to take care of it myself. No apology for the massive inconvenience, just told me to deal with it myself. I haven't been able to get my mail for the last two weeks because of these morons. They are nice and sweet to you when they are trying to get you to sign the lease, but they turn absolutely horrible after you've signed. They heavily serve college students, and claim when you sign with them that they are willing to work with you regarding financial aid, and they let me pay my semester at once, as soon as my Aid was disbursed in August. (this agreement was made when I signed my lease) I come back to them in May saying that my summer aid will be released in the middle of June, and asking to pay for my full summer then, and they refuse to work with me. The staff at the office are extremely nice and they have some really nice places to offer! Maintenance guys could give a bit more of notice considering some people live alone and need time to prepare for them to come, but otherwise I have no complaints. In the summer of 2009 I made a quick school change and decided to attend the University of North Texas. In desperate need of a place to live in Denton I decided to stop in at Place to Be properties. With not much time I quickly chose a one bedroom apartment next to school in which I was told was pet friendly with a fee (I have a cat). After being rushed through the paper signing process I was given my key and began the move in process. The next day I was told that they had made a mistake and that pets were not aloud at the complex I was renting. After hearing this I said that I couldn't rent there because I had no one that could watch my cat and they said I had already signed the paperwork and would have to pay A LOT of money for breaking my lease early. RIDICULOUS! I did not have the money to pay the early fee so I convinced my mom to take my cat and decided to just stay anyways. I liked my apartment even though maintenance took forever but it was convenient located to school so I just dealt with it... After moving out in April 2010, I received only a $20.00 refund check out of the deposit money but I was at least happy they weren't asking more money of me... until now! It is now April of 2011 and I am just now receiving a letter not from place to be but from a COLLECTIONS agency saying they are going to report my delinquency of not paying 18.44!!! The letter states that this will "become part of my credit record and will remain on your credit for seven years"... $18.44??? Really?? Why send me a check for 20 dollars then!? Why not contact me yourself? Why send it to a collections department? The whole thing makes NO sense to me. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this company! I think they just take advantage of students in need of a convenient place to live! read more

I have run into so many issues with this apartment, this is the most disgusting places I've every lived. There have been issues with mold and the smell of mold and mildew throughout my entire stay and it clings to my clothes. We have also had a huge issue with bugs there are cockroaches everywhere, they have completely taken over my microwave and the cabinets that have my dishes. they started off in the kitchen but they have spread to our rooms I have woken up to bugs crawling on me and on one occasion into my ear. Its been a true nightmare! The staff have been little to no help they finally sent someone to spray but an occasional spray hasn't seemed to have any effect on the roach infestation, and as for the mold and smell I was told that there was little that could be done about it. Its become so bad my roommate moved out three months early. There has also been many leaks from other apartments that have ruined my books and other belongings. This apartment is not worth what I am paying and it not worth all of the disgusting experiences that have come with it. I would avoid it at all costs. read more

