I always get mine Medium (a perfect mix of their sweet and hot tomato sauce) and loaded with melted provolone cheese and fried mushrooms. The portions are huge--one sandwich is easily heavy enough to count as two meals. They do not skimp on the meat, and the flavor is flawless every single time. Pro Tip: Eating this is a serious contact sport. The sandwich is incredibly juicy and messy, so do not even think about trying to eat it while driving or wearing a white shirt. Short and sweet! Spoiled Italian sausage on one of the two pizzas we ordered today. While I'm not shocked to get a bad pizza from the wintersville pizza hut, for any number of reasons, this is the first time with spoiled toppings. This place should be closed down by the health department. We could smell something wasn't right with the pizza. So we tossed the whole thing. We've given these guys half a dozen chances. No more. What happened to publishing the prices on the menu when sitting in restaurant-Really! You have to scan a QR code to get prices. No where on handed out menu does it say to that. I think this picture speaks for itself. Everything I ordered was extremely old and poorly made. Breadsticks were hard as a rock, pasta was dry, pizza had basically no toppings (despite paying extra for them) and no sauce and no cheese on a couple slices. First they always rude and ignorant. It got to the point where I made up a name to order because with the way they act who knows what they are capable of! I quit going there all together. Then I was tricked by there commercial that claims they have huge wings which is far far from the truth. I place a order and go there and they say there is no order for me. I offer the order number and I met with the usual bad attitude "I can't do anything with that! Would you like to place a order or not?" I guess they want me just throw the money away. Oh boy. I always try and get nostalgic and order Pizza Hut from time to time and it's always been a fail. Always a struggle getting the order placed... either rude or the computer is having issues... yet I remain patient. Ordered breadsticks and a Detroit pizza . Top cheese is always melted but the crust is raw . Why is that? Either way it wasn't good and it'll be another 6 months until I give them any chance . In a town that has multiple pizza feuds going on, I find myself liking this chain more than those other pizza shops. As this location was recently shut down for a month for renovations, it was super busy. Being that we had time to kill before a movie, that was ok. Our server was polite and extremely helpful. The bread sticks were good, as was the salad bar. The pizza not only came out looking amazing, but it tasted amazing. I would absolutely recommend coming here or ordering out. read more

I've never actually been here because I'm in California, but I placed an order online for a friend's birthday. She's from Wintersville and loves pizza. I placed the order online and after confirming the payment I got a notification asking me to present my payment card to the delivery guy. I thought, well I can't really do that. Employee wise, it's not so good. They aren't mean or anything, just not very nice. The breadsticks are pretty flavorless so the sauce is doing all the work. As for the atmosphere, when I first walked in I was a little confused. There was no sign or anything that says "wait for a server" or "seat yourself". We just stood there until a waitress came over and told us we can sit. A family walked in after us, and they were asked if they wanted a booth or a table, and seated. Confusing right? I ordered the veggie lover pizza, and I've got to say, there were too many veggies. I mean, it was just falling off. The cheese on it wasn't really melted either. And the phone they have is constantly ringing and it is very loud. They barely answer it! I got a chocolate milk, and I haven't gotten another one on probably 20 minutes. It's been on the edge of the table, waiting to be collected. No one has came by. In summary, it's not such a good place to go. This is my third time being here. It's still not very good. This is the second time I have been treated poorly at this Pizza hut, placed order on line, went to drive-thru and sat there for 10 min, while I could see all three ladies. Finally parked got out of car and went in, asked if the drive-thru was closed since no one came to window and was advised they didn't hear a bell. Ok, you saw my car and you didn't come to help because you didn't hear a bell. This is my experience when given a FREE PIZZA COUPON for a bad review I gave this place. Again...the service was terrible. Please do not go here. :( I submitted this to customer service "I used a coupon at your Wintersville Ohio location I received from you, customer service, for a free pizza. When I walked in the lady at the counter named Karen walked right by me and started vacuuming the dining area. Not even acknowledging I was there. Only when a young man walked by and asked me if I needed help did Karen respond with "I got it." and he walked away. I informed her I was there to pick up my order. She asked for my name. I gave it to her. She then told me $19.99. I informed her I had a coupon for a free pizza. She took one glance at it and tossed it back to me smugly saying "It expires 02/08 sir". I said "Yes...02/08/17...next year!" Then she took the coupon again and went and spoke with another woman behind the counter at length before finally handing me my pizza. At which time I informed her that I received this coupon due to bad service at this location. I then asked for her name. She said "Karen". Sir/madam, I do not want another coupon.
