Food is fresh, service is amazing! The vibe is calm, laid back, and always respectful!

If you are looking to eat out do not go to Pizza Hut seems no one works there. Have been sitting for 30 mins no acknowledgement tried to get someone to wait on us and they looked at me like I have completely lost my mind (and before u go on about how I should have left I have a 7 year old with his mind set on eating here ) . When he finally came up to the table he was like sorry I'm busy. WTF I am sitting here watching just how "busy" they are no one else is even in here and yeah take out orders but come on u don't have 2 mins to take an order bring some drinks. Never again read more

We actually decided to eat in. We went off hours. The salad bar was left empty and unappetizing with scraps from lunch instead of being cleaned up. Service was good when we got there, but when the gal left and the men came on the service disappeared. We got our appetizer and our pizza's at the same time with only one little sauce to share between 4 people, when I asked for a little sauce for each of us I was told we would be charged extra for it. I had to go to the counter and then holler to get a couple of boxes for left overs and the guy says these are the only boxes we give for in-dining. They were cheap but worked fine. The pizza was fine but the feeling was like they resented or didn't want any in-dining customers. The men never once came and checked on us and we had to go to the counter to pay our bill. So totally not impressed with this fining experience. read more

Pizza Hut - Plant based pan pizza with mushrooms, olives, & onion - Pizza Near Me - Torrington, Wyoming

The pizza was fine after we got it. When we arrived to to dine in, no one was inside the building. Tables were dirty from lunch hour. The floor was dirty, when we yelled to the back to get service there was no answer while we was waiting another couple came in with kids, and again they yelled to the back with no answer, finally my husband called the number and the phone ringing did bring somebody finally to the front. They seemed surprised that they had customers even after they took our order and we received our pizza. Another group came in and no one was around again they had to yell to the back to get any help, horrible service is putting it lightly read more

Service is decent but the pizza and wings are now just average at best. Salad bar is rather blah. Last time we went, 3 of us had a a large pizza, a 15 piece wings 3 sodas. The bill was $77!!!!!!!!!!. Never again. Maybe it's the economy, inflation, etc. Doesn't matter. Too expensive and not worth it. Did I say never again? Yep, never again. At this rate this place will be out of business this time next year unless something drastic changes. read more

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, it was ready on time and delicious, friendly service. Only issue was we had to drive to the location to order as no one answered the phone. But no biggie as we did not have a large distance to travel. read more

The service was slow! We were told they don't deliver so we drove over to pick up. The following day we saw them deliver to the hotel we were staying at. When we went inside and placed our order, it took over half an hour to get one pizza. We were told it was going to be 10-15 minutes. The pizza was fine and decent. Would recommend calling before you go. read more

I'm so disappointed. We went for the buffet today, sat there for over an hour, and 3 pizzas, and a pasta was all that was put out for the buffet!!! Waitess didn't even put out the plates until someone asked for plates. No drink refills, was offered. The charge $19.56 for 2 people to eat salad and if you was lucky 1 piece of pizza. This is the pizza hut in Torrington Wyoming. read more

5 stars for the food but it's tough to mess up a franchise meal. Be prepared to drive around torrinton looking for an ATM when their card reader is out of order. read more

Since college in 1961 always liked the Pizza Hut thin crust Canadian bacon and mushroom pie. Recently, I bought eight pizzas for a couple meetings. I ordered in advance on line and they were done on time. read more

Standard Pizza Hut fare, but I grew up on it so it's what pizza is supposed to taste like to me. Forgot about the maraschino cherries on their Hawaiian pizza. Awesome! read more

The food is alright, but they rip you off. Unlike all other Pizza Huts, they charge you for a whole topping, even if it's only on half of the pizza -- so if you buy a large with 3 toppings on one half, and a different 3 toppings on the other, they charge you for 6 toppings. If one of those toppings is 'extra [something]' (i.e., you want 3 toppings; pineapple, beef, and extra beef), they charge you an extra dollar on top. The worst part is that if you call back and get someone else, they'll give you a totally different story, but each person will insist that they've spoken with the manager about it,and it's company policy. Well, in spite of eating there many times, my new company policy is to eat elsewhere. read more

The only reason this place gets the stars is because the food is edible most times. They also have a buffet which I personally think helps out a bunch in them being open. Other than that the staff here is filthy. Caked on grease for hair, stained clothes, ratty facial hair that still needs to be covered up with a net. Maybe the staff has improved and management has as well, but when I visited in the past I had to force myself not to gag. Domino's is where it's at and is worth every single penny. A much more clean and friendly environment. read more

I really like the buffet BUT the place in general always seems to be dirty. Not a clean surrounding and one of the waiters I got seemed to be high. read more

Used to be good but made a lot of changes recently and now it's shit, foods not terrible but it's a pizza, service is crap and servers seem more interested in getting home to get there fix then serving a few minutes late. Do yourself a favor and go to dominoes. read more

I would never pay to eat here again. Food is sub par at best and the staff act as if customers are an inconvenience in every way. A waitress named "Jessica" yelled cuss words at customers in front of small children and wouldn't serve a large family of a different race, using racial slurs on her cell phone loud enough for patrons to hear. A very disappointing experience from a "family friendly" restaurant. Never again. I would give negative stars if I could. On top of the terrible customer service, the entire restaurant and staff looked very dirty and there was an odor of sewage throughout. An health inspector needs to come take a look. I have worked in many food establishments and I don't understand how this place is still up and running. read more

Not a bad place I grew up eating at this restaurant. I've only ever had two issues so far and neither of them were major beats the other places around read more

The pizza is ok but I just can't get over the looks of the people that work there. I realize everyone needs a job, but not everyone has to work in the public eye, especially when preparing and serving food. The times I've been there, the cooks don't look clean and neither do the servers. I don't want those hands touching my food... ick. read more