Stay away from Place to Be if all possible...in case you haven't heard, it's not the place to be. I lived at Sycamore Square and my roommate moved in before me and she told me the carpet was stained and needed to be replaced. She called PTB multiple times to get maintenance to come out and replace it before I moved in, and they didn't. For putting in maintenance requests they insist that you send an email, but it seems like it goes into a black hole, because NO ONE ever comes. It took me and my roommate going up to PTB in person to talk to head of maintenance to get our floors replaced. Then when the workers showed up they didn't speak English and complained that they had to move furniture. We also once had a repair guy come fix our washer because it was leaking, he left and said he would be back within the hour because he had to get a part...he never came back so I had to put a new request in. Do NOT rent from these people. I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with this office was not just unsatisfactory, I feel like I've been victimized by them. I wish I could give them 0 stars. When I moved to Denton, I checked out reviews online and figured the bad ones were just people who really needed something to complain about, but they were all fairly accurate. The leasing agents will be super nice to you before you sign your lease, but after that dealing with anyone in their office is terrible. Where do I start? After I moved in, maintenance people came by repeatedly to fix things that I had not reported broken, coming in a few times while I wasn't there and leaving tracks on the carpet (Which I was charged for after I moved out). The rent was astronomically high and I had utilities included in my rent at a $60 cap. I kept my AC at 75, but I was still paying $70-$90 above my rent in bills every month. That means that for my 1 bedroom, less than 500 square-foot apartment, I had around $150 in bills every month? When I asked the office to show me the bills, one person said I wouldn't understand the bill (really? I'm a Ph.D. student) and the other one flat out refused to tell me. After overpaying for 5 months, I was called and asked if I would be willing to move out early because they had leased one apartment in my complex to two people (just another example of the bang-up job they do keeping track of their shit). I said I'd need a week, which they gave me, and I moved out as best I could being a girl moving by myself, which I told them when they asked me to move out. A week later, one day before the apartment was to be rented by someone else, they called me to tell me I needed to come finish moving my stuff out of the apartment or I was going to be charged for the next months rent and a bunch of other fees. The "stuff" they were referring to was two trashbags I had left on the floor and my tv stand, because I couldn't move it by myself. They had had a week to look at the apartment after my move out date, but they put it off until the last possible day and then bullied me into going back to take out those things, which took me 5 minutes, after I got a stranger from the street to help me move my TV stand. Two months later, my parents got a bill for almost $300 from their office, citing holes in the walls - $60 (I put up ONE frame in the living room. Seriously. ONE NAIL HOLE) and "trash and furniture removal - $180" AFTER I TOOK THE TWO BAGS OF TRASH OUT AND GOT RID OF THE TV STAND. There was nothing else in the apartment. I called and gave them my attorney's information, which they promptly lost and continued to harrass my parents, saying they were going to send the bill into a collection agency, which would ruin their perfect credit. I CALLED PLACE TO BE BEFORE I BEGAN WRITING THIS REVIEW, AND AM STILL ON HOLD. NOT KIDDING. THEY HUNG UP ON ME ONCE, I CALLED BACK AND WAS IMMEDIATELY PLACED ON HOLD AGAIN. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. You will be nothing but dollar signs to them. It will take more legwork to find an apartment NOT owned by them, but I'm much happier in my apartment now. Don't rely on websites, the best way to find a place in Denton is to drive around, look for FOR RENT signs, and make phone calls. Don't settle for Place to Be. It's easier in the beginning, but you WILL pay for it, emotionally and monetarily, in the long run. OH and the buildings look nice, but they're cheaply and poorly constructed. My fiancee is an architect/contractor and he was appalled by how poorly my apartment was made and how loud my downstairs apartment was. Seriously, AVOID PTB. read more

I had a horrible experience with Place to Be Properties. My apartment was a dump (University Place) and I had problems from the start. Out of my 9 months of living in that apartment, my A.C. was broken 3-4 months. The maintenance are very slow (Place to be Properties has a monopoly over Denton and because of this, maintenance is super slow). Also, although a bug man comes into your apartment (without notice) there were always (and I mean always) bugs in my apartment!!! Cockroaches, spiders...you name it. Although my lease contract stated I pay a certain amount there were always other charges they'd apply. And when I moved out they charged me an outrageous amount for cleaning. (Even though it was cleaner than when I moved in!) Absolute crooks...if you can find another property management company in Denton... PLEASE DO. read more

