My husband and I learned about Pizzuti Studios when looking for a wedding photographer. We were actually referred to them by another photographer couple who was booked on our date. We liked what we saw on their website and went up to Lowell to meet with them in person. We liked Rich and Ashley immediately. They were very professional but also had great personalities. In addition to providing us with homemade cookies, they showed us examples of their past work and gave us a tin containing their product and pricing brochure along with examples of some of their products. We left very impressed and, after interviewing one other pair of photographers, decided to go with the Pizzutis. Prior to the wedding date we had an engagement session outdoors at our wedding venue (Mount Auburn Cemetery). Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate and we had to reschedule twice. The third attempt was on a chilly windy morning which made things difficult, but Rich and Ashley made the best of it. We ended up with some great photos, even if our cheeks were pink from the cold and my hair was blowing all over the place. This session helped us all learn about each other and also really helped prepare us for where to shoot the best photos on the actual wedding day. (I would recommend doing this with your photographers, regardless of if they're the Pizzutis.) We had a bit of a unique wedding, with a small ceremony one day and a huge party the next. Rich and Ashley were awesome throughout the whole thing. They managed to get all of the formal photos we wanted quickly, without frustrating our guests, and were wonderful with the young children. (Rich has a great way of getting people to do what he wants without seeming like a jerk about it.) They took tons of candid shots at our party and brought a laptop playing a slideshow of some of our wedding ceremony photos. Ashley even got into a moon bounce with my husband and me and got some really great photos of us. They had our photos up online about two weeks later, shortly after we returned from our honeymoon. I can't even begin to say how pleased my husband and I were that we chose Ash and Rich as our wedding photographers! From the first meeting we knew we would love them, they are so down to earth, easy to talk to! They are both extremely talented and we absolutely LOVE our pictures. On the day of the wedding they were there right on time and stayed through the very last dance. They are a fun duo and we enjoyed having them there to share our wedding day with us. They were right there for and captured every special moment, but were not obtrusive at all. I hired Pizzuti not ONCE but TWICE for a corporate photo shoot of a property the first time and food the second. This was for The International Golf Club and Resort in Bolton. Let me start off by simply saying WOW! Pizzuti Studios certainly exceeded our expectations!!! Our original plan was for my husband to be part of "Bearded" ... a very unique photography project. But after taking a closer look at Pizzuti Studio's website, it was clear to me that we could not pass up the opportunity for Rich and Ashley to also photograph our 9 month old son. I was amazed at the energy the both of them had to keep a 9 month old entertained! They took every opportunity to capture our son's expressions... from his big smile to intimate moments where he was focusing on a Cheerio (and as parents, we love those moments!) They made the entire experience comfortable for us as a family. When we viewed the pictures we were amazed! They were beautiful! The only downfall was that we found it nearly impossible to choose which ones we liked best! We could not have been more pleased with the results. Family and friends continue to compliment their fine work. Rich & Ashley's talent, creativity and knowledge of the art of photography is incredible! We used Pizzuti for our wedding last month and could not rave enough about them! First off they are very competitive in pricing, which for the style we wanted was tough to figure out- things add up fast, i know. We chose to have engagement photos taken with them and we couldn't be happier we did. It allowed us to meet Rich and Ash and feel comfortable with them- which isn't hard at all. This husband and wife team made us feel very comfortable and they work so well together tagging in and setting up the next shot idea when the other was done. They are hilarious and really fun to be around (we did some photos in a pub and they stayed for a drink with us after the shoot) but more importantly their photos came out amazing! Even more so for the wedding photos that we are in love with. I think it is important to point out that during the ceremony and reception we never once felt their presence, so we never felt like we were posing or being pulled away, and yet they did a great job of capturing the evening. They also have a lot of little fun extra surprises that I won't spoil, but just made us love them even more. Book them. It's hard to choose a photographer for a wedding without being able to see a finished product. In the end we are very happy with the photos and so very grateful to Rich and Ash for capturing our day exactly how we had envisioned. Because I have a little background in photography, I had a difficult time finding a photographer that suited my taste. My husband and I found Pizzuti Studios Photography at a bridal expo, and immediately were drawn to their professional display, their clean crisp prints and the honesty of their images. We met with them, and were delighted with their personalities and no-pressure approach. It was apparent that they are photographers because they love to be photographers, and that they enjoy being a part of the happiest days of peoples lives. Looking at their images, and knowing about photography, I was amazed at their skill to capture the 'realness' of the day and their talent in taking photos that require very little editing... in fact, I had to ASK if they edited their photos. Ashley and Rich were wonderful to work with. They were sensitive to our needs and worked with me throughout my whole planning process. They work in a stress-free way that was a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of planning. They put in a lot of effort to make sure they knew our unusual venue: they went to the venue and learned about the area before the wedding so that they had great ideas and knew what environment they were working with. They also took the time to learn about the little details that my mother and i had worked hard to create, ensuring that they had the meaningful photos we wanted. Our photographers listened to us and learned about the things that were important to us, and took pictures that proved it. They spent time to make sure that they had images of us with the important people we had mentioned, and worked to capture the uniqueness of of our wedding. They learned the names of the people involved in the wedding party and were quick to help with the little things that needed to be done last minute. Ashley photographed the girls getting ready, while Rich photographed the guys, and they fit right in. For me, Ashley turned into part of the wedding party. She helped me through a little panic attack, and helped adjust my dress. She was more than just someone taking pictures, she became a part of the process and the support that I needed. My guests were very pleased with Pizzuti. I haven't heard anything but positive feedback. The guests liked that the photographers took pictures on request, and some of the guests asked me to keep them on for extra time in order to take additional family portraits. Of course they were flexible and happily stayed until we had all of the guests requests taken care of. The guests found their website easy to navigate, and the images were up for viewing as soon as we got back from our honeymoon! The only problem that I've had with PIzzuti is that I love all of the pictures so much I've found it difficult to narrow them down! I recommend PIzzuti Studios to anyone who is looking for great quality photography with the ease of personal service.
