We arrive 15 minutes early and the doors were locked. We called 3 times while we waited. Waited till 7:15 (15 minutes after the session was suppose to start) until we decided to leave and left me to leave this rating. My son was very excited to try this out and was left crushed. If something came up you could have called, texted, or emailed as you did to confirm this session but we received nothing. Left to find somewhere else to take our kid, we were going to try here because of the good things we heard. This was very unprofessional to say the least! If you are going to try here you might want to call and confirm with a human being. Don't trust their confirmation system, texts or emails.
