Instead, my pizza sat waiting while the staff waited for a salad to come out of the kitchen for another 10 minutes. At 8:18 PM, I was already texting my wife because I still hadn't received my order. To make matters worse, another customer walked in about 15 minutes after I placed my order, ordered a pizza, and received it roughly 15 minutes before I did. When I asked about the delay, instead of a simple apology or honest explanation, an angry employee told me to "go to Domino's Pizza." That's not how you treat paying customers. The owner's response also claims the cheese was under the arugula. That's simply not true. There was no cheese anywhere in the salad--not on top and not underneath. Delays happen. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business responds. Being rude to customers and then posting an inaccurate response afterward is unacceptable.
