That's huge praise to be ranked but also to be outside of Italia, so we decided to give it a try. The result was wow. As good as a pizza I've had even in most places in Italia. The crust was perfect, the sauce was A+, and the mozzarella di bufala was outstanding. Plus, the potatoes with black truffle appetizer was amazing. We actually ate there twice given how great it is. In Prague, pizza/pasta is the go to food for tourists. However, if they would venture outside of the Old Town Square, this is the real deal. Pizza Nuova bests every American pizzerie I've tried.
