Ok so it's not the best pizza in the world, but for reliability and accuracy, they're good. I work at Western, and they're who I always suggest when groups needs large orders of pizza. Usually the specials for bigger orders are large two toppings. Everyone tends to request and like the bbq chicken, ranch chicken, and the artichoke and tomatoes for non meat eaters. Never had a problem with service, they even call when they are at my home, per my request because of my large dog. Always friendly, (sometimes stressed,) service. This is a great pizza spot! I ordered some pizza here last weekend, and there's a good amount of sauce, and the crust is always good. My favorite type of pizza I've ordered would have to be the Cheeseburger pizza. The barbeque sauce and the meat mixed together delivers a great texture and fixed taste, I'd reccomend it! Made an order which went well but, my friend, who tried calling earlier, but hung up and never ordered got a call from them saying we had an order waiting for us up at the Ridge (on the WWU campus). But she didn't order anything. The caller/delivery guy proceeded to call her a liar and was extremely rude. We proceeded to call the manager to complain and he was also very rude and continued to blame us for the mix up. No idea how the problem even occurred but they never once even considered that it might be their own fault. They even blocked her phone number so she could never order again. We were regulars, ordering almost weekly but never again. Update: they eventually called and apologized. read more

I got food poisoning from this place and when I called pizza time to let them know they might be selling unsafe food the guy said "pretty sure you're lying because food poisoning takes atleast 24 hrs." Then he hung up and when I called back to let him know that we weren't trying to be a problem we just wanted to let them know so they could prevent further illness he was really defensive and hung up on me again. Spit. Worst service. I called 4 times and was hung up on twice. The other two times the telemarketer laughed at me. Literally laughed. If you have serious questions about this brand of pizza and how it might effect your health... never trust them. I say "spit" because when I called the fourth time they laughed, knew my address and phone number, belittled my order and took my money. Well for one our order was completely wrong, and since we ordered carry out we didn't know that until we got home. So my husband and I call and say that the pizza is wrong and would like a replacement delivered. Not only was the person we spoke to rude, as if we were inconveniencing her she lied and said they didn't deliver to our address! We live in fairhaven ffs! When we told her we could not come back for the replacement she told us to call back when we could. Fine, we call today and the so called manager claims that not only do they not do that (now either he's lying or she was) but that they don't have our number on record, yeah right! Ah. Pizza Time. We like to refer it as Pizza Slime. One of the only places that isn't insanely expensive, has free delivery, and has PESTO SAUCEEE. Dessert Stix are my guilty pleasure, even though it's just dough and cheap maple/lemon vanilla icing. For the price, it's worth compared to everything else in my opinion. I used to love pizza time. I was a loyal customer for five years. I recently ordered a pizza and it was very undercooked and with the wrong toppings, no problem i just called them and asked them to redo it. Then they proceeded to tell me that they do not give out "free pizza" and that i had the correct order and as i continued to plead my case they continued to get louder and more agressive, so i hung up. Terrible on many levels. Pizza is one dimensional, soft and undercooked. It needs some crunch on the crust, another layer of texture.The crust proved incapable of supporting the sauce,cheese,and pepperoni. The pizza was nearly inedible.Undercooked,overly salty,over sauced and gross is how I would describe the pizza I had here Tuesday night.Pizza Hut is a much better option if you are looking for cheap pizza. Avoid this place.Tell your dog to avoid this place if he is to encounter the option of leftovers from here. As a college student living off of the "food" in the campus dining halls, I'll take any opportunity to get any other food. For the price I would expect some mediocre pizza with small servings. Well for under $15 you can get a large two topping pizza with any small side you want delivered to you. The pizza is consistently great and the workers are very nice. Definitely my go to pizza place whenever I want something that's both filling and delicious for a super low price. I've paid much more for very mediocre pizza elsewhere. I've yet to be let down by Pizza Time. Keep it up guys. read more

Their everyday prices are about on par with Dominoes sale prices, but for a much better pizza. Generous with the toppings and tastes good! My only regret is they don't have a location near us (Barkley) so we can get delivery. read more

Walked in, smelled like someone just took a dump and aired it out. Whatever, right? Everybody poops. Proceeded to order a sub and sat down with my girlfriend. The atmosphere felt like it was straight out of your stereotypical stoner pizza dream; comics on one wall, a poorly schemed graffiti style mural on another, along with a cardboard cutout of a moonwalking Michael Jackson (R.I.P.). I peered into the kitchen while my food was being prepared, and it appeared as if nobody was wearing gloves (as it smelled as though someone just pooped). When I received my foot long sub, it had not been cut into half (or at least a hand held sized portion) so I asked for a knife, where the burnt out dubstep headbanging employee proceeded to tell me "yeah we don't have knives". Okay whatever, that seems to be the theme here anyways. I proceeded to eat my whole greasy sub with one layer of meat on it. I ordered the yellow submarine, which contained Canadian bacon (aka ham) salami (I want to know where all this meat was bc it wasn't on my sandwich), pepperoncini's, red onion, pineapple, mozzarella, and honey mustard. It didn't taste terrible, but nothing to rave about. All in all, 2 star experience, and that's generous considering all that went wrong here. Not your Italian heritage pizza restaurant, but if you're stoned out of your gourd, this might melt your munchies away. read more

I have odered from Pizza Time twice now. The first time I was told it would be forty five minutes to an hour for my pizza to be delivered. An hour and a half later we were called and told they couldn't find our apartment. Tonight we called again, lured in by their cheap prices. When we called we were forced to use a friends phone and therefore gave implicit instructions on how to get to our apartment. We were told it would be an hour. An hour fifteen minutes later we got hold of a phone and called Pizza Time. The delivery person answered the phone. Without pausing for a breath I was informed how rude it was of me to live at my address. I was incapable of giving understandable directions, it was a major inconenience that I had lost my phone and couldn't be reached, etc. Eventually I was slammed onto hold. A manager answered and informed me we must have had a "mis-communication."I was informed they had the wrong address again for me. For the full price I was told I could wait another 45 minutes to pay for my pizza. In short I am incredibly disappointed in the customer service shown by both the managers and especially the employees of this establishment. Their ineptitude and blatant rudeness has convinced me it is worth it to pay for quality service. read more