I live at Speepy Hollow HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE From day one me and my roommate had troubles with our apartment , we moved in the middle of July and we realized it was a lot hotter than it should of been in the house. We call maintenance They kept refilling the unit with freon (spell check) it would be cold for about a day and then hot again finally they told us that it had a leak . (FEEL LIKE SOMETHING LIKE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED BEFORE WE MOVED IN). They gave us a window unit for our troubles , cool , until we got out electric bill and it was 300 dollars ! Yes they have us a $150 credit on our rent but we still had to pay that $300 to city of Denton . That's just one thing after being there for a month neither me or my roommate have washed our hair yet and we realized the drain in the shower wasn't working properly, my boyfriend uses a hanger and the biggest hair ball came out(IT WASNT OUR HAIR) not to mention there was still pet hair on the stairs and living room (I don't believe they did the PET TREATMENT like they claimed. there a few months I realized there was a leak under the sink (they told us it was a old sink blah blah blah, again should have been fixed before we moved in) we were find for maybe 2 months and then one day I walked down stairs and realized the floor was soaked and I felt drips of water coming from upstairs . I call maintenance and they were so rude and asked did anybody just took a shower, I said yes my roommate did they say well that's probably what it is .... REGARDLESS IF SOMEBODY JUST TOOK A SHOWER OR NOT IT SHOULDNT BE LEAKING . come to find out or shower had a huge crack in it and I know for a fact the apartment people new about it because there was plaster all over the tub where they tried to patch up the cracks (but we didn't think to say anything because they said they did a "very thorough walkthrough" . We had to call Rosanna which is like the highest person we could go too because we couldn't take a shower ! They replaced the tub it took them 2 days so they put us in a hotel that's all great but I feel like we couldn't be having these problems. I've had nothing but bad experiences with management since I've moved in. My apartment has been exterminated more than 10 times within a few months, but the bug situation is still the same. There was a huge hole and leak in my roof from an AC unit that was messed up which was causing a TERRIBLE odor. Our fridge and dishwasher were not working. Some of the plugs were not working properly. The toilet was not flushing. The kitchen sink was leaking. There have been issues with the thermostat. I went to their office with bites all over me and allergic reactions and the employees all seemed completely unfazed. Packages also go missing. A neighbor broke my window, which I was then forced to pay for even though she called them and asked them to transfer the charge, which they then were trying to even put off boarding up in December. Not only are service requests/work orders taken care of with no regard to time, but emails and phone calls are not responded to in a timely manner, if at all. Staff is not cooperative, unapologetic and should NOT take pride in their customer service. I have repeatedly gotten template emails, which I have responded to in great detail about all my concerns and have been ignored until bringing it up. The rent is cheap, but you really get what you pay for. Rosanna's tone on the phone is sarcastic and careless without even acting like she cares what problems you're having. Some quotes from phone calls with her: "Yeah sure we will find the source of the bugs", "I know we've spoken about this and the roof probably won't fall again even if it looks like it will... I should probably come and actually look at it". Overall super unprofessional. read more

Place to be properties is one of the most disrespectful, mismanaged properties management in Denton, Texas. They consistently claimed they had not received rent checks from either my roommate or I every other month, they were unprofessional, and the apartment maintenance never responded to any maintenance requests. The staff is rude, and act as if it is a chore to help you with anything. If you do live there, get a receipt for your rent each month, or they will try to claim they never got your check, despite it being obviously cashed by them and it being cleared by your bank. On to many occasions I had to drive to the main office and show them bank statements and receipts to prove I had paid my rent and they had made a mistake. My suggestion, stay as far away from place to be properties as you can. read more

My car was wrongfully towed (with the sticker on it) in my own parking lot. It is currently 3 a.m. and I am awake, thanks to 1 inch of water flooding on to my floor coming out of the sink. I don't even have to be mean, it just plain sucks. Do not rent here, ever. read more

