This has been so constructive in many different ways. My daughter has not mentioned anxiety, she has become more self confident and empowered. This has also been a good bonding experience with her. Since then, 2 of our family friends have joined us in class and I have also enrolled my 5 year old daughter. I am so glad I found this school. The instructor is great. He is patient and detailed in his instruction. You get 10 free days (at this time) to try it out - so you have nothing to lose. I would highly recommend anyone to come in and try it out. When you see what Gracie JiuJitsu is all about.... I can tell you first hand..... You'll be hooked! :-)

This karate school is not a "puppy mill" type karate school-- students must study, Learn and practice to progress. Sensei Wayne Jurs is great--demanding but he works great with kids and adults alike. I like that upper class men are given opportunities to teach and that then entire group supports each other in learning! Classes meet in the upper level of 908 Military, which is a central location and a safe location. We are really happy with how and what our children are learning-- we can see building stones being put in place that will help them the rest of their lives-- why spend money on classes if you can't get that? As of February I am now working on my own skills and taking classes. I like it!
