You can do better!!! If you are wanting broasted chicken, go to the Sioux Center Pizza Ranch location! I called in a delivery order at 4:51 pm. I was advised it would be delivered in approximately 40 minutes. At 5:51, I received a call asking if I was still planning on picking up my food. ‍. The person who took my call keyed it in wrong, Mistake #1. The person who called me back offered to put me through to a supervisor vs having the authority to make it right, mistake #2. When the food arrived, it was COLD, Mistake #3. I have been in Orange City visiting family for Christmas and have been feeling under the weather until today. I had been soo looking forward to broasted chicken since I arrived 5 days ago. Imagine my anger/frustration?! There were soooo many ways pizza ranch could have made this a much better experience! Lesson learned. U will NEVER go to or call in an order to this Pizza Ranch location! Every time we go to Iowa, we HAVE to stop at "the ranch!" I know they have locations in Wisconsin and Michigan, but I wish they had some in Chicago. Maybe someday... My personal favorites are the Tuscan Roma and Chicken Bacon Ranch pizzas. This place also has excellent customer service! You can ask them to put ANY pizza on the buffet. They will make it and bring it to your table first. They also will clear your plate so you can always start with a new plate when you go back to the buffet. And pizzas only stay on the buffet for 20 minutes so it is ALWAYS hot and fresh! read more

Love love love love Pizza Ranch. I've never been to a Pizza Ranch that I didn't like, but since this is the one I've been to the most, this is the one that gets 5 stars. Definitely go for buffet night, all you can eat of the most wonderful pizza, fried chicked, mashed potatoes, salad, everything wonderful! And the Cactus Bread, TO DIE FOR!! I've never had anything like it anywhere else in the country. I only go to the Midwest every 3 years or so now, and if for some reason I didn't get myself some cactus bread, I would probably cry. read more

This pizza ranch is very good. The service is phenomenal. They are always friendly and always take requests for what to put on the buffet. The food seems to be restocked well during lunch and dinner hour. They have a good selection on the buffet and the restaurant is always very clean for as many people that come through. The only complaint is that the pizza isn't great. It's just okay. I come from a place where we have many good pizza options and this seems to be the only pizza in the area with the exception of Casey's Pizza. I'll definitely be back but I don't rave about the pizza! They do great with everything else though! read more

After having pizza in Chicago, Pizza Ranch pizza isn't the best I've ever had, but it's still awesome! Buffet has tons of food, with awesome pizza and broasted chicken. There's a salad bar, the chicken line has potato wedges, mashed potatoes, and some vegetables, and there's dessert pizza (which is amazing!) and ice cream. Pop is also included with a buffet. And possibly the best part of the buffet: if you don't see the pizza you like on the buffet line, you can request it and they'll make it for you...and bring the pizza out to you first so you can grab the first couple pieces! There's a reason Pizza Ranch is popular. It's arguably the best pizza and broasted chicken outside of the major pizza hubs of the world! read more

I stopped in at 7pm on a Friday night. The chicken was good, but what was left of the pizza looked like it had been sitting there for a half hour, and they never brought out anything fresh. There seemed to be a lot of cars going through the drive through, so maybe that's where their priority is. Probably won't stop there again. read more

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BOOKING FOR A REHEARSAL DINNER! I was in a wedding in Orange City this past weekend. The rehearsal dinner was all set for the private party room on Friday night--or so we all thought. It turns out Pizza Ranch double booked the party room for that night, even though the bride had called three times to confirm the day and time (with the most recent time being the Monday beforehand). Even though I heard an apology from Pizza Ranch, I certainly hope they gave the couple a significant discount for the stress and hassle they had to deal with the day before their wedding. Especially because these two are the most organized friends I have! They did kindly ask for all of their customers to move out of an area for us, but it was not intimate. You won't find better chicken in Orange City. And the variety of pizza is great. This place is a local favorite, and people/ service is awesome... But they always pump in Christian music. So it feels like yer stuffing your face in church. :( read more

I usually love this place but I ordered hot wings delivery and they came with a hair on it and there was literally no sauce on it. The picture online was the farthest it could be from the food. Really bad service when ordering. Wont get delivery again, sadly. read more
