We received the menu in the mail noting new management and decided to take a shot ordering. We were NOT disappointed! We ordered delivery - it came fast, hot, and exactly as we ordered. Quality is top notch, the ordering process is easy peasy, and the food is great, so much so that we ordered again a couple of days later. We have tried appetizers, sandwiches and pizza. I would not recommend pizza slices ordered it and came over cooked called for a new one they sent new one out and it was just as bad inedible well over cooked, burnt, and was like melted rubber if your looking for just a slice don't get from here if you want a full pizza I would recommend them even there grinders and then when I called for a refund after receiving the second slice the owner had given me a attitude and hung up on me I don't epect the refund to go through will give a update if the refund is received read more

I ordered a pizza that turned up over 2 hours late. The driver said he was having a bad day that's why it was taking so long. He assured me he was going to pay for the pizza. When it got to me, I took one bite and tossed the rest away it was cold, soggy and disgusting. Wouldn't you know it when I got my credit card statement the charge was still there. I have been calling for a week straight talking to the owner Sami and it's been a different story every day. Long story short after all this they're not refunding my money. A lousy $32.65 and I even told her I would post a review telling my story, but she doesn't care still. Stay far away from this place. Horrible pizza and worse service. I own multiple businesses and would never treat someone this way. Check their other reviews they have a horrible rating order somewhere else please do yourself a big favor! read more

My husband and I were initially pleased with the food we ordered from Pizza Works in North Adams. We especially like the buffalo wings. However, the past couple of times the pizza was dry as if the sauce was lightly buttered on. I do not think we are going to chance on ordering any more of their pizzas. read more

I rarely review. Having said that, I just placed an order for delivery from the North Adams Pizza works. I was just amazed at how just out right RUDE they were to me. They didn't answer the phone saying they were pizza works, just a "what you want?" Spoken low and super fast. And it just didn't get better. After EVERY single thing I order, I was immediately hit with a super fast "that it?" If the ordering process is that bad, I don't hold much hope for the food. I hate ordering from them. My fav pizza place in the area! Great service, amazing food! Fast deliveries and good prices. Definitely recommend the chicken Greek salad(love the grape leaves) Buffalo tenders (best sauce), any kind of pizza, gyros & lastly the chicken slouvaki pita! Pizza Works, you have truly disappointed me. After ordering and picking up a crispy and grilled chicken wrap that was supposed to come with coleslaw and a pickle, I was informed AFTER I paid that it would not come with those two items because they had run out. Considering that I chose to order my wrap because it was supposed to come with those two items, I was pretty disappointed to find that it would not. I had already paid and did not want to fight over something as small as coleslaw and a pickle, but I was seriously disappointed that Pizza Works did not even lower the price or offer a discount for next time. Ugh, I am fuming! I also ordered a small garden salad with blue cheese dressing which came with garlic bread instead of the pita I ordered. The salad had barely any of the toppings it was supposed to come with (it literally had 3 olives - THREE!). When I've ordered from Pizza Works before, they've been pretty consistent. I've also ordered party-size pizzas from them many times which are great for large events. While their food is not spectacular, I atleast expected them to have a dang coleslaw and pickle! I guess this sounds kind of ridiculous, but it's basic customer service people. All in all, I will probably not be ordering from Pizza Works again anytime soon. It's a decent place to go in a pinch, but I wouldn't waste your time if you have other options. read more

I gave them another chance and my experience has been better in general. I still recommend avoiding the calzones. But the pizza is quite good as are the sides like the Jamaican beef patty and mozzarella sticks. service has generally been good especially since I haven't seen the person I had a bad experience with for a long time. This was probably the worst experience ive had here.... we order a simple plain cheese pizza, a couple minutes later we called and they said it was almost done. An hour goes by with still no pizza, we called again asking if it was done. they said it getting ready for Delivery. Another hour goes by once again we call back asking when it would come, they Responded with "it not quite ready yet" after they had already said it was ready for delivery. then we called back saying nevermind we will grab Something to eat somewhere else, thank you. they hang up on us, ten minutes they blow us up with calls. we keep declining and go somewhere else. but good food in other experiences. read more

Great service, great pizza. Our daughter's soccer team played at Williams College and the guys from Pizza Works delivered 5 HUGE pizzas right to the field, right on time. I have ordered from here only two times and they always seem to mess up my order and it takes forever. Last time I ordered Buffalo wings, they gave me BBQ. I complained, and the cashier was arguing with me, telling me I did not say Buffalo, when I know I did, and I had two witnesses. Then the cook got upset took the wings and just poured Buffalo sauce over the BBQ wings and handed it back to me. When I first started going to Pizza Works the order was always right good food even delivered hot but soon after I was truly disappointed I ordered a chicken cutlet grinder with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayonnaise, bacon and a crispy chicken wrap when I got the order the grinder was burnt and they gave me a grilled chicken wrap and not the crispy chicken wrap I called them to have the order fixed and I was told that they would send a new order when I got the new order the crispy chicken wrap was not even in there and I called them again the wrap was 6.50 they only gave me a 5 dollar credit... And I was hoping that the next time I tried to order something from them that they would get it right I was mistaken I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger deluxe with lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and onions and when I got it no onions and no bacon. I don't understand how hard is it for someone to take a order and get it right. I worked in a Italian and Greek restaurant and I have to say I never seen people mess up that badly has PIzza Works I will never return there again. read more

Just awful! I ordered the chicken caesar wrap. The chicken was a weird brown color but couldn't tell if it was dark meat. There was so much dressing that it was overwhelming. And there were maybe three pieces of lettuce. It was inedible and I will not be eating there ever again, nor would I ever recommend it. read more

Very. Very. Very rude. I ordered online. I wrote in the comments that my Stromboli couldn't have sausage (for a person who literally couldn't). I also wrote to go the back road and that it was on the second floor on the "delivery instructions". No they did not go down the right road. Yes the Stromboli was filled with sausage. I spoke to a girl. And even said "I'm really sorry I'm not trying to be mean" and she transferred me to someone else. Who LITERALLY yelled at me calling me a liar. To the point where someone else in the room literally asked, "is he actually yelling at you?" He was SO RUDE that I created this account JUST to write a review. Oh and btw. This place is an absolutle joke and should frankly engender no business from their disgusting customer service, let alone the cheap quality of their food. We placed an order for delivery and after repeating said order three or four times (strombolis and an appetizer) they sent us a drugged up delivery guy and two calzones. When we called to rectify the order the owner got the high school girl off the phone and commenced to shout at my girlfriend, while mistaking her for a man (completely disgusting and impossible to anyone with ears), repeating over and over that they heard calzones and they sent the right order. Nevertheless they would send the appetizer we ordered. They didn't even offer to make us what we ordered (like a normal business), instead demanding no return and that we keep the calzones. So I went down there with the calzones to get my refund and was immediately accosted by the owner demanding once again we keep the calzones. Upon demanding my refund he proceeded to shout at me and tell me never to come back, while swearing in front of other customers. Pizza Works has no place as a business and I hope they go out of business and make way for others who understand that you should treat people well when they give you their money.
