When you get there, you are given a card that you charge all your food orders too. There are pasta counters where you place your order to the chef at that station. Everything I ordered took no more than a few minutes to prepare. You really don't even have enough time to get bored and check your phone - that is how fast they are. This salad arrived swimming in balsamic vinegar that completely drowned everything on the plate.
