Couldn't believe that I discovered Mission Pizza in Stockton on Yelp recently! I absolutely LOVE…read moretheir Fremont location and our Family has been going there for 10+ years! Had to try the one in Stockton. I was greeted by friendly Tristen and told him that our FAVs in Fremont are the Phil's & the Tristen and voila here he is! Sooo cool! It was fun talking to him and taste testing many of their beers on tap. I've never been to a place that had Selzer on tap, so those were fun to taste test too. I prefer my Lost Coast Tangerine Wheat that they have in Fremont, but maybe Tristen will carry this or more wheat beer options in the future. Hint! :0) There's only 1 size choice for pizza here and it's a Medium size. No problem. All toppings were very fresh and they put tons of ingredients on their pizzas just like Fremont. I prefer to have my pizza "extra crispy but not burnt", but unfortunately my pizza crust wasn't what I was expecting. I'll make sure to have them bake it longer next visit, but I was starving and couldn't be bothered to get it baked further. There are some video games and a mini stage for tons of evening fun activities during the week! I'll try to return one day and I'll be sure that they make my pizza extra crispy. Thank You Tristen for the very welcoming 1st visit! Catch you again next time!

The place is clean but a little dated. Could have brought our drinks and salad to us sooner as it wasn't busy inside at all. Just 2 of us. Fries Weber nice and hot. Tenders on the other hand a little on the cold side. The pizza now was served in a to go box. And it was sooo good!! It's been a couple years since I've been here and I grew up eating here when it was Ricks pizza. This was our spot after school way back when. The was has remained the same, delicious. Could have used a refill on sodas and they finally check on us. Got our refills.

So the purpose of this bad review is NOT to prevent a potential new customer from ordering, but to inform management of issues that they would want to fix in order to grow their buisness. With that said. I have loved Sam's for years. Good price for simple/non fancy pizza, and the lady that works in evening is AMAZING with her personal customer service, helpfulness and patience. (Even INSISTING on driving to my house to bring me a 2oz cup of teriyaki they forgot to give me with my order one late night. All there fried items I have gotten in past, burritos, corn dogs, frys, ect, have not been soggy. Not super crisp cuz of the travel time, but not soggy from self steaming in the bag. So today I was wanting their frys and simple hawaiian pizza. I do not order their pizza for fancy toppings.. I order their pizza cuz the dough/crust has SOOOOO much flavor and the texture is amazing. Actually MELTS in your mouth.. almost like fried dough. Anyways, i ordered, so nice and friendly guy. FAST delivery. WASTE OF MY MONEY!!!!! frys were not fully cooked. still raw on the inside. you know the taste and smell of raw potatoes the second i opened the container. those went directly in garbage. $5 in the trash. pizza- looked amazing. smelled amazing, however there was soooooooooo little sauce on the pizza i honestly thpught they forgot the sauce when i took a bite. i peeled off the ham and the dough looked like AT ONE POINT there was sauce but then someone took a napkin and tried to wipe it off. thats how little there was. what a waste of $14. they could not even spare a cup of sauce. PLUS i paid $5 for delivery. SERIOUS WASTE of money. i literally just took off the toppings and ate the bread by itself. (the dough is AMAZING!!!!!! They should make sandwhich rolls out of it). so theres the story. the super sad part for me is i love that dough and i cant risk my little bit of food allowence money from SSI at an inconsistant food place so i will have to go somewhere else.

Pizza large is about same size as medium at most other pizza restaurants. However they have a jumbo which is a super large IMO. The pizza itself is not any more expensive than high quality pizza establishments. The toppings are pricey compared to other places. The beer which we had a large was spot price. We really enjoyed the thick crust and their sauce. Service was good and pizza cooked perfectly. We have lived 6 miles from this place for past 25 years and never heard much about this restaurant until an acquaintance told us it was really good. We will be back.
