Ugh this place was so dirty. Look and see for yourself when you walk to the register to pay and order you can see filth everywhere. The walls Alan's everything behind the counter are dirty... the counter tops by the drinks, the buttons for the drinks... just over all unclean. The kids loved the little arcade games though so they get one star. The food was awful. We got a small basic pepperoni pizza and also chicken Alfredo. They both taste awful:( the Alfredo and noodles were cold, cold all the way through the middle. We had them microwave it for us with no apology or explaination.they basically make food you CAN eat but not good you WANT to eat :( read more

I got scooped up last night and taken to dinner by a couple of friends. Kinf of a spontaneous thing. Originally we went to the casino to have the buffet but it's not open for some reason. They did say...something good is coming soon tho. Hmmmm. So sounds like maybe a remodel. Since it WAS Father's Day there was a 30 minute wait for the restaurant. And we heard someone else was going to Pizza Palace for Father's Day reason being that it's really good. None of us have had it before. While I played pinball...my friends ordered what they wanted. I would generally, in this setting, just eat whatever they ordered. They didn't know this about me but it don't like off putting pizza toppings. When they told me they got the Philly cheese steak pizza I kind of sighed an oh. But it was really good!!!! Their were servers walking around with big pizza trays with potato slices. I asked one of the servers what does a small order of those look like? She smiled and said this IS a small. DANG! I went to the counter to ask about their potatoes and to perhaps get a sample (that didn't happen.) They did explain to me how they make their potatoes and I asked if they were crispy. They told me if you order IN they are less crispy because of wait time. If you order for pickup, they are crispier because they allow three more minutes to cook. (I can't remember if they grouped delivery in there in this cook time. They do have local delivery I saw that on their web page or their Facebook page. I would just assume it would be limited to the Myrtle Creek / Tri-City area) The pizza was so good I can't stop thinking about ordering those potatoes and a pizza just for myself tonight. I don't have any pictures from last night but I will take some from tonight's Pizza Palace experience. read more

The service was terrible, the pizza crust was tough like cardboard and the whole pie tasted terrible. The tables were filthy and we had to ask for a rag to clean them. Not only did the employees not offer to clean the tables for us, but the rag they provided for us didn't smell proper. I was not impressed by this establishment and their employees. read more

Stopped here on my way from California to my home in Portland. I went there specifically because it was right off the highway, and thought I could get a quick slice of pizza and have a restroom break. No such luck- all bathrooms out of order. No pizza by the slice, have to order a whole pie (varied sizes). Ordered a pie and a Diet Coke. Counter person couldn't remember that I ordered the soda, so had to do another credit card transaction. Pizza had a weird flavor, almost like nutmeg, maybe rosemary, but made it not edible. A ton of cheese, but hardly any sauce. I thought it's hard to screw up pizza, but I was wrong. Worst part? Pizza cook was not wearing a mask. Ate a couple slices and asked myself the whole ride home what if he coughed or sneezed while making my pie? read more

My new favorite place to go for dining in the Myrtle Creek area. Don't know why the reviews are so low, this place is so much better than that distinguished chain down the street. My Pizza was excellent, and the Beer was cold. Clean seating area and kitchen which you can see through the glass with a friendly staff complete the scene. I been eating here for 40 years and the food is delicious! Pretty quick usually and a clean fun family restaurant.

I liked it. Not a thin style New York pizza but it was good and real, not generic chain pizza. Pretty cheesy not a lot of sauce, but it was good tasting. I will be back to try more things. Good place to watch a football game too! read more

I found this place by accident a few years ago. The pizza is very good, and they have some unusual combinations (the bacon, mac, and cheese is pretty good). The crust is just okay. It is easy to get to, just get off the interstate, drive east to the stoplight, turn right, and there it is. The layout is open seating, similar to Abby's. The owners appear to be putting effort into the store, judging by the new flooring and paint. There are an half-dozen pinball machines and video games. This is very good for kids. They serve beer, if you want it. The air conditioning works well. There is plenty of parking. There is a salad bar, although it is empty at this time of high Covid. The washrooms are clean and the fixtures work. Apparently one prior reviewer was in a snit that they don't serve by the slice; that is something that one might expect in a fairly urban area, which this is not. However, one may order the Small pizza and get the same effect as ordering 2-3 slices. I try to stop here each time I am headed back home from Klamath Falls, Ashland, and/or Medford. We drive from roseburg, we wouldn't make that drive if it wasn't worth it. As the prices of abbys climbed and the quality lowered (undercooked) we found pizza place. There are urban legends that they use the ovens that abbys did back in the good old days (80's) younger generations can eat at pizza palace and get a taste of how abbys once was. Altho they load their pizzas with lots of topping they need to add more sauce. Their buffalo pizza don't get. Tried it for the first time and I could tell where the chicken was. The customer service here SUCKS! Everyone has attitude, especially the manager. We hardly ever get a smile out of anyone here and we eat here a lot because we live in the area. The food is good and the special price is awesome, but the place does feel dirty, especially the bathrooms. We do not order from the salad bar because it just looks unsanitary and unappealing. We eat local and everyone knows us but we come here and they act like they never seen us before and have an expectation like we need them in our neighborhood. Abbys is just down the street, which we have been frequenting more often now. Its cleaner and more friendly there. This place needs an UPGRADE of interior/exterior/employees read more
