decent. as soon as we were sat, it felt as if our waiter ignored us. they provided menus to people who came in after us as we just awkwardly sat there. i felt as though they were annoyed at me for being an english speaker but what can you expect from france. the food and drinks were good. as soon as we finished they stared us down until we left which made us uncomfortable. it was freezing outside and we were trying to order an uber. overall, i dont recommend this restaurant. theres nicer places to go. read more

Love the energy of the staff. They are on a busy street and really are pulling all stops to get their customers in. I was stopped on street to sample a small piece of goat cheese pizza. It was warm and delish so we all came in for a bite. Their paninis are huge. They were good. The bathroom did not have soap which sleeves me out a touch, this is why the lesser star rating. My husband I found this place a couple of years ago when staying in the Marais. We loved it so much we ate here 3 times in a week. When I came back on a return visit with a friend last month I took her here so we could have the Bolognese pizza again...it's so incredibly good. Since my only experience is with the pizza, I can only review that but it's fantastic. I'm a huge fan of the fried egg in the middle (not all pizzas come with this if you don't like eggs). One pizza would feed 2 people, unless you have a raging appetite. I've always had good wines here as well. The ambiance is nice, with options for seating inside or out and when it gets cold outside there are heaters for the patio area. Every waiter I've had has been very friendly, and lucky for me (or them?) they've spoken good English so I don't have to resort to pointing at things in broken French. If you aren't terribly stuffed after lunch/dinner, walk a few meters down the street and get gelato at Pozzeto! read more

Late in the evening (Friday) during fashion week, party of four. Had a table in no time (non smoking section outside, luckily). The waiter was courteous and efficient. I had the scaloppini fiorentine. The scalopponi was very nice. Unfortunately I had not really asked what side dishes were available and just followed the others in my party and choose the frites. That was a mistake. Though the meat was nice, non of us touched the fries much. So apart from the fries the meal was very nice. read more

Horrible food. Tourist trap. Frozen calamari consisted mostly of breading. Penne carbonara barely had any cream and not much lardons. Even the Pinot Grigio left a lot to be desired. We get here at least three times a year. Neither of us is exactly a pizza hound, but we suspect this might be some of the best on the planet. The pizzas are normal to thin, and on the large side of a single serving. All of the usual flavors are represented. The place itself is the main event, a mirror of life in the Marais, with fast-moving staff and a wonderfully eclectic crowd, the later at night the better. My friend and I went to this place after having passed by it the night before when there was a substantial line. Lunchtime was, however, less busy, but still quite full. The restaurant is large, but the seating is very cramped. The food, nonetheless, was sub par. We ordered carbonara, which was bland and slightly over cooked. The bacon was nice though, but could not save the dish. The portion was large. Their bread and olive oil was nice though, but that should have been a given. The service was not too good either - very disjointed and slow. We had to ask a few times for the check. They were, however, very nice towards dogs offering them a bowl of water. read more

Went here our first night in Paris (one because it was close to our place, two because they have burgers which is one of the only things my daughter will eat). I love this place! There are 2 locations about 5 minutes apart. At both, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great service! The pizza is delicious and the salads are pretty killer, too (huge portions). The wine is reasonable as well ( i recommend the red lambrusco secco). I always take guests from out of town here as I know it is guaranteed to be a delicious meal and warm ambiance. read more

Ordered the tagatielle carbonara. How do you think it feels to eat pasta that was NOT salted at all? Isn't pasta supposed to cook in salty water? Well apparently this chef doesn't think so. NO SALT. NO SALT WHATSOEVER! I OPENED THE SALT SHAKER BECAUSE SPRINKILING SALT WAS NOT ENOUGH. PAS DE SEL!!!!! Despite having 3 separate conversations with the waitress, she made no effort to correct the problem, offer another dish or DO SOMETHING, ANYTHING to make up for this fiasco of a dish. Zip, Nada, RIEN.... Husband's veal pizzaiola had a very overcooked piece of meat on it with a sauce that tasted like it came out of a jar. He ate it though.... really hungry. Brought tagatielle home to fix it up with my magic touch and hopefully eat some of it after I'm done adding flavor. Pizza Sant'Antonio... Is that how you want to go out... with dissatisfied customers until your customers are down to nothing???? Just check your competition across the street. I would suggest you get o the ball and take such drastic measures as teaching your chefs to cook with salt. read more

I have eaten here many times and I really like the food. The pizza is very good as well as the Chicken Parm. Pizza du Parma is my favorite. The service is good. The staff are friendly. It's a decent size place so you can usually get in here without much wait. The prices are reasonable for Paris. It's also a great location. read more

Very good pizza in Le Marais. This little square has quite a few restaurants to choose from, and this proves to be the best of them all. Not sure about putting egg on pizza, but hey it's something new. Gets busy around 9pm so you may find a line-up. read more

For Pizza, this is as good as it gets. I'm not hugely fond of pizza, but I love the pizza here (I like the one with the egg on top). We've never waited more than a couple of minutes for a table, service is sprightly and attentive. I, for one, appreciate the fact that the food is not salty, including the pasta (which should *not* be cooked in salted water, unless you are at home and you like lots of salt in your pasta). The pasta is good, but the pizza is better. To test this viewpoint, we visited on more than one occasion with friends and family. One person pronounced it "best pizza ever" (and this person is a pizza fan). Two people said, "Can we please come back soon? Is all Parisian pizza this good?" Since these folks really like pizza, we went to a few other places on that trip - and Sant'Antonio won. We've been known to walk way out of our way to eat there, knowing we won't wait long and suddenly craving its pizza (and again, we don't usually eat pizza). Thin crispy crust style, traditional toppings as well as non-traditional ones - indeed, virtually any kind of pizza you can think of. Portions are on the large side. Crowd is on the young side, well-dressed and sticks around before and after to socialize. read more

What a treat! Great service, reasonable price and the best tasting pizza I've had since staying in Tuscany! Fresh, soft crust. Not chewy but a little crispy on the edges and perhaps a fork and knife in the center. I had the sant Antonio pizza. Tasty and delicious throughout. We're not huge eaters and my wife and I could have shared this, but she chose a pasta dish which was good and plentiful, but I would tell you to go for the pizza! A must try while you are in the Marais. Conveniently located on a square close to all the community bars. This place is very reasonable for what you get. That is, great pizza and lasagna at great prices. The wine selection is pretty good and reasonable as well. It may stop serving at 11 p.m. some nights; but it seems to be a later place to have a meal. Many places in Paris, particularly during the week night seem to close the kitchen for new orders by about 10 p.m. The service staff has always been very good with many speaking English. We have gone several times for dinner during our last two year visits to Paris. Very reasonable pricing. read more

There was one waitress working at the time. She was the best we had in our week in Paris, very friendly. She answered our questions. We ordered a pizza which was great. Since she was not American she did not understand why we were asking about the size of the pizza. Other reviewers said this was the best pizza they ever had. I would not go that far. The crust could have done with a few minutes more. But the flavor was great. I had three other pizzas in France, this was by far the best. Compared to an American pizza it would be average. Cook the crust more and it would be a above average. The head cook's kids were playing in the inside part of the restaurant where there were no customers and the waitress played with them a little every time she passed them. I had not seen any other waiter or waitress in France having that much fun. We also wanted a small salad. Instead of giving us an off the menu choice, she suggested buying a regular salad and splitting it. The salad was served at the same time as the pizza thus causing it too cool off as we ate the salad. We also were only given one little plate which we used for bread and oil, pizza, and the salad. In the US one gets a separate plate for each. I blame those issues on cultural differences and not the restaurant. read more
