weird food service no hi nothing just very cold unwelcoming environment. We felt so unwelcomed

I came in to make a carry out order on august 27th Friday night at 8:30 pm and the man at the cashier looked very upset or bothered by something nonetheless he looked like he just plain didn't want to be here and was kinda rude while he was taking my order .He took my order and about five to ten minutes later I think I've found out the reason why..... I hear co workers bickering at each other and arguing it felt very uncomfortable having to wait there for my order while hearing them release whatever frustrations they had at each other this rating is for the uncomfortable customer service read more

This place is probably worse staff than the one on commerce. At least over there they actually cut my whole pizza had to use a knife and yes it's easy but when was the last time you had to cut a pizza you ordered? Ive had some pretty ghetto experiences here and I'm from the west side! if you really don't like working there, do us and your employer a favor and leave so they can get someone who can do the job correctly. Other than that taste great. Highly recommend Pizza Hut! Just not this one. read more

Don't order delivery through this restaurant. This is the second time I've waited over two hours for a simple pepperoni pizza. I live a mile away. There is no one there that can be held accountable so be ready just to get what you get when you get it. Strike two for them. We'll take business elsewhere. read more

Probably should of read reviews before ordering. Literally the worst service EVER. Ordered over the phone and was never given a time frame for my order. So, I approached the door to ask if I come to the door or just continue to wait in my car. The guy says, "Well yeah but I'm not going all the way over there now." Like what?! Okay, so then I give my name for the order and he says, "Who's ______?" And starts laughing, realizing that I'm not laughing nor was I in the mood for a smart ass. I'm just here to get my damn pizza. Apparently, they just hire whoever for a customer service job. read more

Went to pizza hut. Two people to dine in. Waitress talked us into the buffet and salad. Buffet was poorly stocked. All the pizzas were made with jalapeno. We served ourselves. Once at the tables we noticed the table was sticky and full of old food. The buffet also offered pasta. The pasta bar was dirty and pasta was scattered around all the dishes. I asked for a water with my meal . Water was served. I asked for a lime or lemon with the water. I was told all had to serve was packaged lemon juice. Tried the salad bar and found it like the pizza bar to be poorly stocked and mixed. Only one crouton was available for any salad. When we checked out the waitress was drinking a soda behind the bar and the cashier had a cigarette in his ear. What an experience. It reminded me why I do not like to eat at any PIZZA HUT. To add more insult the pizza bar ran out of pizza and the pizza bar lights were turned off during out meal so we left. Overall very poor service and experience. I think I am sick. read more

I'm sure you're wondering why I'm rating this 5 stars. That's because I am reviewing it for what it is (chain pizza, basically fast food) rather than what it should aspire to be. I recently had lunch here with a friend because we were both having rough mornings. We needed comfort food and a reminder of happier times. We chose this particular location because of it's proximity to my friend's office. We arrived at around 12:20-ish. This would normally be the peak of the lunch rush but we were promptly seated and attended to. We both opted to get the lunch buffet because it provided the most bang for our buck. They had only about 6 or 7 different pizzas, 2 pastas, breadsticks and 2 desserts. The pizza varieties were frequently being changed out for fresh pizza. This seems unique to this location as the few other Pizza Huts at which I've had the buffet seems to have old, dry hardened pizza out on the line and won't make any new pizza until it runs out. The taste of the pizza is exactly the same as the Pizza Hut pizza you'd order for delivery because you had coupons. It is not spectacular but it hits that certain spot when you're yearning for a simpler time. The highlight of this buffet was that they had the dessert pizza that was popular in the mid 90s. That really really took me back and yes, it is as sugary and delicious as you remember it. The location was exceptionally clean and the server came around frequently to check on us and refill our beverages. For around $7/person, we stuffed ourselves with carbs and cheese and were once again ready to face the adult world. There's not much that could beat it...except, coming on a Monday when the buffet and tea could be had for $5.99. read more

