Since it was a weekday and not too busy (some sections of the restaurant were completely empty, by design, I expect), we were also able to add people at the last minute. I had never been to any Industria location before, but looking at the menu online in advance was enough to convince me as the "organizer," especially since there were plenty of options to choose from, including for the kids in our group. Our server was really friendly and patient with our larger group and attentive whenever we needed anything. The food did not seem too special (around the table, we had a mix of kids' menu items, salads, pizzas, and pastas), but it was exactly what we expected: tasty and served in generous portions. We even had leftovers that we were happy to take away. I would look forward to returning when I am in town again and try some of their other menu items.

Upon picking up my order I asked the gentleman to add a dipping sauce, he says "no, that's not included" I had to ask a second time so that I could get a dipping sauce fed to my bill. When I got home to open to the pictures included. The pizza was so thin that all of the toppings fell off as soon as I tried to pick a piece up. So I called to explain my frustration and without hesitation they told me the would give me a full refund if I brought it all the way back there. The crust was light, crispy, and had a nice brown on it, but a little on the thick side and could use more charring and chew. They baked the pie on a pan rather than on the oven, which is a no no. We ordered the 18" spicy sausage pizza which is their larger size, and it was enough for 4 of us to have 2 slices each. We all collectively agreed that it fed us contently but because of how good it tasted- we could go for another slice or two each! Theyve also got a handful of dipping sauces available, and we got two garlic dill dips, not too much dill, and paired perfectly with the spicy sausage! Walking up to the pizza shop itself, you could smell the wafts of pizza from around the corner. The restaurant inside has a decent amount of tables if you want to dine-in, though most do takeout. Because we were taking it back to campus to eat it, it wasn't as fresh as we'd hoped for but you could still taste how GOOD IT WAS! Will still be one of my top reco's for hammy food! I was honestly reluctant to dine here, since pizza normally is my least-desired cuisine, and, with former awful experiences at the restaurant that occupied this space before - I was so meh. Thank goodness I let them convince me otherwise! We were so lucky to snag the last few slices of what we wanted, since there were several big events nearby bringing thousands of people into the area. Literally, five guests after us were dinied slices! I was surprised how perfect the dough was cooked, and I really loved the spicy honey that coated the slices I purchased. Since Cowabunga was known for their "best slice in the world of 2024" I also had to purchase one of those T-shirts to honour the experience. There is a decent amount of indoor seating, but, in summer one should definitely sit outside. Tables move through rotation quickly since slices are most of the appeal, so you should be able to sit somewhere at any time.

The cowabunga pizza was too heavy on the gochujang, it was too over powering. The margarita pizza was good, it had spicy pesto on it. Quite cheesy. We couldn't leave without trying out the pizza slice. The crust was better than whole pizzas we got. But it was not overwhelming. The service was good. Our server was pretty attentive when he could. Pizzas are on the smallish side, I guess, if you are used to chains. I ordered six mediums, and they were probably almost a small Pizza Nova or Pizza Pizza. Just something to keep in mind. Last 2 pizzas were burnt and the last one was a soupy mess. Was told it was our fault because we ordered tomatoes and mushroom on the pizza (despite never being an issue anywhere else.) Was told on the phone that they knew it was soupy going out, but did nothing to change it. Said they could only get 50% a future pizza which leaves me with an ineitable mess and a hungry family. Told the only way I could get a new pizza was if I came to get it myself.
