I wrote a review in the fall of 2021.Gave this location a two star rating for high price and lack of toppings . we have not been back until now. decided to give it another chance. service was good no complaints . we ordered takeout. menu has changed some so we ordered two medium thin crust pizzas . one meat lovers and one Hawaiian chicken . price high but it is everywhere $18 each . But we were very pleasantly surprised at the toppings . covered the entire pizza and good tasting! Good job! Would give a five but prices still too high for what you get . Called to place order the guy that took it didn't really know what was going on then was on phone for 15 minutes just to be told after all that my order wouldn't go through he was trying to get someone to help him and he couldn't fingers nobody manager was busy was put on hold 3 times I gave up wow read more

I use this branch 2 or 3 times a month. The products I buy have been very good. I tip handsomely even though I do the drive up, carry out mostly. Tonight (January 4th, 2023) I ordered two of the new melts, one chicken garlic and the other, pepperoni lovers. I came home and gave my son his chicken and sat down to eat my order. Mine was overcooked and the cheese that was coming out of it was burnt. I took one bite and couldn't bring myself to take another. called the store and the manager said they could make another for me, but I had to get it now. No way to reimburse or rain check. I will deal with shops that would like return customers and stated that to the manager. All she said was, "I'm sorry...have a good night..." One star because I enjoyed what I ordered I ordered in the past. read more

I ordered a pizza on Tuesday 5/13/14 night from the Ravenna Pizza Hut.. As I was at the counter the counter person collected my money and handed me my pizza. Immediately after that he left the counter and pulled out a preformed pizza dough on a platter and began forming the edges of the pizza. HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS AFTER HANDLING MY MONEY AND BEFORE FORMING THE PIZZA DOUGH FOR THE NEXT ORDER.! What kind of training do these workers get in food preparation? Do they wash their hands after using the toilet? Who knows? I will never eat there again! read more

Toppings on their pizza has really got skimpy. Terrific service, but product is better at competitors.

Good food at a decent price. The main dining area is clean. Food out on the buffet is always stocked and the right temperature. Dishes are clean and always in stock as well. The staff is nice and informative. Every time I ask if there are any specials, the wait staff never has to go ask. I would have given 4 stars, but I gave 3 because the bathrooms are a bit sub par. They don't always look clean and the women's room always seems like there has been a back up from the toilet and plumbing problems with the sink. Sometimes it smells, so I always go at home, or wherever I am at the time, before coming here. read more

Me and my Husband went to try there Lunch Buffet out today. The food was ok. Most over done. Pizza dryed out. They serve cocktails now along with beer and wine. I got a strawberry daqueri it was served watery and no whip cream. It sucked!!! Husband and I will not be coming back. read more

I tried to eat at Pizza Hut on 59 in Ravenna Ohio today. I like the chain in general. Good pizza good service usually really fast. Today at 1:50 I tried to get a seat. Stood and waited a full 6 minutes. Watched a server get herself a drink. Watched a person carry boxes right past me and disappear. I walked past the front counter and partway into the prep area. Couldn't find a soul to seat me or even acknowledge my husband and I standing there. If I'd been so inclined I could have walked out with the cash registers money and the liquor from the bar. We decided to walk out. Scott Marshall is the name of that I was given as the district manager when I called. Mr. Marshall,your restaurant needs help! What a disappointment. read more

Love the stuffed crust pizza and blasted crust! Delivery is reasonable u like other pizza shops who tell you an hour no matter what you get! Pizza but gets your food to you in a quick manner and delivery people are always friendly! read more

Online ordered a large stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut and in the description box, asked for a funny joke in the box. Instead of actually writing a joke, they put cinnamon on the box under the pizza. The cinnamon ruined the entire pizza and made my family sick. read more