I ordered carry out online. Prior to checking out the status said 30min. Once I ordered the time changed to 40-50mins. We get to Pizza Hut to pick up the order, the guy takes our money. Walks to the back to grab our order and then comes back and says the order is going to take 15-20more minutes. So I leave and buy my 18month old food from another restaurant. 20min later I get there and the guy say 5more minutes. So I wait inside with my kids. Only to see a worker throwing a fit, she's throwing the pizza on the stand with the others while her co workers are ignoring her. But her boss finally yells at her, to pick up a receipt that fell on the floor when she threw it on the stand. As I am waiting you can tell they're behind, the guy covering To-Go orders is hanging up on the incoming calls. I go back up 15min later. The guy sees me coming, grabs a pizza and my garlic knots that I ordered. I get home and I have a cheese pizza. I ordered a pepperoni! Worse experience of my life. I usually order from you all for my family. I also use you guys to wine and dine for my business. But I am appalled by today's customer service. Definitely going somewhere else! read more

Just got a pizza delivered and I'm happy to say it's cooked to perfection. It's so good and the delivery driver was very kind and didn't forget the ranch dressing. I know it's weird to review a Pizza Hut but I rarely order pizza and every time they forget the sauces I paid for or the pizza is way under cooked. I have been so busy and I'm just grateful for this pizza. read more

I do not recommend this location . The staff is rude here! As I was paying for my food the cashier basically threw my receipt at me and didn't even handed the pizzas to me she told me to go and grab them. No wonder there is hardly any customers coming to this location ! read more

Food was decent, restrooms are terrible and your almost afraid to touch anything other than the door handle. Terrible to think the same people cooking the food are using that same bathroom. Yikes read more

The customer service was horrible and staff unprofessional. The entire time we have been here the cashier has been having a conversation with a customer/guy at the register. Another customers 3 little girls are running in and out of the kitchen. Our so called waiter said he was only helping us because our waitress was busy. The salad bar is sad with tomatoes in the pudding. Overall this is a sad representation of the Pizza Hut brand. read more

Best Meat Lover's Pan Pizza, so delicous, baked perfectly. Pizza Maker Should get a RAISE. Stop by at 825 Bandera and Gen.McMullen.

Bad service and lies from employees straight in your face. Like WHAAT, ok? Whatever then refused to give me a higher ups number. The food was good. But by the time I came back from going back to get my missing items my darn family had ate all the pizza and what was left was cold. So MY dinner was RUINED!! Only to deal with a bold face liar. They REALLY need to fill the marinara sauce cups more than a quarter of the way for the P'Zones!!! So the one star is for the incident not the food. So up to you guys if you want to give it a try. read more

This was the most horrible Pizza Hut I have ever ordered at. I just ordered a simple pan pizza. One hour had past and I called and they told me that it was being delivered, so it should be here in a minute. Two hours had past now and I still haven't had my pizza yet. I called again and they said that they lost my order and asked if I wanted to order another one but it will be in another hour. I would expected they would give me a discount but they didn't. I would have to pay full price for it. Also I called like about 5 times and no one would answer the phone. Until 5 minutes being on the line. It was just awful service. read more

This is my neighborhood Pizza Hut, been ordering from here for 5+ years. They have always been on time or early. The one time my order was wrong, they quickly fixed it. The pizzas and pastas are always good and the cheese bread too. I plan to keep this as my go to pizza place, keep up the good work read more

Went to this pizza hut location on Monday Aug 13th and my order was given to someone else. I was waiting for about 45 minutes while I was watching them make pizzas for the buffet when they only had about 3 tables full in the place. They told me they were behind on the orders which was not true. I asked for the Manager who was outside smoking at the time while two other carryout orders were still waiting as well. I finally asked again where my order was and they finally figured out it was given to someone else. The manager said he was sorry and was trying to make it right but not very enthused about it. He told me he would give me my order free and add $20 to my hut rewards. It is Saturday and I have yet to see them make this right. No reimbursement and not hut rewards. The service was terrible and I am sorry I did not get the Managers name because he is running this place terribly. read more
