Mamma Mia, is this place amazing!…read more We started with my most favorite Italian antipasti -- prosciutto e melone -- and were not disappointed! The melon was perfectly ripe and sweet. The prosciutto was sliced razor thin and added the perfect amount of salt for the sweet and savory combo. Oh, yeah. We paired that with a liter of the house red wine. Y'all. That liter of wine was €8. I love this country. From there, hubby and I decided to share a pasta (Spaghetti Carbonara) and pizza ('Nduja). Both were mind blowingly delicious. The pizza was my favorite and I had a hard time sharing even though it was huge. It was wood fired (obviously) and had a spicy 'nduja (a spreadable meat) that was balanced perfectly with fresh red and yellow peppers, basil, and buffalo mozzarella. I could eat this pizza every single day and never get tired of it. So happy to have discovered Mamma Mia and looking forward to many nights spent devouring a giant pizza in their garden!
