So according to everything I read, this is the best pizza in the area! As a NYer, I think im a good judge of za! And it's pretty decent. Not great, not terrible, but smack in the middle at decent. I am not sure how this is considered the best pizza in the area. My wife and I came here for a quick dinner a while back. And I've come for a slice a few times. I've also gotten Too Good Too Go a few times. We tried a few different things, a few specialty slices, regular slices, garlic knots. All are hovering at average. All though, the knots are a bit better than I expected! Plain slice is ok, nothing really special, kinda bland, but edible! Same with pepperoni, bland but edible. All the other specialty slices fall into a similar category, meat lovers, chicken parm slice are all bland. I think I came here about 5x in total. Mostly now for 2good2go to save a few bucks. It's more worth it! 5.99 for 2 slices and 2 knots. Still not a "deal" being worth $15 but still better than purchasing normally. Decor inside is interesting, counter area is nice but the rest looks industrial behind the counter and the seating area feels like an after thought. Service is eh, every time I come here, it's like they don't care to serve customers. I don't expect to be greeted when I walk in, but if you are in the front acknowledge me when you get a chance, not stare anywhere but at me... In a town and vicinity that sorely needs a decent pizza place, Pizza206 has come to the rescue. It's in an unassuming, older shopping center sandwiched between a dental office and a Dunkin on a major highway, but that describe all good Jersey pizza joints? Mostly, and they're almost all north of Trenton. Run by the same people as Marcello's in Hammonton, they offer a "Corleone-style" pie. Which at first blush looks like a regular Sicilian. Difference is. It's not nearly as doughy, but instead perfect crispness, and hugged with enough olive oil as to guarantee it's not dry. Furthermore, the sauce IS NOT the typical South Jersey style sauce that makes me gag (I'm thinking of you, Riv). It has perfect acidity and reminds me of a good homemade sauce. We order from here, a lot. Too much probably but they deliver and the food is good. However we are done. Last night was the last straw as delivery keeps getting worse and this was a planned birthday dinner. Our delivery failures have including: ordering ahead by two hours only to have them deliver 25 mins late, delivered to wrong address, forgotten items, items cold due to delivery times, wrong order delivered, delivery taken 1.5 hours not at peak time, etc. This place isnt cheap and charges for delivery fee so would think would be more successful at delivering. What really irks me is that if they would call to explain ahead of time we could make arrangements to pick up. I do at other places but have also had to stay in their lobby for 20 mins due to them having to complete a BIG order for someone last minute. Time is money in my eyes, so dont waste your customers. read more

This place is awesome, my family and I love their pizzas and wings. We have tried other pizza shops in the area and no one can hold a candle to Pizza 206. To round out the five star review the people who work there from the gentlemen cooking the pizzas, the young ladies who work the register, and the delivery drivers are second to none and very professional. 3.5 stars. rounded up wings are really good. crispy, and offer without flour. blue cheese dressing needs some blue cheese crumbles. and more creaminess. i would order these wings all day. price is good too for them. the corleone pizza is legit. i just sprinkled on a little salt and parmesan cheese. it is very good. crispy crust. excellent sauce. the sicilian works was just ok. i dont know. crust did not taste like traditional sicilian crust. too dense. i would not order a sicilian pie again. onion rings are good. i wish they would have poked holes in styrofoam. if you don't, steam from fried rings steams them and makes them soggy. many places screw this up, though, and deliver soggy fried stuff that would have been crispy if they had poked some holes in the styrofoam. all in all, excellent wings and corleone pizza and they deliver. so i will absolutely order again. i think they probably replaced our regular delivery place with the quality of what is right about this place. read more

Love giving new places a try and this one did not disappoint. Was able to talk to the owner who has a restaurant in Hammonton. He was incredibly friendly and nice. He even gave me a sample of a specialty pizza while I was waiting for my large plain cheese pizza. The sample was of the Provonella, a thin crust Sicilian but old school style with the cheese on the bottom and sauce in top. The sauce was soooo good! Almost made me regret getting the plain cheese instead. Loved the open kitchen concept being able to see what's being made right in front of you. So as for the plain cheese pizza, very good! Sauce was still outstanding, crust was delicious and cooked perfectly. Cheese was very good as well. One bite everyone knows the rules, overall score of the pie, 7.8 and that might be low. Definitely recommend, and I can't wait to try the Buffalo Chicken next time I go. read more

Finally tried this place tonight. Pizza's got no soul. Wings were OK, the sauce was clearly straight from a bottle but the pizza... Tasted like chain pizza, little flavor, no Wow, I know it sounds weird but the only word I can think to describe it is "sanitary". I'm a pizza fiend and for me to only eat one piece ANY pizza says a lot. You see the thing about pizza is it's dirty, it's greasy, sinful, loaded with shit that's nothing but bad for you and delicious as the grease drips down your arm. Three strikes and you're out. Ive tried Pizza 206 three times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this last order was the last straw. Quoted 25 minutes for food to be ready and it took over an hour and a half...of which an hour was spent waiting on site. Told that our pizza was a couple minutes away from being done as we watched them put it into the oven. Also requested well done but it was a soggy floppy mess. Fried calamari was mushy and soggy, probably because it was done well before the pizza was even in the oven. Ordered bruschetta and the bread was dry and should've been half off since half of the bread was just a big whole with only the crust. Run away from here! Oh and the "pan pizza" is frozen crust which was the issue with the first time we ordered from here. Crust was freezer burnt! Also, the menu on their website is not the actual menu in the store, just a heads up. read more

I've ordered here three times. The first time my order was great! We ordered two pizzas, garlic knots and wanted cannoli, but they were out. Everything was fresh and good! Our next order, not so much. Knots were old. They were really hard to chew, like they'd been sitting around for hours. I ordered a tomato pie (all other tomato pies I've ordered had cheese. This does not...my kids we're not happy) Nonetheless, the tomato sauce is fantastic. Ordered the rustic pizza too....great, except, again....crust felt like it had been sitting around for awhile. Third order I went to pick it up to see what was going on. Knots were sitting out, uncovered...explains why they tasted old. Some pizza crust was premade and baked, and sitting, uncovered on racks. Explains the toughness of the rustica crust. Philly steak pizza is so dry, it ended up in the trash. Hawaiian was good. Cannoli are not great....won't order those again. Overall, yes, we'd order again, but we'll definitely stick with a basic pizza....hand tossed maybe with fresh baked crust. I'm pretty sad about the garlic knots. Wish they'd cook them fresh. I really love those. If it's bad one more time, we'll find another place. read more

Pizza 206 used to be a very great place to order from. Food was always good. However, in recent times of orders, they have delivered long past delivery times, delivered to the wrong residence AND THEN BLAMED stating that the order was messed up because we chose pick up instead of delivery. Just tried to order again and we were told from the previous foul up we would be given a 25% credit to our account and were only offered 15%. They have people that answer the phones who can't pronounce menu items. It is a shame that their service has gone down because their food is generally good. There Margherita pizza is outstanding. I tried their wings and they're just ok. They just give you small wings and a cup of Frank's redhot. When you are near a place like Pic-i-lilly, you need to make a better effort for your wings. They make their own rolls for cheesesteaks, which sounds like a great thing, but I actually don't like them. Pizza's great though! Closest to NYC style I've had around here.
