Ordered 2 slices and 2 fries. Long wait for the fries and when I received them they were half full. I mentioned this as I took them, went to our seats and my kids and I ate. Halfway through the meal the manager came with an additional huge plate of fries and said that they want satisfied customers for life. I recently left my wallet at this location and didn't realize it until the next morning. The owners found my wallet and kept it safe until I picked it up the next day. Everything was intact. Last year I came here and was surprised I never saw it before. I went to Pet Valu and next door was a restaurant that was opening up years ago, not ready yet and when I did go in 2019, it was gone. I was looking for supper to take back to the cottage and noticed the sign; pizza-pizza. We ate-in and when we walked out, a white man asked if everything was okay and I put 02 thumbs-up and said, usually the pizza around here is covered in sauce but this was great, not overly soaked with acid-tasting sauce that you can't taste the other ingredients. Well, in June 2020, I wanted supper food again and thought I would need more than a pizza to take back to the cottage gang and went to Subway's pizza place that's inside Subway. It wasn't open last year and I knew it would have more than pizza, so I thought I would try this new place. I wrote a negative review on this particular Subway years ago but I don't see it on my list here. Anyways, the pizza was not available and I didn't want a sub especially from that location, and went to Bancroft's Pizza-Pizza. Turns out that new eatary is only an express pizza, inside Subway....nothing else but pizza and they closed hours before closing time but the subs were available. (Mama DeLuca's Pizza powered by Subway) I said forget it, and went over to Pizza-Pizza. The guy at the counter understood what I wanted and suggested a meal-deal and it satisfied everyone's tastes back at the cottage. He suggested if it was a long drive, he'd make the pizza light so it won't be hot and moist by the time I got to the cottage. I still don't know what that means but he was right, after the hour drive to the cottage, it wasn't soggy from the heat's steam. On a personal note, I thought the white-guy who asked me if everything was okay last year, was the owner but he is not the owner, this Indie-guy is. I told him, usually the owners ask if everything is okay and this Indie-guy said, I teach my staff to be courteous at all times. But I do remember the owner behind the counter when I placed the order last year. If you go to this location, tell them what you want & they might have a suggestion that'll turn out to be superb as the taste of their food. I got the box that held; an oblong pizza, 05 chicken tenders (or wings option) 05 garlic breads and regular fries. This combo satisfied everyone's tastes and it is a great suggestion. For $29 bucks, it's not that high as compared to G.T.A. prices !! So the owner knows me, I'm the one who loves BRIO. The order was on Monday 01, June 2020. read more

Well to start off they were late opening up. I was one of the first customers to place my order and they said it would be 15 minutes so I left and came back 15 minutes later and my pizza was not even in the oven yet. It took another 20 minutes before my pizza was done. The store has really gone down hill the exterior is quite filthy lots of garbage and debris on tables and around. The grass is quite long and hasn't been mowed in a month. Even part of the building is starting to fall apart on the side. The pizza was decent But was not the best. It's a shame to see such a good franchise go down hill the way it is. read more
