It was a little off the beaten track, next to a small canal and a bridge. They had a seafood bolognese set menu with deep fried seafood and veggies for my secondi and a salad for 19€. Seemed a little in the cheap side to be good, the food came so fast that again I didn't think it would be good, but it was great. My kids had the gnocchi in truffle sauce and the carbonara and both were divine! Like I think about them and wish I could go back. My seafood was fresh and tender, the pasta was perfectly cooked and it all just had flavor! The best meal I've had in my trip so far. If you're in Venice, do yourself a favor and try out this very affordable very flavorful restaurant with the nice ambience and super helpful English speaking waiters. They'll make you feel like a million bucks

For the main course we had a pizza veneta (with salsiccia) and penne arrabiata. Then there was also a delicious sorbet, donated by the house! The food tasted delicious, also the wine, and the friendly staff contributed to a pleasant evening.

Yelp is correct that this is the best pizza in Trento, according to one reviewer. Our first impression was mostly their guests are locals. Good sign! One bite on the pizza and you will not stop until last bite . Service is fast and very professional. Price is reasonable. Manager/Owner is friendly. We only had 3 days in Trento and ended up coming here all 3 nights. On the third night we got a surprise present from the cashier lady (assuming she is an owner). She didn't even know it was our last night to enjoy her delicious pizza. We will never forget her hospitality.

I'm sorry but the pizzas weren't as good as expected in my German point of view. The dough hasn't any taste as well as the tomato sauce of which was way too much on the pizza. In the middle, the dough was soaked and not enjoyable. The buffalo mozzarella was mild and cold. Therefore you barely could taste it on the pizza (besides the one-liter tomato sauce). For us, these two pizzas were very high-priced for that quality. (14€/15€) However, the restaurant was very well attended. Most Italian. That's why we think that we, Germans, have different expectations of pizza and also a different preferred way of serving it. Maybe Italians love these pizzas.

We had walked by this pizzeria the night before and noted the line out the door, including locals, so we knew something was up. (We made reservations to secure a spot for the final night). Turned out we were not alone. As we were seated at the appointed time, we were thrilled to see the large table next to us was packed with a dozen people we had met on the trail (or in rifugios) along the way; The Canadian family, the tall Brit, the father & son from Singapore, "A" from New Zealand, the Dutch woman we hiked with on Day 3 and 5. They had all finished the trek the same day. Hugs and fist bumps ensued. Needless to say, it became a bit of a party at that point. The staff took a few group photos. The interior here: Sort of an upscale cafeteria vibe with some traditional Italian country decor touches, wood ceiling beams, and a few chandeliers. As for food: All pizzas were the same size - approximately 1 ft diameter. I don't remember my exact order. I recall mushrooms, arugula...perhaps some prosciutto. It was delicious. And of course we all shared slices, and ate way too much. And there was wine; so much wine. (Which may have impacted my memory ;-s). It was a fine ending to our Dolomites adventure.
