A young man standing around on the phone and a older lady sitting in an office. They all looked up and saw that they had customers. No one tried to assist the customers. We all stood there for about twelve minutes looking at them wondering if they would try to do their jobs. I finally left and as I was starting my car I noticed the other customers left as well.
