When I studied abroad, this was one of my regular spots, and for good reason. The pizza was so yummy, fresh, flavorful, and always hit the spot. They also make them in heart shapes, which made each visit feel even more special. I can't wait to go back one day!!

We visited several times over the duration of our time and every time ever was great! Amazing pizza, great atmosphere, and even better service. Roberto was amazing! 10/10 recommend

The pizza was not that great and service was pretty rude. I saw on Yelp this place had gotten good reviews and it said it was open so I walked there and wanted to get pizza for my family. Well wrong information on Yelp because they were closed and when I got there they said they'll open kitchen in 15 minutes but the seating area was open. I decided to sit in a chair and the Male worker said you can't sit there. Ok I'll stand then and he said oh you can't stand here. I really wanted to leave but since my family consists of a toddler who needs to eat I decided to wait in the rude atmosphere for his sake. Once the kitchen was "officially" open, I gave my order to the lady who was friendly but once the orders came out, they gave my pizza to the guy after me. I tried a slice and it's overrated, crust is not that soft and it's more tomato sauce than cheese and dough. Yeah this place is never getting my business and by the way, I only order for my toddler out of desperation and decided to go somewhere else for the rest of my family. Their loss for such terrible communication and unfriendly environment.

Good pizza! Limited seating with just a handful of tables some outside seating. Since it was a small restaurant it was a little hot with the pizza oven going. Customer service was so-so but they were busy. Our pizza was very tasty.

One of the best pizza joints in Florence. Their pizza are nice size and perfectly made. Doughy on the outside and thin and soft inside. They use fresh ingredients and are not too powering. Our party just loved this little joint for a quick and happy meal. The owner used to live in NY and was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

My husband and I arrived during light rain after a tour. We lucked out as a table opened up right before we arrived, with no line. The line quickly grew behind us. (No reservations) We were seated near the street, which allowed for a nice breeze. The pizza was by far the best we had enjoyed in Italy. When a storm rolled in, we opted to leave after our meal to free up the table. In doing so, the owner noticed and gave us free beer, allowing us to ride out the storm. It was pretty neat. I wish we could have returned to try more pizza

Great pizza. Fast service. Had a line out the door when we got there. Definitely recommend.

Don't let the lines fool by the sandwich shop across the street... head straight over to PizzaNapoli for amazing authentic pizzas and a happy and delightful staff! Owned by 5 Italian Brothers that have taken pizza to a whole new level! We travel to Florence often and never miss an opportunity to stop in and enjoy (in our opinion) one of Florence's finest pizzerias! The pesto arugula pizza, and the prosciutto margarita was off the charts... really I could go on and on with all the incredible options as I think we've had them all at this point. This is a must if your in Florence!

The truly only wood fired pizza in Florence.-At least that I've found in Florence. Thin crust and perfect.

No table service here, you order up front and wait at your table for your food to be ready. Great menu selection to choose from. I ordered the regular sized pizza topped with tomato, mozzarella, spicy calabrese salame, and mushrooms. The crust was thin and perfectly crisp. The pizza was fresh and still steaming hot when I brought it back to my hotel which was a 5 minute walk away. The pizza took about 5 minutes to make so if you're in a hurry or hangry, this place is fantastic for a quickly prepared meal.

The #9 was gorgonzola and pear. It came out piping hot and the cheese was almost falling off the pizza it was so fresh. This pizza has changed my understanding of what a great pizza is. Thin, delicious, not greasy, extra cheesy, and combined with the pear perfectly. I thought I'd only eat half, but easily finished all of it because it wad that mind blowing. My wife loved her pizza as well, but sure was jealous of the #9. Now on to the owner. It was just my wife and I and Luciano the owner in the store. He talked to us for a good 15 minutes after we were done eating and even gave us a fresh slice of prosciutto to try after asking if we liked Pork... just because we were talking about how fresh food makes the difference between good and bad food. Such an amazing owner that really puts passion into his product. Give this place a try and you will not be disappointed with the food here!

And super close to the Duomo, water, and other tourist locations, but not a tourist trap guaranteed! One of my favorite Italian ristorantes so far in terms of taste, quality, concept, and value! Also my partner's FAVORITE restaurant so far and I've honestly never seen this man express beyond a nonchalant "it's good" about his food. He was actually describing the textures "perfectly cooked... In that transition phase between cooked and uncooked" (he means Al dente) and flavors of his spaghetti Pomodoro to me with shining eyes that only foodies have. Omg it was a memorable moment for both of us, the food was truly that delicious. Try one of their many prix fixe menus - 10, 15 (the only vegetarian friendly prix fixe), 20, or 24 (meat eaters only). Water or housemade wine (yes! The owner lady makes her own!) + primi + secondi. Unfortunately these options are not vegan friendly, but the regular menu has plenty of variety for everyone. Portion sizes here btw are HUGE. Unsalted "bland" bread characteristic of Tuscany was served to start, which is included in the mandatory 1.50 euro cover charge per person. However, not sure if owners were being kind, we were not charged this tonight. Partner ordered the 15 euro prix fixe (vegetarian available) dinner. Do try their pasta options - simple but finest quality and cooked to perfection. His eggplant parmesan secondi was smaller than expected, but perfect because the primi was gigantic. I ordered the seafood 20 euro prix fixe dinner and asked for dairy-free. Ricotta with prawns was creamy (but has no cream or butter or cheese upon my request) and huge and a bit spicy, but that's what made it so interesting. The salmon trout with salad secondi was smaller than expected, but perfect size overall because the risotto primi was so big. The salmon was average, not the best I've had, probably because it is not buttered, but on the drier end which I like. They take cards - MasterCard, visa, and american express. Will most likely be back :)
