They really upset me by not talking any coupons first of all ! And that was after they told me a 2 hour wait for delivery so I chose carry out ! But before the call was over I hung up, and chose Wingstop ! This Pizza Hut a no go read more

This was my first time ordering from this location and it is ridiculously slow, I won't be returning.

Every salad bar needs to have crackers and make sure that the ice tea is made when they first come in. Waitresses need to check in their costumers often especially since we were the only ones in there. I worked in a state park for over 14 years in the restaurant. Never would I treat a costumer the way we were treated. No one seems to care anymore which is sad. Not even the owners. read more

One star because I'm not able to give zero. My child ordered pizza from here for carry out and the pizza took forever to be prepared. Furthermore, see below for one of the pizzas he received. The employees have zero customer service skills and it feels as though they are working for their family as they had no concern for their customers. Never will we be back. read more

Placed on April 30 at 8:36 PM I placed an order of 2 Large Pizzas and Wings at 8:36PM. (Using 250 points on each Pizza) The store called me at 8:37PM to verify my address. 9:47PM hits and still no Pizzas or Wings... I called the store and phone line was busy... I called the store several times and I finallly got a ring tone at 9:55PM. The guy that answered the phone informed me that the delivery driver left the building at 9:15PM. I asked if we were in different time zones because it should not take 40 minuets to drop of a pizza... the Manager "Rod" gets on the phone and tells me that the delivery guy messed up and when he gets back that he will deliver the order... I asked him to cancel my order... I will take my business elsewhere from now on. This was absolutely not acceptable... Very angry and annoyed... I will share this on Social Media... read more

I picked up my order, hot, fresh and ready on time! Enjoyed the delicious pizza that's expected from Pizza Hut!!

I ordered 3 boxes of pizza and a bucket of wings to be delivered so I could host a appreciation lunch for my employees and this locations delivery driver left the food outside of our offices door... ON THE GROUND!!! I am livid. Is this the type of service you all offer to paying customers!? The 3 pizzas and wings had ants all in them by time we noticed the pizza was outside and the food was cold. This situation occurred on April 1st, 2020. The driver failed to call to notify anyone that he was at the door waiting. Whats crazy is I used to work for pizza hut at the Copperfield/HWY6 location on the northside so I know for a fact that the correct procedure is to knock and call when you are attempting a delivery and they failed to do both. I will not be using this locations pizza hut for luncheons anymore due to the health wellbeing of my employees and type of service you all offer. You all should be embarrassed. Must be a April fools joke. read more

Terrible service long waits an dirty old building. Staff is constantly screaming an yelling at each other.

Don't know what Pizza Hut has done different but I was disappointed in my pizza tonight. I feel like they have changed the tomato sauce or put to much on the pizza. Tasted to sweet. read more

I placed a really large order for a big group of visitors I had at home. Waited over an hour and then they called me saying that I need to repeat my payment transaction, but they said this time, I can only pay with cash. I did not have a huge amount of cash with me, that is why I first paid with card. I had to go through a whole lot of argument with the driver and the employee. In the end, I never got my order and wasted almost 2 hours of my life waiting and dealing with the people there. Really bad service! read more

Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever gotten from anywhere! We ordered 2 large pizzas both supreme stuff crust. The stuff crust the out side edges were good but it was the toppings section what was what i would call flat very thin and mushy almost watery. It almost reminded me or a thin crust only instead of crispy it was mushy. in fact the main part fell apart. Its been 3 years since we have bought a Pizza Hut Pizza and if this is what they call pizza it will be a cold day in hell if I return for more of this crap! read more

I really should have checked the other review. I ordered a thin crust with pineapple, black olive, and beef. First thing was the beef was Italian sausage. Second, the dough wasn't cooked all the way. Half of the bottom was cooked and the other half between the toppings and bottom was raw. I should have known since the cheese color and pineapple color wasn't dark enough. I cant think of ANY other pizza place that this has happened at. I do not recommend eating the food from here. The wings weren't bad, and I enjoyed the apple pie desert things....but dude its called pizza hut...if you can nail that then change your name. read more

I ordered an $81 order from this pizza Hut and once I recieve my order I noticed I was missing the chocolate chip dunkers. On top of this, my order was mixed up and this wasn't as big of a deal, but when you pay for something you should recieve it. When I called and talked to the supervisor Melinda, she stated she would send another driver out to give us this item. An hour passed and I called aflgain, this time I talked to a very rude employee and was directed to Melinda again. She accused me of calling her poor because I asked for a return and said it would not bother me if it took 3-5 business days to return and didn't understand why it was such a big deal to her. When she accused me she very angrily hung up in my face. I really hope the owner reads his reviews and takes action on such disturbing behavior from not just employees but management as well. read more

Terrible service, and they charged me before telling me they could fulfill my order, and was forced to choose a different pizza that was worth less. Still payed full price. Late service as well read more

Horrible service. Took over a hour to get the order. It was cold and not cooked all the way. Also found a hair. Management did not want to speak to me. Her name is Casey. When she finally spoke to me she argued and told me they are busy on Friday nights. Literally had to fight to get a refund. Will be calling the health department Monday morning and corporate office. This is not the first time this has happened. read more

Pizza Hut, Honestly my worse food experience ever. The NEW location off 762 is even worse. Ordered a pizza for me and my daughter to eat, they sent me a burnt pizza. The pizza was in the over for so long the pizza was stiff and there was no cheese anymore. Didnt know it was that hard to make a pizza with out burning it, especially when the price is ridiculous. This location always give me wrong orders, even had someone hang up the phone on me.
