Randys has been my go to for donair for several months now, usually great tasting, good size and…read moreprice is right. Tonight however I bought their special of 3 small donair and 2lt pop, I took my food and drove home to mount uniacke, I opened up one of the donairs and sat down to eat what I thought was going to be another great donair, to my utter shock while eating, I took a bit and started to chew, I felt what I thought was a hair I instantly stopped chewing and spit out the donair, there was a huge black hair wrapped up in the donair piece I just put in my mouth. I instantly took the donair and tossed it in the compost container, I called Randys to let them know what disgusting surprise was waiting for me. The lady that answered the phone quickly passed the phone to another employee when I let her know, the other worker asked what he could help me with, I proceeded to tell him about the discovery, his reply was "what about it" I again told him, the donair had a long hair in it, he said I would have to bring the hair in to get reimbursed, I told him the donair is in the compost and I live in mount uniiake that Im not driving back tonight and I wasnt digging in the compost. I asked the worker if he will go good on fixing the issue, he said there is nothing he can do unless he has the hair, I told him fair enough I will not be back and I will get my friends and family to boycott this place as well, very poor customer service.The worker clearly didnt care that I told him I wont be back, so with that Randys you died to me tonight, and with the people who I know do go that wont any longer I dont think the cost of replacing a donair that one of your employees was neglectful to wear a hair net around the food will be worth the cost of the lost revenue. with employees who dont care about their customers, Im sure Randys will soon be another closed food establishment in sackville. Bravo guys keep up that classy act.

We originally started eating Pizza Hut for the pizzas but started getting boneless wings as well and they are a crowd pleaser. The only issue I have ever had with the company was when I tried to have them correct and online order that I had made a mistake on. When I tried calling the restaurant, I was on hold for 25 minutes before anyone answered. By the time the phone was answered my pizza was already made with the mistake in the order. But besides the small inconvenience, I have had good experiences.
