The facility itself does not appear to be equipped to effectively manage the volume or complexity of the patients it accepts, resulting in bottlenecked processes and frequent operational issues. Because of this, scheduling errors are common, leading to long wait times, missed appointments, and appointments being dropped altogether. On average, it takes me four attempts to reach someone by phone. Even then, I am often placed on hold only for the call to disconnect before anyone is able to help. During in-person visits, the staff are constantly rushing from one task to another. While they remain kind and professional, the pace they're forced to maintain makes it nearly impossible to provide the level of timely, quality care that patients deserve. Unfortunately, the quality of the clinical care does not outweigh the consistent disregard for patients' time or the apparent lack of operational organization. My family has been coming to this practice for quite some time, but after repeated experiences like these, we will be looking for alternatives. I would encourage other families to carefully consider whether this practice is meeting their needs as well.

They use to be efficient, timely, with the occasional acceptable delay in appointments or at least what I considered acceptable , 15-20 mins. Not so much now. After two previous bad experiences due to wait time, here we are AGAIN. You are Asked to be 10-15 mins early, we did. Our appointment was set for 5PM and we didn't get pulled back until 5:35 well beyond appointment time only to have to sit for another 30 mins. This was again, the third time this has happened at this location. While the Physicians we have seen are awesome the actual facility is horrible due to the wait time and lack of ability to handle the patients they get or at least that is how I view it. Waiting over an hour for an appointment is beyond ridiculous, especially when they continue to take walk-ins. There is literally an excuse every single time Today's excuse was patients needing paperwork completed since it's time for physicals and I get it that takes time. However, if the patient and parent does not have the paperwork completed why are they permitted to take up treatment areas? Why not send them to the waiting area and filter them back in? The paperwork tells you what to complete prior to your appointment so inconsiderate patients share the blame if you will for the wait time as much as poor facility management. If your time means something to you DO NOT GO HERE, find another facility. If you can be treated by the same physician at another practice I suggest you take it. This is my collective experience watching this place go downhill due to an influx of patients, lack of office staff or physicians at times, and lack of protocol to handle it.

When I was unsure about a vaccine for my youngest, our doctor was very kind and understanding, gave us paperwork and said we are the parents and it is up to us basically. I really appreciate that about a doctor because as a parent I hate feeling like I'm not the one making decisions for my own child. (I do vaccinate, just like a delayed schedule for some things and longer to consider for others.) I can't say enough about the doctors here and I'm so thankful we've found them.
