After patiently watching me go through the app several times, Janelle realized it appeared to be a corporate system issue and graciously honored the promotion anyway. That's the kind of customer service you don't forget. We also ordered an 8-piece family meal, but they had just been hit with a rush and were temporarily waiting on fresh chicken. They asked us to wait the 18-minute cook time, While we waited, Janelle offered us complimentary drinks. Considering it was 99 degrees outside and we were taking our food to go, that thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated. The restaurant itself was spotless. The dining room was clean and organized, the drink station was fully stocked and well maintained, and the restrooms were clean and fully supplied. Once I pulled up to the outside lane and sat, while three cars went through the inside lane. Tonight, my wife went up there for some 4A.M. munchies. She gets off at midnight and it's one of the few quiet times to catch up on our day that we get. At least two employees looked at her through the window, but nobody came to see what she wanted. If you are going to be 24 hrs., please get some competent evening employees. If you just don't want our money, let us know this too. It would save me some time by just going to Whataburger or Arby's. The Arby's at the new Luv's gas station has been closed a couple of times when I went due to water problems at the new store, but have always been friendly and have good food.
