Service: 5/5 I made a take out order. The lady at the front was super nice. Greeted me and answered…read moreall my questions Food: 3/5. The tacos were just okay. The consome was really good and well seasoned the chips tasted old to me and had an after taste. The queso was pretty good. $5 for a super small container. Order: quesa carne tacos, carne tacos, chicken tacos, and queso dip with chips.

Okay - so this took over the former Old Bag of Nails location (which hurt, I loved that place…read morehere). The replacement isn't bad! ...unfortunately, we were hungry, so no photos, because it didn't cross our minds. We opted for the Muchos Nachos and Choripollo. They brought out corn chips and salsa - mild, not too spicy. Decent. For us, the food hit the spot and scratched the itch of wanting Mexican for dinner. It was not complicated, and the flavors were on point (chorizo and pollo? Jebas, that was so good). The nachos were covered, easy to smash. We evidently came at the same time as a party in their attached room - so it was battling sounds (mildly annoying) and our server disappeared towards the end when we were trying to cash out. So... mild annoyances, but not "oh my god worst experience ever!" type happenings. The food is good, they had a big party, and seemed to be running on a small staff - I'd definitely come back and try again and see! The one miss I see - it looks like they use pickled jalapeños, which I am not a fan of - I much prefer the fresh ones, but - margins, I get it. Looking forward to coming back!

Very good service. My group of 5 ordered with separate checks and everything was correct - orders…read moreand checks. I ordered the Pollo Parrillero Combo which included two sides. I chose the cilantro rice and pinto beans. I loved the creamy pinto beans - best beans I've ever gotten in a restaurant - but the rice had little taste and was dry. The chicken was flavorful. I would go again but not order the cilantro rice.

I really hate to do this, but I have to. What a terrible, terrible experience we have coming here…read more I came to this place about 2 years ago and we were delighted, one thing was better than the other and this time was so different, starting the door was locked for some reason even though the restaurant was in business hours so we waited outside along with one of the cooks who texted the server to unlock the front door. The server was so disengaged with all, but it's fine I came for the food so it wasn't a big deal, it turns in a big deal when the service and the food are awful, I order a chicken chaufa (Peruvian fried rice) and my water tasted better, it was very unpleasant, the lomo saltado was terrible as well, with no more than 4 oz of steak and the rest of the plate was 1 mountain of rice and French fries, the ceviche was ok which was the best out of the 3 dishes we order. The cherry on top is that they charge you 3% if you pay with a credit card and I find that so incivil that makes me angry of thinking about it. I hate to say it but save yourself some time and bad times and go somewhere else. The ambiance felt like In a funeral.

I did get lost in the parking garage and went down to Level 1. FYI: You have to go to Level 5 to exit into the street level. First impressions: It's so clean and has a nice welcoming energy to it. As soon as I walked in, I noticed all the plants: some were hanging and many were near the windows throughout the whole place. They were real and very healthy. Someone who works here must have a green thumb. There were many tables and chairs, a long bar and a separate area for private parties. There is a QR code to order at our table but I ordered from the bar because it was not too busy. My bartender was very friendly. She acknowledged me right away, and came to take my order as soon as she could. I ordered the margarita but all the cocktails looked so good. The decor behind the bar was beautiful! It was a long picture of a runway with a plane taking off. There were also airplane windows that were so cute and went with the whole airport theme. I came up later to order shots for our table. The same bartender once again helped me find the right shot for my friends . I also tried the Kitty Paw hard Steltzer drink. It was refreshing and I loved the hint of Guava. The whole place wasn't too loud. We could carry on our conversations without shouting. They had an etagere near our table full of board and card games. My friends grabbed the Truth or Fear game. We never played it before, It was a fun game to get to know each other. I would definitely come back here again. It was so welcoming and fun.
