It wasn't a big deal so we ordered our food and watched a second family enter the restaurant. Long story short: the second family's appetizer (and dinner) was served before ours. Amusingly enough, they were also offered a complimentary Amaretto drink while paying for their food (while I don't drink, we didn't get a drink offer or a good bye). During our meal the female server glanced (and frowned) when she saw I had apple juice boxes for my small children (five and six years old). I guess she was upset that we didn't order two additional 20 oz drinks for €3 (that they fill up with ice). She was wise enough to hold her piece after the lackluster service she had already provided. What I found more disturbing was her and another male worker (presumably her husband) sitting on their cell phones at a table with their backs to us the entire time. We had to say "Excuse me" several times to get their attention when we needed something. For example, we ordered two small pizzas and they sent one to the table without cutting it. When my husband asked her to take it to the kitchen (to get cut) I had one eye on her and one eye on the chef because I wasn't feeling the love at all!
