I'm not a rich person. I've saved and budgeted for this vacation, and even this is splurging. I ordered three items through 843's online order system. Two of those items are completely wrong and are being thrown away. This includes some kind of stinky soup that replaced my shepherd's pie, which I really wanted because of all the great reviews. I called 843's customer service number, and the rep swears she requested the right items but other than that, didn't offer any alternatives to throwing my food (and my money) down the drain. She said she'd call the Tilted Kilt manager and call me back. Never heard from her again. I wonder...if this happened to an 843 Restaurant Delivery's employee's sister or parents, would they be as nonchalant? I've attached proof - my receipt vs what I received.
