I love Pizza Hut. In Toronto, where I live, unfortunately it's pretty common that the pizza is always under cooked. This place does not have that problem! Got a veggie lover's pizza and garlic bread. Location was very clean. Good music and ambience. Very friendly and fast service. Price was a little high for what you get, but that's an issue related to the organization and not the location. Pizza and garlic bread were delicious. Not too greasy, great sauce, lots of veggies on the pizza. And they even gave us freshly grated parmesean for free! That was a nice touch. Overall a great place for a quick lunch or dinner. Stopped in on a long drive back to Toronto from Sudbury and this really hit the spot. read more

Working out of town and staying at the hotel close by, this Pizza Hut was excellent,,,I had Swiss chalet last night for dinner and didn't enjoy it,, too dry... I had the caesar salad which was perfect then the Canadian with stuffed crust. Very enjoyable meal read more

So, we were here for a party of 6. There were 2 gentlemen ahead of us waiting for a table. The restaurant was EMPTY. The server said it'll be 30 minutes after we were seated to get served. 30 minutes! At Pizza Hut! To whoever's in charge of this dumpster fire, if you cannot serve 2 tables, "2 measly tables", it's time to get out of the business. We ordered pizza and waited 50 minutes until we could not wait any longer. We asked our server multiple times when our food was supposed to arrive and she lied and said it was coming out soon when in reality she forgot to place our order. We then went to the manager and complained. They gave us a bad attitude and said that they have too many orders and that this is how long it takes. It was a total waste of time and we left the restaurant. Don't come here unless you want to wait an hour for your food. read more

Disappointed.....My Husband and I both love Pizza Hut. We have went several times to the parry sound pizza hut. Its gone down hill. I am not sure they like there job. They were more interested in talking in the kitchen and like they were bothered that we wanted to sit down and order in. We went on Sat Dec 1st 2018. They tossed the wings across the table at me which shocked us. Then we had to ask for napkins which again were tossed as they walked by. The table was not wiped clean and there was hair on the plates and looked as if they weren't cleaned at all. read more

Went to this location on Wednesday Aug 22, 2018 around 6:30 in the evening...4 adults, 3 teens, 2 very young children. We waited 15 minutes then seated ourselves. We waited another 5 min or so and got our own menu's. We waited about 20-25 minutes before being served. There was only one poor waitress working her butt off. We were all famished and young ones got cranky because it took so long to finally get our food. We obviously couldnt expect much from our over worked waitress. Thank god our food was good. We had to wait for our bill, when we finally rec'd it we didnt hang around much longet and paid the bill at the take out cash. The young ones didnt eat much of there order as they were restless and tired. Not sure why you were so understaffed or if this was a regular issue? I just would like to state that the waitress was NOT at fault. If anything she deserves more from your Company. read more

Only go here if you have a couple of hours to kill. Incredibly slow service - at 30% capacity they could not get one basic pizza out in less than an hour. Brought kids meal out fast though so kids were going mental with boredom and getting exhausted an hour later once the adult food came out. Never again. read more

Pizza Hut in parry sound is really gross, they keep their pizza on the floor (on a tray of course) and they are very very slow, and I don't know if this is for all locations or just parry sound but they SPRAY THE PIZZA WITH GREASE. That is very gross and not healthy at all I mean pizza isn't healthy but still, that much gross is nasty. So Pizza Hut is not a good place in parry sound oh and they don't deliver. read more

Worst Pizza Hut I have been to. The dining room was empty at 5 pm and now I know why . Ordered a small pizza to go with 3 toppings for 15$- what I got looked like a large cookie with nothing on it. The few toppings are chopped up fine and then covered over with cheese so you cant see them(as shown in the pictures). Very skimpy pizza served here. In Toronto I can get a large 4 topping pizza at Dominos that weighs 5 pounds for the same price. Don't listen to the other reviews this Pizza Hut is a tourist trap- stay away or you will still be hungry and feel like you have been robbed at the same time. $$ read more

I hadn't been at a Pizza Hut in a few years back in New Liskeard. Now moved to Parry Sound, we've gone to the local Pizza Hut and they've been giving us quick and delicious meals. We've tried quite a few things off the menu and both my husband and I really like the wings and the cheese-filled crust, yummy! read more
