Buyer beware... I ordered 3 mahogany doors costing just under $30,000. When I ordered the doors I…read moreexplained to the Salesman Jim that I was building a home and was not sure when it would be done...but probably September October. In August I received a call asking to schedule delivery, I explained that I was not ready for the doors..I was then told I was going to be charged for storage until I took delivery. After a few calls they agreed to hold the doors and deliver when ready. I called at the end of September to have the doors delivered, I was then told there was a $500 delivery fee. The fee was not mentioned in the contract. This was to deliver doors 2.3 miles from their shop. After I paid to have them delivered I was then told I needed people there to unload the doors..so the $500 was for them to ride them to my house. Once delivered the installers asked about how to keep the doors, they were informed to just let them stand on these wooden rockers (they looked like small curved skateboards). While installing one door , one of the other doors tipped over... (we have it on camera). Nothing was near it. When the door fell it was screwed so close to the edge of the door it cracked the door and damaged the moulding. We were informed once we take delivery they have no responsibility. After a few calls they agreed to fix the damage I have attached the pictures of their idea of fixed. I would definitely not recommend the Custom Door Shop..their customer service is terrible. The photos show the damage and their supposed fix.

Windows were installed within the quoted time frame, but, the best was the installation crew, I dont think they know the word "NO", they were on top of ever one of my requests. When they did all they needed to do, they told me the follow up plaster/stucco repair guy would come and fix anything that needed patching. He showed up then next day and patched everything. I bought Impact windows and a slider, one of my main issues was road noise, the noise is now barely preceptable. Bravo, great job!
