The chef was lovely too and explained the menu to us in detail, and then came by our table to ask how everything was. I ordered the Bianco pizza and it is very filling, best to be shared! The latte was delicious as well! Our table also ordered the garlic bread, and it was scrumptious. A great find, especially for the warm service.

Hope it was worth the ego, to pull that, as a former employee I'm very very excited to watch your ego ultimately lead to your downfall. Also, the RCU. Has had numerous reports about the lies about "white sauce" being egg based (when it's just mayonnaise) Imagine charging so much money for mayo. Then again, this chefs face would look pretty appropriate smeared with cream and white sauce. Because his own ego and lies led to this. Enjoy! Hope they bring you to your lying knees. And teach you that you're not a chef because ya think you know how to cook a pie better than anyone else. Fact is Pizza Hut is better service and customer relations , This town hates 'Chef'. Because his attitude. Let's you see all he has to offer is less than appealing, can't wait for this store to close down. Can't wait for all the samples and actual orders placed then sent off to labs for testing come back with nothing but proof that this chefs " honest word". Is nothing but lies and ego. And a horrific attitude. Glad to say it's been years I've wanted you to fail, and finally have the contacts in the industry to have you looked into!

Overall, the pie has good flavours (the parmesan adds such a nice salty finish) and the toppings are well spread out allowing each bite to incorporate all the ingredients. While Pizza One has tons of developed recipes, my husband always goes with his custom pizza ($18.50 for a medium): pepperoni, mushroom, onions, and extra cheese. His wasn't as impressive as the chicken bruschetta, the pepperoni were larger slices, which meant they needed to be toasted longer as the soggy centre ends up tasting like bologna. With the extra cheese, Pizza One should consider applying less marinara to ensure the crust doesn't become doughy and soft. They are not a thin crust pizza, but their crust is still slimmer than what's typically found at the chains. The chicken bruschetta's crust was nice and airy, and the bottom lightly toasted until it almost had a Pizza Hut crunch and flavour but without the greasiness and heaviness. I've never had it myself, but my husband claims it's like New Orleans's pizza crust.

Luckily Patrick had not turned off the oven yet and was kind enough to make us a small Donair pizza before wrapping up. They're super friendly and definitely made us feel super welcome as it's our first time in town. We took it back to the hotel so we don't stop them from going home for the day. The pizza itself was absolutely amazing. Perfect balance of toppings, cheese and crust. It's so perfect that even after 4 slices, I don't feel bloated. I really liked the sauce and the wonderful ingredients that make it such a great combination. Definitely need to come in - am sure it's one of the best in town.

Then there is the lunch buffet! Thin, flavourful fresh baked ravioli, fettuccine alfredo cooked to perfection, and penne in special red sauce with the perfect bit of spices. Italian meatballs, bruschetta mini burgers with cheese, bbq ribs, and excellent veal parmigiana in appropriately small, lunch- sized portions. It is a very pretty restaurant, in a house setting, with outdoor patio seating. Our server was professional and attentive. The menu is extensive with a lot of interesting options. Prices are fair to the quality of the food. We ordered the Frito Misto and it was perfectly prepared: lightly batter, crispy, juicy and tasty. The arugula and fig salad was delicious and such a good combination of flavors. The eggplant Parmesan appetizer was so good: crispy yet juicy, and not greasy. The tomato sauce that came with it was different: fresh and crunchy. However the pièce de rèsistance was the wild boar: so tender and juicy, with a mild gamey flavor that came together with the light sweetness of the poached pear and of all the other ingredients that completed the supreme flavor. For dessert we ordered Panna Cotta: so well made and beautifully decorated. It is honestly one of the best meals from beginning to end that we have had in a long time. Can't wait to eat here again!!!!! SIDENOTE: the only thing that could improve is the bread.

The owner was quite busy running around, serving people, grabbing drinks from the bar, taking orders, cleaning tables & bringing out food. It would have been nice if he had a waitress to cover the customers who were seated instead of him trying to do everything. He would make us fish & chips with halibut even though it was not on the menu. The order included soup or salad so my husband got the house salad with dressing & I got the bacon potatoe soup. Both were a good size portion and I really enjoyed my soup! The orders came with 2 large crispy & very hot portions of halibut and fries. We probably could have shared an order but we didn't know how big they were. Excellent dinner and fixed our cravings for this. Was so hungry I slathered the tartar sauce on & was digging in so fast... so tasty & almost forgot to take photos. I will come back next time so try their Greek food...
