DIRTY !!! We went there on a Sunday afternoon. Every tabletop was dirty. The floor was dirty. The men's room was dirty, and the men's room floor was partially flooded. We saw no one cleaning while we were there. In addition, there was no fried chicken available for most of our visit. This was a real surprise. I really wanted to like this pizza and I did, but it is just average. It's nice that a selection of crust is available including thin, original, and skillet. I recommend the original or skillet. The thin tastes good but I don't like the texture. It's not hard, but it's hard to bite and a little hard to chew. I know this sounds bad but it's not. It was just different. What's nice though is if you request a specific pizza that is not on the buffet they will make it for you, offer you a few slices, and then put it on the buffet. In addition to pizza the buffet features salad bar, soup, cheesy bread, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, and pasta with red sauce. Please be aware that the soup is scorching HOT and it served and maintained at the temperature of liquid mercury! If you are familiar with CiCi's pizza, it is similar to this experience. I love that they converted an older store front into their restaurant. It is also very fitting, because they get VERY busy, and the location is quite large. They are like all locations in that they offer a salad bar, pizza options, broasted chicken, as well as three to four potato options with corn. We went on a Friday evening, and it was PACKED. Some families couldn't find tables large enough for their party. We found it hard just to find food. With a location that can hold that many people, and you are clearly seeing them as they come into the door, you should be able to know how much food you should be putting out. I had a salad and the broasted chicken options, which didn't have issues with stocking. But my family ate all sorts of pizza. The options they did have were the last one to two pieces of it, so it looked dried out. It's still a good location for us, as it's not far from the highway, so we will definitely try them another time. read more

Waupun Pizza Ranch needs to be shut down. Hot food was cold. Soup was all broth. Salad bar wasn't cold. Game room was the cleanest part of the restaurant. No discounts for Veterans or Seniors at this restaurant. We were charged for 4 adults, when 1 was senior, 1 was veteran, 1 a kid, and 1 was adult. Deserts weren't cooked all the way, the peach was soggy crusted, Chocolate chip were over baked. This place needs to be shut down before someone gets seriously sick. Maybe also more surprise inspections by the health dept is needed. We were here on Saturday @ 5, just at supper rush. An empty lot should of told us everything we needed to know. I'm not in love with their pizza overall, but husband likes their salad bar. I will say our recent visit to the Waupun location was an excellent experience from the moment we walked in to the time we left. Everything was clean (so important with any buffet situation). Salad bar was cold and fresh, and well stocked even tho we were there at a less busy time of the afternoon. Good selection of pizzas and the manager let me know that more fresh ones were coming out shortly. I have to say that their fried (broasted?) chicken is THE BEST around. It is consistently good here and at the Fond du Lac location. If you haven't had it, you must try it. Our service was great, the friendly manager made sure we were being taken care of. A big wave and "goodbye" from him as we left also. It's nice to see employees that seem to care about their job and their customer's satisfaction. read more

This is heaven! Never ending pizza with a variety of choices! The soda fountain also has an outstanding a ount of options. The grandkids love the play rooms, some stores have bigger ones than others. The staff is always helpful in any way and you can still order specific pizzas if you choose. Plus, they have soft serve and dessert pizza! The only way they could improve is adding chocolate soft serve. And on top of all that, they bend over backwards to help groups with fundraising too! We went to this particular location today for the first time. The staff are friendly, and the building/dining room/bathrooms are much, much nicer than the Pizza Ranch location in the Dells. The quality of the food was pretty much the same. It's not the most amazing pizza you'll ever have, but it's A-OK. Something that they do here, but not at the Dells location, is give you 1.50 worth of free tokens. I initially wondered what those were for until we wandered through a door into a huge open room painted black, with black lights, and a boat load of video games. Kind of like their answer to Rocky's or Chuck E. Cheese. So they give you these free tokens, get you in there, your kid spends them in 5 seconds flat and then instantly wants more. An obvious, yet brilliant ploy to get you to part with your money to appease the now begging and whining child. Good thing we brought our tranquilizer gun. Don't worry, no animals, children under 5, or Pizza Ranch employees were harmed. read more

I want sure how this place would be based on the outside. It almost looked like an old supermarket or something when I was about to walk inside. I have never been here before, so a friend told us it was a buffet and how things worked. The cool thing about this is that if you are not fond of the pizza at the buffet, you can order one. So, that's exactly what I did. I got the thin crust pizza with red sauce and added sausage, onions, black olives, spinach and mozzarella. When it came about 15 minutes later, she asked how many slices I would like and put the rest at the buffet. I thought the pizza was very good. I enjoyed the music they played which was Contemporary Christian. The ambiance probably could have been a little better but it was decorated very cute. I think this place is worth the try. It wasn't overtly expensive. $9/adult for all you can eat buffet with dessert. read more

Love love love pizza ranch!! The salad buffet is great. The lettuce is usually pretty fresh. The soups are all great. My husband loves the fried chicken and chicken-fries as well as the mashed potatoes. I love the chicken bacon ranch pizza. And the cactus bread and ice cream are the best ever. The staff are friendly as well. The kids love the attached arcade and can't beat Tuesday kids night where kids under 10 eat free! read more

This was our second visit to this location. The service was outstanding. Old plates were off our table in a timely manner. Our "favorite" pizza was on our table shortly after finishing our salad and garlic bread. The timing of everything was flawless. I was very impressed. The restaurant was clean. They even took a special request towards the end of the evening for the buffet and brought it to our table. All the games in the game room were operable. I've been here numerous times and each time it is pretty swell. They now of mac n cheese pizza. Yummy!!!, but there pizza is just okay to be honest. Chicken is pretty good.
