Although their pizzas are bout a 6/10. Other options on the menu are fantastic. Their chicken bacon ranch wraps. Or even a Buffalo chicken bacon ranch wrap taste amazing and have a nostalgic factor to it. Try more then just the pizzas you won't be disappointed read more

Tried this spot because I was working in the area and needed a quick to go pizza and salad. Maybe I'm missing something here, but for $23, a medium pizza with two toppings and "salad" I felt a little sad. I wanted this place to be awesome because my mother in law is moving down the street, but the pizza was dry, lacking sauce and cheese, and the salad was minuscule, as you can see from the photo. This was not almost $7 worth of salad, this was a $2.50 side salad. Not sure if this was because we got our order an hour before closing or what, but if this is what they offer all the time I'm confused. With that said, I always like to give places second tries, so maybe we would get pizza mid day? I can always hope for better. read more

Really disappointed right now. This was my favorite pizza joint in town but just found out they have a new delivery minimum you have to meet. Normally I understand, but at most places you can usually get a large and 2 liter of soda and be fine. I'm not really a fan of being asked to order more food than I want or can eat to spend more than I want to spend just to have delivery within my town. Again, I understand the need for delivery minimums but if I can't get a basic order delivered, I'm not gonna continue to do business. I stopped in at Pizza Time in Westbrook very recently for takeout. This is a very casual pizza joint which is order at the counter with overhead menu boards and there is self serve seating in the adjacent dining area. The menu offerings include traditional & specialty pizzas (10"-12"-14"), pasta, salads, subs, wraps, gyros, burgers, chicken tenders, wings, fried foods, bagged chips, desserts (baklava, whoopie pie, cookies), energy drinks, and Pepsi products (bottles & self serve fountain drinks). The prices here seem reasonable, most items priced under $10, large pizzas $10.59-$18.39. Specials are also offered. I ordered a Small 10" Meatball Pizza ($7.35 plus tax), which was ready to go in under 15 minutes, with efficient and polite counter service. The pizza was not too greasy with a crunchy Greek style pizza crust with a dry texture inside. However, there was one big puffy air bubble protruding from the crust. The pizza was topped with minimal sauce, modest amount of sliced soft meatballs, and the right amount of mozzarella/cheddar cheese blend, browned on top. I was really excited to find pizza time, as my boyfriend and I are always looking for a nice little pizza joint to make our regular pizza-night-take-out-spot. The pizza is exactly what we like for pizza-night on the couch: nothing fancy, cheesy, and real good. Where they disappoint us is the service. The first time we were they we figured 'hey, maybe they are having an off-day. Maybe it's the B-team staff. (We all know every good place has that shift where everyone kinda sucks compared to the A-team we like.)' So we gave them another try. Well, round 2 and the staff was even worse. Almost annoyed we were ordering from them. When we came to pick it up they essentially grabbed our cash and rushed us out the door, 3 hours before they close. Their food isn't good enough to have a grumpy rude staff. Next pizza night, we'll go somewhere else. read more

I placed an order through Pizza Time Westbrook. It had been an hour and a half and the order still had not arrived, and I live in Westbrook. When I called to ask about the order, the man that answered the phone was extremely rude and acted as though I was out of line for calling to ask. He said he "didn't even know who the f**k I was" so how would he know about my order. The order never arrived and I was still charged. Overall extremely terrible experience. read more

Sister-in-law showed up for a visit and she came loaded with Pizza Time pizza. My family and I had never experienced Pizza Time pizza before, however we have all driven by their Westbrook store thousands of times and always wondered what the pizza tasted like. She arrived with two large pies, one cheese and one pepperoni. She also brought with her a peronal favorite, medium green pepper and bacon. My daughter immediately fell in love with the pepperoni one and quickly staked her claim by selecting two slices. My wife also reached for the pepperoni and found the crust to be tasty, not the actual pizza crust but the end of her slice of pie. The pie had just the right amount of cheese with a limited amount of sauce. It certainly could have used a bit more. I found the whole pizza experience a bit better than average. You see I really am a big fan of thick crusted pizza, the Chicago style, and for the price of roughly $15 for a large pie, I thought the price was a little on the high end. I am still going to rate this place a 4 because of the enjoyment others had in my party, plus my sister-in-law was paying. How can I complain when the pizza was free! read more

After moving to Westbrook from Boston, I was really missing Greek style pizza. Don't worry though, Pizza Time has the most delicious Greek style pizza and exceptional customer service too. Tonight, I was really hoping for BBQ Chicken pizza while my boyfriend wanted Steak and Cheese. I asked the guys if they could split it in half but unfortunately, they could not split it due to the difference in the pizza. Not to fear, they found a way to make the best of both worlds! I was so surprised at the over the top approach Pizza Time took to caring for their customers. Keep hearing the same thing that the staff is rude.. I agree that some of them are extremely rude. However I have run into 2 staff members who are super nice and really take their customer service to the next level. ( almost like a lottery when you call) I have yet to be disappointed from the food. Ive given this place 2 chances . The first time i ordered a chicken finger basket and was disappointed in the size . only 3 small tenders and a small amount of undercooked fries. Today I got a Gyro and fries. Again the fries were undercooked and the gyro had what seem to be a dry hamburger meat that was very unpleasant on my taste buds . read more

I just had the absolute worst experience with a delivery driver from this establishment. I ordered a pizza to feed my two year old daughter dinner and was told it would be here in 45 minutes. The driver got here, never rang the doorbell, called my girlfriends phone, we missed the first call and called back legitimately 30 seconds after because we were dealing with our 2 year old. We called back, the driver proceeded to yell at her and tell her to yell at my girlfriend to the point she was in tears saying I quote "when you order a pizza you keep your phone on you in case the driver calls! I'm bringing your pizza back to the store!" First of all I don't know any parents of 2 year olds I know that has time to have their faces buried in their phones for 45 minutes while they wait for a pizza to be delivered. This was extremely rude and entirely unnecessary. I will NEVER order from this place again. The food is mediocre at best. I could have a frozen pizza and be just as satisfied and not have to deal with the ride and disrespectful driver at this establishment. Rant over I hope this deters anyone from getting delivery from this place. read more

Pizza Time is the best place ever! The chicken tenders and fries basket is delicious, and for a low price too. The place is usually quite empty and quiet so it's nice to eat here. It's clean and comfortable but it could use a couple more tables. read more

today i got take-out from pizza time. i have had pizza before but never had ordered sanwiches or any of their baskets. i got the chicken fingers basket for $6.99. it came with less than a handful of fries and 3 chicken fingers. the chicken fingers were very good on the bright side. i got bleu cheese as a side to dip. there are no chunks of actual bleu cheese and it has the same consistancy as water. i am very disappointed because i am a young woman who lives on my own and am always on a budget. tonight i was excited to order out and not cook at home and it didnt come close to filling me up. the food was fine but i wish i got more than a small handful of fries. i work in a restaurant myself and i know theyre trying to be "efficiant" by saving money but you will never get many returning customers. i give 2 stars because the food wasnt bad but i feel ripped off read more
