I ate here three times while I was in the area and each time it was really great .... I think one of my favorite dishes which I did not have a photo for was a pizza with Brie and ham It was seriously delicious LOL each time I came the service was super friendly we even came one night very late and we weren't even sure if they would serve us we walked in they greeted us with a big smile and never rushed us out even though it was very late the owners do have a very cute small dog two of them actually and I got to meet them a couple of times at the end of an evening .... If you're in the area go in and check them out for a warm family feeling small town delicious restaurant

Slightly mid-priced, but in my opinion it's not comparable to other trattorias in the area. It's business is mostly from the neighborhood/Caserma Ederle. I would travel a bit further, to enjoy a meal elsewhere. Spaghetti pomodoro is good according to my 8 yr old. I will say it's a good place to hit if your in the area and need a place to hit the spot in a pinch.

Not only was that true, but the food selection satisfied not only the children but the five adults. We ordered steak, pasta, and seafood among us, and everyone was satisfied. While we didn't expect to return since this was our first trip to Vicenza and we wanted to sample several places in our trip, when one destination ended up closed one day we made the decision to return and enjoyed another good dining experience. It is not a fancy place but was comfortable with friendly service and good value for the food. If we understood correctly the pizza is only served at night, and our two trips were both around noon, so I can't comment on that other than to say it was a large menu selection.

They are set up so that there is outdoor seating that's protected as well as outdoor seating without a shelter. The indoor area is very nice as well, but can get hot in the Summer time. I recommend the porch. They are family run and several of the staff speak excellent English. I love the steak there. It always seemed to be cooked just the way I like it. We come here frequently for lunch. They offer the typical fixed menu, but give you the option to break it down to only one, two, or three of the items. I'm happy to usually get the salad and one of the meats for 10euro. This also includes, water, wine, and coffee. Lunch Time....All three courses is only 11euro. So, it's totally worth it if you are hungry. In the evening, when you go to the bar to pay after dinner they always offer you a shot of something amazing. Unless you have an issue with alcohol, I recommend that you try it. There are several different kinds and they are all wonderful.
