Check in was quick an easy. Overall situation not so good. We booked a group site several weeks prior to arrival; when we arrived- we found several campers on the site(s) that we requested, confirmed, and booked (via phone). So, upon arrival it was escalated to staff (owners) - that others were on our sites... and we were told, "group sites are a first come first serve? So much for "Group Site" and thinking that's what you're going to get... Per the website it states - call and request for group sites and the sites requesting. It's okay - you can be confused as we were too. Also add to note, the website stated these are 50amp sites - they're NOT. Now, our group was broken up throughout the campground - the sites are 30amp with 3 plugs per box (our breaker popped in the first 20 minutes of being plugged in), and we're sharing a water hookup with other campers - which was conveniently 2 feet in front of my door. I'm completely disappointed with the staffs inability to accommodate our situation. At the end of the day - it was a holiday weekend, we paid and expected a group site with our friends and family, and now we're dispersed throughout the campground and we have neighbors who complained about the "noise" when in reality - they're in our circle that we booked - on the site we reserved individually. Online it says, "call to book for group sites". Meaning not first come, first serve; the staff doesn't want to correct the situation; that's our problem. Additional points - this isn't our first time coming to Pla-more, and this is a completely different experience than before - I don't know if our group of 5+ will try this again at Pla-more. Hopefully something turns around in our current situation. read more

Camped over Labor Day weekend and had a Great time plenty of room in our spot was able to bring our golf cart that made it so enjoyable for me , plenty to do the campground was actually doing a garage sale event with all the seasonal residents,so that was fun to be able to do sales . The place was well maintained they drove down the lanes spraying water to keep the dust down and that was real nice . The pool area was my only little flaw not the pool everyone was having a blast but I as a redhead would love places you can sit with shade more I was glad friends stayed with him so he wasn't disappointed but for that being the only thing I seen , we have already booked our 2024 4th of July vacation with them . read more

There is a positive and negative about our RV parking spot. It's far out on the left side of the RV Park; meaning it takes me 14 minutes to walk to the pool. But the positive side to that is that is my exercise for the day. The chairs at the pool are very nice and new! I have really enjoyed all the green grass my kids have been able to run around and play on and that we are in the back where a lot of traffic doesn't come. Plus no one is parked next to us during the week so they can't hear my baby screaming throughout the night. Which I was worried someone would complain but no one lives next to us so it's perfect. The speed limit through the ENTIRE park is 5mph which some people will ignore that and drive way faster- even on their golf carts. But everyone else drives super slow. Everyone has golf carts which is smart to bring if you stay here for longer than a weekend. The water here stinks really badly. Like rotten egg smell from the sulfur in the water. We had one ClearSource filter on our system and had to go buy two more for the water hose outside and it still smells bad. My kids have enjoyed going to Bingo at the bingo pavilion on Saturday's. They always have activities going on every Saturday- one week they had a craft fair, another they had all the kids in the RV park painting rocks to take home. Check out the hay ride (tractor pulling a cart behind with cushioned seats) to get a tour of the entire RV Park. The pool was always a nice way to take a break from the summer heat. Usually the pool maybe had 4 families every time we went. The only day it was super super busy was 4th of July weekend. They have Putt Putt and a driving range to play on, too. The playground is on the right side of the park so we never went to it. When you stay here you have to go check out RenTown it's 6 minutes down the street and they have some amazing pies! read more

This place has so much potential. It's beautiful property but unfortunately that's about it. The pool is supposed to be heated but in the last 4 years we have came here on and off with the group of people we camp with it has never worked. The pool is their main draw to the campground. It is a beautiful pool. You would think they would have it working in perfect condition. They claim it's broke and they are working on fixing it but it has yet to be fixed for more than one weekend. They used to advertise free wifi but because they most likely don't want to spend money to fix it they just took the sign down and left it instead of spending the money to make it good. There is so much space to add new things for kids and adults like a pickle ball court or one of those huge bounce pillows for kids and other activities. This place could be the premier campground in nwi with the amount of space and property and campsites they have but the owners lack motivation to make it that. read more

Pros: Grounds were clean and well groomed, surrounding area is beautiful! Staff seem friendly. Several activities for the kids / family. Driving range, batting cages and mini golf were fun. Cons: Frequent trains blowing horns at night, camp sites are not clearly defined, Sites share utility pedestal which means if you may have to connect utilities on opposite side of coach, sites that have picnic tables are poorly maintained. While they advertise wifi, do not expect it to be usable. read more

This is a great spot to camp and VERY child friendly. There are lots of child activities, playground and hay rides. The park is making a lot of updates. New Pool this year!! Bath houses updated last year. On packed weekends (Holiday weekends) there are some issues with WiFi and power. However, the power issues are fixed quickly. This is a good place to bring the family and just relax. Owners are good people. read more

I would not recommend Playmor campground in Bremen if you have kids.Pool closes at 6 and small playground. Their WiFi did not work and when we asked about it in their office the lady was very rude.However their bathrooms and Showers were extremely clean. read more

We picked up a new trailer in Nappanee and came here to get water for our tank. They let us fill up for free. When we tried to start the water pump, it wasn't working. The owner spent at least an hour with my husband trying to fix it. They finally gave up and we spent the night here (we got a new one the next day). They were so generous and helpful! Nice young couple with kids who own this place. He told us about all the projects they have planned to make the place even nicer. I wish them well! read more

We are full time RVers and this place is the worse place we have camped in the entire country. Management was quick to take your money but of no help with site problems. Had a short stay in a crowded section. Kept in the area by repairs, checked in again and was given a site that was not suitable for a 40' motor coach. Had to go back to office for advice and worker came out and showed us a different space to park. After we got all set up and just sat down outside, a person who said he was the manager came to the location and said we could not park there. It is no easy feat to totally set up and break camp with slides, inside and outside furniture, barbecue, etc. but we did and moved to new location. All weekend the electrical service tripped and even during the night, we had to get dressed and go outside to reset. Being the only local campground and still waiting on repairs the following week, we decided to try the park again only in yet a different section. The new location was up on a raised area and in order to park our motorhome and avoid deep ruts from a previous camper, we had to pull forward before continuing into the space. The road was very narrow forcing one to pull up on the opposite side about two feet. So you have a raised area and sunken concrete on one side then another raised area on the other side. Our motorcoach dipped into the dirt and the air dam and the front fender was damaged. The repair estimate comes to $487.50. Management refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the damage. Next step is to request an inspection from Marshall County code enforcement and file complaints with any and all governing bodies as well as the various RV organizations with which we hold membership. Additionally, folks that were two campsites over from us during the prior visit, had to be towed out of the soft ground. Wi-fi not available in many locations and not consistent when it is available. Laundry area was dirty and outdated. Didn't care to check the showers. Miniature golf course was run down. Photos on the website avoid worse areas of the campground, i.e., on north side the concrete drive is severely cracked and many dips make maneuverability difficult; sites are not clearly defined nor are they properly graded making parking difficult (took several photos to document the conditions near space P27), dumpsters were overflowing when we tried to use them (another photo). Not to forget that when it rains, lots of standing water is present; in the front of the campground water is pumped out to run down the shoulder bordering the property. Not sure how this place stays in business but I bet they do not get much repeat business from diesel pushers unless they are stuck like we were. read more