In the last three months, Place To Be has brought in two renters who constantly have domestic disputes and throw trash everywhere. The conditions of the apartments are terrible. We battle roaches, water damage, lack of hot water (that went on for over a month in the cold season!), and constant incidents involving the police. One of the renters has kept a charcoal grill on the balcony along with a full can of gasoline. We have had three incidents with cars being bashed in within the last two months. And the maintenance manager told me over the phone that damage in the parking lot is not their problem. Funny, neither was the damage to property because of the poor condition of the roof during a storm. I was also told by management that my car wouldn't be in danger if I wouldn't come out to look for the source of the screaming with my phone in my hand ready to call the police. There is no responsibility on the part of management for the lack of discretion renting to people who have brought violence, drugs, and property damage to a complex full of families. The only thing they have going for them at our location is their on site maintenance man who does the best he possibly can, but cannot ultimately solve a badly run operation. I have asked that our rent be adjusted in order to compensate for having to fully insure our car in the parking lot. We have endured the lack of hot water in winter without complaint, but now the threat to our outside property is going to cost us and we would like to have that taken into consideration read more

Where do I begin... They gave us a random roommate back in September and FAILED to even tell us we were getting one. One of my roommates had to answer the door to her saying "I'm your new roommate". They NEVER answer our maintenance requests, even for the one about our smoke alarms not working once we moved in. Which is a SAFETY issue so it should have been fixed right away or even before we moved in. One of my roommates's closet doesn't have a working lightbulb because P2B keeps giving her lightbulbs that died after 3 days. And IF they send maintenance, they walk right on in with barely a notice. We have a doorbell and they ignore it. Or P2B teaches them not to notify and just walk in. This morning we had a cleaning service come to clean a room and they did NOT knock and chose to say "hello?" as they were walking up our stairs. Oh and that room was vacant because the random roommate left, for some reason we don't know, because she was smoking weed and P2B did NOTHING about it. So we have a cleaning service clean that room while making too much noise and not cleaning anything else that should be cleaned. Like our house, which was left in the most disgusting way possible once we moved in. My own mother had to clean our stove because the people before never cleaned it and P2B did not do a walk through after it. Things were left in the couch, the floor made your feet black, and there was water damage by the back door that was covered by a rug. We have been upset way too many times by this "business" and all they try and do that we can't wait for July 31 so we can leave. If you want to live here I say make sure you have enough people to fill the rooms and don't mind being woken up by maintenance people or cleaning ladies entering your house to make a bunch of noise. All we want is normal living but we can't because it's so unprofessionally ran it's absurd. It also seems our safety doe snot matter to them at all. We live at the Grad Houses. read more

We rented an apartment from Place To Be Properties for our son in college. The place was old but clean close to the college. 1st. problem only needed the apartment for 9 months but had to pay for 10. 2nd. problem be aware of the fine print when we moved him out of the apartment the place was spotless, no marks or holes on the walls. The carpet had been in this apartment for years. All rooms were cleaned and vacuumed. We knew the carpet would have to be cleaned because that is what is always done. So guess what happens, I lose my deposit of $150.00 because I guess it was time to replace the carpet in that unit, should have been done before we moved him in. Was charged extra for carpet change out, charge $82.50 for painting which did not have to be. And $45.00 dollars for a clean. What is being cleaned when you replace carpet and repaint this is absurd. So beware of the extra charges and don't expect to get you deposit back. Will NEVER rent from this company again, I guess that's how they replace carpet in their units by charging the previous tenant. read more

Place to Be rental company seems nice... until you have a problem. Problem with something malfunctioning in your house or apt... no problem, we'll just tack it onto your rent bill. (Uh what?!) Problem with your fence gate... no problem, we'll repair your garage door (wait... huh?!). Problem with the fence rotting... definitely caused by your pet (6' high up no less... that's a stretch of logic). Problem with the fence between your place & your neighbors falling down... not only will they NOT return any calls or letters regarding the issue (over years) but they'll also NOT return any calls that your neighbor has put in either (over months). Yeah... if you're looking at a place to rent or own... better hope Place-to-Be properties doesn't manage that property or the neighboring properties! Just to sum up... they won't come out, they won't return your calls, they will stonewall, yell, deny, and in the end do nothing. They are NOT professional & don't have a functioning knowledge of 'customer service.' read more
