I wish I knew the name of the employee that helped us. She was the best part of our visit. We had a very large party with 8 adults. Most Pizza Hut locations have gone take-out/delivery so this location being sit down was a great change. I remember these kind of locations from when I was a kid so it was wonderful to take our kids after a movie. We ordered at the counter and the total for 8 was approximately $70, bottled drinks included. We had the triple special and ended up adding breadsticks. There was a total of 6 medium pizzas, with a ton left to take home. Overall, we made a great choice going to this location. Perfectly cooked food, fast and pleasant service and a convenient location right next to the theater. We will do this again very soon. read more

This place was one of the only restaurants open late in the area. Pizza was good and greasy just like decades ago, but the breadsticks aren't the same - don't taste as good and only come with a little bit of red dipping sauce. They also have a claw machine for the kids, but no more arcade games. One thing to note is that they don't honor all the national specials. You have to ask what specials they are running. read more

We drove to this location last night to have dinner, and were told upon arrival that their dining room was closed. We appreciate that staffing is a problem these days, but wish their online information had posted more clearly that they were take out only. This is not a one-day situation, obviously, and both the national folks and this particular franchise need to do more to make the situation clear. This location in Saint Marys which is laid slap dab in the mix of fast food chain restaurants, shopping, and even a bar for that sit back relax and have a beer afterwards. They work hard to ensure their patrons keep them in mind for their next pizza break rather than one of the others. The place is clean comfortable and the three televisions help past the time to catch up on whatever is on. Once or twice a year the state mini carnival takes up the parking square of Kings Plaza right out of the front entrance here. Talk about fun and food! Although some Pizza Huts still serve beer, this location prides itaelf on the family friendly atmosphere for the children. Free wifi within the building is a simple connection process without the hassles of signing in or providing other personal information. Pizza Hut is...well, Pizza Hut; typical pies and wings from a chain. They delivered once before but this time they refused to deliver for some odd reason, meat lovers pizza, pan crust was average in flavor and cold once we finally arrived home with it, the counter person working was overwhelmed as it was a busy night, we ended up waiting quite a while to get the order even though we ordered it ahead of time. We ordered a side of the wing-street Hawaiian teriyaki flavor which were okay, expected a little bit more flavor though, they need to work on their customer service skills and delivery locations. read more

It's decent pizza, but customer service SUCKS. When you call in for a pick up or delivery order, you're greeted by an impatient, disgusted employee who demands to know "Delivery or pick up?" Really? I'm your customer . . . I believe that we deserve to be treated with some decency . . . why don't you? Whey do you answer the phone " HOLD please" and you don't wait to hear my response . . . maybe I can't hold, but then you "just work there" and you really don't care whether it's inconvenient or not for me to wait. The place needs a renovation. It smells like the carpet is damp every time I go here. Food is alright for the price. Instead of napkins, Pizza Hut has the same brown paper towel rolls normally found in bathroom dispensers. Its lunch and I am pretty sure there is only one waitress and one cook in the back. I used to love pizza hut and ordered weekly in the 90s. Unfortunately, they started trying to compete with little Cesars and other chains offering cheap pizzas. They quality has been gone for years. Ordered pizza & wings online at about 1pm. Pizza Hut calls at 1:35 to inform me they don't deliver to my subdivision thats 1 1/2 miles from them. No explaintion other than "We don't go there". I inform her it's been half an hour already & I've already paid and included tip in payment online. I worked here for about a week.....the kitchen + the office in the back are disgusting. They need a real deep cleaning, or a health inspection. The training video makes a big deal about washing your hands after touching absolutely anything when dealing with food; I was seriously the only one that followed that protocol. I order from Pizza Hut so much that I have collected a lot of points, but I have moved to St. Mary's and I ordered pizza last night 01/24/18 and I have NEVER been delivered pizza that was not eatable. I ordered the Big Box with two pizza's, wings, and bread. The pizzas were sloppy, the bread was not cut and no wonder, it was hard as steal. It was paper thin. Now I know how pizza should be, I was a general manager for a large pizza company for years, but this was not pizza. The wings were the only thing my son could eat. I let my dog eat some of the pizza and she could not chew it. That is so bad. I am not one to complain, but I could not let this go. I will not be ordering from them again. read more

Reopened after a much needed renovation. Nice job but nothing particularly special. The salad bar is finally gone and the floors, walls tables, booths and restrooms have been modernized but I attempt was made to change the store lay-out. Loads of wasted space that could have been put to better use. The menu has been simplified quite a lot, which is actually a good thing. After waiting and waiting and nearly leaving we got what was a pretty good pizza. We were one of only two tables that were seated in the store, so I'm sure that was no problem. Still very much a problem in this place that the take out and delivery are the bulk of their business and seated customers are never treated as priority over that. Plenty of better places to eat out if you want just pizza. read more

Every order in the past 5 month has been nearly perfect. Since they got the more ingredients, and the new wings, I've reclaimed my love for pizza. We saw a great turn around in their quality. The delivery guys are always nice, the pizza always hot. The wings always good and not completely dried out breading. We started doing carry out because it was faster. Then ended up moving into Kingsland and were forced to getting delivery from the Kingsland location. SO MUCH WORSE! order was wrong, nothing but breading in the wings.. so crappy. So tonight we drove the distance back to St. Marys and picked up pizza from Osborne and just like before the pizza was hot, well made, the boneless wings were meat heavy and the sauce good. The staff is always nice and good mannered, and interesting to chat with. Will never go to kingsland again for pizza hut. the only time they messed up was when the delivery guy gave us the wrong pizza, we got it corrected and got us a new one quickly and got to keep the extra. Worst pizza in the county. The flavor was musty. We ordered a pepperoni and a combination. Both were greasy and soggy. Thrown together with bad tasting ingredients. They didn't put mushrooms on the combo because they said they were out. This was only after calling them back to ask why it was missing. You've been warned. read more

I have been here twice in the past, service was not good both times. On both occassions, this place has not had more than 10 people in it and this on a weekend. They didn't have menu items that other Pizza Huts' carry, and the menus were sticky. Took forever to get the food that was ordered. Thought I could stop in and grab a quick salad for lunch. Not so much. There was only 1 guest in the dining room which should have been a clue. Pizza Hut used to have a lunch buffet/salad bar but they have discontinued it. When the person working there finally strolled out of the back while sipping on a drink he seemed startled that I was standing at the front counter. I ask to see a lunch menu and he handed me the regular menu and told me it was all the same. I ask him to tell me about their salads. His response was that he didn't eat salads so he couldn't tell me anything about them. Interesting response. I ask if they made the salads fresh and he said yes. He immediately went back to the back of the store to inform the person working back there "he wouldn't know where to begin to make a salad", he return to the counter and I told him I would like the regular side salad. At this point I was hoping he wasn't going to make it since I just heard him say he didn't know how to do it. I ask what dressing they had available. He informed me ranch. There was an uncomfortable elapse of time while I just looked at him waiting for him to tell me the other dressings. I ask what other dressing were available and he said none. At this point another person came from the back to inform me since they discontinued the buffet they only have ranch dressing. I don't eat ranch dressing. It was at this point I made the decision that I would just not order anything and leave. I told them I wasn't interested in purchasing a salad for which I would have to stop somewhere on the way back to work to buy salad dressing. Neither staff person was dressed in any type of Pizza Hut uniform or food service apparel. Plaid flannel shirt and jeans does not look like you are here to work. The new commercials on the new pizza look good but I won't waste time going back here. Don't waste your time. read more
